Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1 支持箔と,分離層を介してこの支持箔に付着する転移層とから成る転移箔が ,印刷されるべき下地に圧力作用を受けて載置されかつそれに続いて行われる転 移箔の取外し後に転移層が部分的に又は平面的に下地に付着しているようにする 箔印刷法において,箔載置の前に行われる方法段階で下地の表面が,箔載置のた めに設けられた個所で転移層用の付着層を付けられかつ箔載置の後に行われる方 法段階で,付着層によつて付着する転移層を持つ下地が,箔載置中に圧力作用を はるかに越える押圧力を受けることを特徴とする,箔印刷法。 2 箔載置の際の圧力作用が平滑な,場合によっては弾性的な印刷面によつて行 われることを特徴とする,請求項1に記載の箔印刷法。 3 箔載置の際の圧力作用が,転移箔を下地へ押し込むに十分でないことを特徴 とする,請求項2に記載の箔印刷法。 4 箔載置が熱作用なしに行われることを特徴とする,請求項1に記載の箔印刷 法。 5 箔載置が転移カレンダの,逆方向に回転する2つのローラの間で行われるこ とを特徴とする,請求項1に記載の箔印刷法。 6 押圧力が,別のカレンダの,逆方向に回転する2つのローラの間に加えられ ることを特徴とする,請求項5に記載の箔印刷法。 7 転移カレンダが周期的に案内されることを特徴とする,請求項5に記数の箔 印刷法。 8 付着層が,特に多成分接着剤の形で,多段に塗布されることを特徴とする, 請求項1に記載の箔印刷法。 9 下地が1色又は多色機構において付着層を付けられることを特徴とする,請 求項1に記載の箔印刷法。 10 転移箔供給装置と,転移箔排出装置と,印刷面及び相手面により区画され た,印刷されるべき下地を通すための印刷間隙とを,転移箔供給装置により供給 される転移箔と共に持つ印刷機構付きの箔転移機において,印刷機構(7)の前 に接続された接着機構(1)が,下地(2)に付着層(3)を付ける接着機構( 5)を備えておりかつ印刷機構(7)の後に接続された押圧機構(8)が,押圧 面及び押圧相手面により区画された,印刷される下地(2)を通すための押圧間 隙を備えていることを特徴とする,箔転移機。 11 押圧面及び押圧相手面がカレンダの2つの平滑面ローラ(16,17)に より形成されていることを特徴とする,請求項10に記載の箔転移機。 12 印刷面及び相手面が転移カレンダの2つの平滑面ローラ(12,15)に より形成されていることを特徴とする,請求項10に記載の箔転移機。 13 印刷面が弾性的であることを特徴とする,請求項12に記載の箔転移機。 14 印刷機構(7)及び押圧機構(8)が構造単位体にまとめられていること を特徴とする,請求項10ないし13のうち1つに記載の箔転移機。 15 接着機構(1)が,公知の1色又は多色機構として構成されていることを 特徴とする,請求項10に記載の箔転移機。
