Description
Claims (16)
- 데이터신호, 주사신호에 대응하여 발광하는 복수의 화소를 포함하는 화소부;상기 데이터신호를 생성하여 상기 화소부에 전달하는 데이터구동부;상기 주사신호를 생성하여 상기 화소부에 전달하는 주사구동부;상기 데이터구동부와 상기 주사구동부를 제어하는 타이밍 제어부; 및상기 복수의 화소에 흐르는 전류 크기를 파악하여 상기 각각의 전류 크기가 소정의 크기 이상이면 상기 화소부의 발광을 차단하는 제어부를 포함하되,상기 제어부는화소에 흐르는 전류를 전압으로 변환하며 출력단에 로우패스 필터가 연결되어 있는 전류-전압 변환부; 및상기 전류-전압변환부에서 출력된 전압의 크기에 따라 스위칭동작을 수행하며, 상기 스위칭 동작에 의해 상기 타이밍 제어부로 입력되는 비디오데이터를 차단하는 스위칭부를 포함하며,상기 로우패스필터는 출력단에 트랜지스터가 연결되어 상기 로우패스 필터으 출력신호에 따라 온 오프동작을 수행하며, 상기 트랜지스터의 온 오프 동작에 따라 소정의 전압을 전달받아 스위칭신호를 생성하는 캐패시터를 포함하는 발광표시장치.
- 데이터신호, 주사신호에 대응하여 발광하는 복수의 화소를 포함하는 화소부;상기 데이터신호를 생성하여 상기 화소부에 전달하는 데이터구동부;상기 주사신호를 생성하여 상기 화소부에 전달하는 주사구동부;상기 데이터구동부와 상기 주사구동부를 제어하는 타이밍 제어부; 및상기 복수의 화소에 흐르는 전류 크기를 파악하되, 적어도 2개의 화소에 흐르는 전류의 합을 파악하여 상기 전류의 합이 소정의 크기 이상이면 상기 화소부의 발광을 차단하는 제어부를 포함하되,상기 제어부는화소에 흐르는 전류를 전압으로 변환하며 출력단에 로우패스필터가 연결되어 있는 전류-전압 변환부; 및상기 전류-전압변환부에서 출력된 전압의 크기에 따라 스위칭동작을 수행하며, 상기 스위칭 동작에 의해 상기 타이밍 제어부로 입력되는 비디오데이터를 차단하는 스위칭부를 포함하며,상기 로우패스필터는 출력단에 트랜지스터가 연결되어 상기 로우패스필터의 풀력신호에 따라 온 오프 동작을 수행하며, 상기 트랜지스터의 온 오프 상태에 따라 소정의 전압을 전달받아 스위칭신호를 생성하는 캐패시터를 포함하는 발광표시장치.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,상기 제어부는 상기 화소부, 상기 데이터 구동부, 상기 주사구동부 및 상기 타이밍 제어부 중 어느 하나의 전원을 차단하여 상기 화소부의 발광을 차단하는 발광표시장치.

- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,상기 화소는,구동전류의 흐름에 따라 발광하는 발광소자;데이터신호에 대응되는 상기 구동전류를 생성하는 제 1 트랜지스터;상기 제 1 트랜지스터의 게이트에 상기 데이터신호를 전달하는 제 2 트랜지스터;상기 데이터신호에 대응하는 전압을 저장하며 상기 데이터신호를 상기 제 1 트랜지스터의 게이트에 전달하는 캐패시터;상기 구동전류를 선택적으로 상기 발광소자에 전달하는 제 3 트랜지스터; 및상기 구동전류를 선택적으로 상기 제어부에 전달하는 제 4 트랜지스터를 포함하며,상기 제 3 트랜지스터와 상기 제 4 트랜지스터는 교번적으로 온오프동작을 수행하는 발광표시장치.
- 제 11 항에 있어서,상기 제 3 트랜지스터와 상기 제 4 트랜지스터는 동일한 신호를 입력받아 동작하는 발광표시장치.
