Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.制御部材、特に例えば内燃機関の吸気口のようなガス導管(3)内の絞り弁 (4)のような制御部材を作動させる装置であって、弁軸(5)と、この弁軸( 5)上に配置されてアクチュエータ体(9)として作用する回転体、及びこの回 転体に協働し電気的に付勢される励磁部(11)から成るアクチュエータ(11 a)と、角度位置発生器(9、22)、及び角度検出器(23)から成り前記弁 軸(5)の角度位置を検出する位置センサ(20)とによって、前記絞り弁(4 )を作動位置に回動し、前記角度位置発生器(9、22)、及び角度位置検出器 (23)を相互に関連させ、そのうちの一方を回転自在に取り付けた制御部材を 作動させる装置において、前記角度位置発生器(9、22)、又は角度位置検出 器(23)を支持するよう前記弁軸(5)自身を構成し、前記位置センサ(20 )の関連する部分をこの装置のハウジング(2)に静止するように取り付けたこ とを特徴とする制御部材を作動させる装置。 2.いかなる作動状態下でも、前記位置センサ(20)の関連する部分(9、2 2、23)が必要な公差範囲内で作動することを保証する手段を設けていること を特徴とする請求項1に記載の装置。 3.前記回転体(9)をも支持している前記弁軸(5)の軸端(8)に前記位置 センサ(20)の回転自在の取付け部(22)を配置したことを特徴とする請求 項1に記載の装置。 4.前記位置センサ(20)の回転自在の取付け部(22)が永久磁石体である ことを特徴とする請求項3に記載の装置。 5.前記位置センサ(20)の回転自在の取付け部が永久磁石回転体(9)自身 であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の装置。 6.前記制御部材を作動させる装置の前記ハウジング(2)上の前記位置センサ (20)の関連する部分(9、22)に対し固定配列関係に前記角度位置検出器 (23)を配置したことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の装置。 7.弁軸(5)の自由に突出する端部(8)の付近のための機械的案内(25) は正常な作動状態では前記弁軸(5)に接触せず、異常な作動状態では前記弁 軸(5)に接触し、従って前記端部(8)が前記機械的案内(25)によって支 持されるよう前記機械的案内(25)を構成し、この支持により前記端部(8) の変位が許容範囲内に確実にあるようにしたことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の 装置。 8.前記位置センサ(20)の回転自在の部分(22)を支持している前記弁軸 (5)の端部(8)の付近が自由に貫通できる孔(25)を有する隔壁(26) を設け、正常な作動状態では前記弁軸(5)は前記隔壁(26)に接触せず、異 常な作動状態では前記弁軸(5)は前記隔壁(26)に接触して支持され、この 支持により前記端部(8)の変位が許容範囲に確実にあるよう構成したことを特 徴とする請求項1に記載の装置。 9.前記永久磁石回転体(9)と、電気的に付勢される前記励磁部(11)とに よって形成されたエアギャップ(10)を異常な作動状態下でも前記隔壁(26 )の前記孔(25)によって許容公差範囲に維持することを特徴とする請求項8 に記載の装置。 10.前記永久磁石回転体(9)と、固定の前記角度位置検出器(23)との間 に物理的分離を生ずるよう隔壁(26)を構成したことを特徴とする請求項9に 記載の装置。 11.前記制御部材を作動させる装置の前記ハウジング(2)の内側に、この装 置の電子制御器(24)を収容したことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の装置。 12.固定の前記角度位置検出器(23)によって前記電子制御器(24)の一 部を形成したことを特徴とする請求項11に記載の装置。
