Claims (2)
- 油圧ポンプと、この油圧ポンプからの圧油によって伸縮作動する油圧シリンダと、上記油圧ポンプと油圧シリンダの間に設けられて油圧シリンダに対する油の給排を制御するコントロールバルブと、上記油圧シリンダのヘッド側油室と上記コントロールバルブとを結ぶヘッド側管路と、上記油圧シリンダのロッド側油室と上記コントロールバルブを結ぶロッド側管路と、上記コントロールバルブとタンクとを結ぶ戻り管路とを備え、上記戻り管路には背圧弁とオイルクーラが設けられた建設機械の油圧シリンダ回路において、上記戻り管路とは別に、上記コントロールバルブとタンクとを直結するタンク直通ラインを設け、上記油圧シリンダのヘッド側油室からの戻り油を上記コントロールバルブ及び上記タンク直通ラインを通るルートでタンクに直接戻し、上記油圧シリンダのロッド側油室からの戻り油は上記コントロールバルブ及び上記戻り管路を通るルートでタンクに戻すように構成し、上記タンク直通ラインと上記ロッド側管路とを再生管路によって接続し、上記再生管路に、上記タンク直通ラインからロッド側管路に向かう油の流れのみを許容する再生チェック弁を設けたことを特徴とする建設機械の油圧回路。
- 油圧ポンプと、この油圧ポンプからの圧油によって伸縮作動する油圧シリンダと、上記油圧ポンプと油圧シリンダの間に設けられて油圧シリンダに対する油の給排を制御するコントロールバルブと、上記油圧シリンダのヘッド側油室と上記コントロールバルブとを結ぶヘッド側管路と、上記油圧シリンダのロッド側油室と上記コントロールバルブを結ぶロッド側管路と、上記コントロールバルブとタンクとを結ぶ戻り管路とを備え、上記戻り管路には背圧弁とオイルクーラが設けられた建設機械の油圧シリンダ回路において、上記戻り管路とは別に、上記コントロールバルブとタンクとを直結するタンク直通ラインを設け、上記油圧シリンダのヘッド側油室からの戻り油を上記コントロールバルブ及び上記タンク直通ラインを通るルートでタンクに直接戻し、上記油圧シリンダのロッド側油室からの戻り油は上記コントロールバルブ及び上記戻り管路を通るルートでタンクに戻すように構成し、上記油圧シリンダを含む複数の油圧アクチュエータごとに上記コントロールバルブを設け、このコントロールバルブごとに戻り管路を設けるとともに、この各戻り管路を共通のタンクラインを介してタンクに接続し、上記タンク直通ラインと上記タンクラインとを補給管路によって接続し、この補給管路に、上記タンク直通ラインからタンクラインに向かう油の流れのみを許容する補給チェック弁を設けたことを特徴とする建設機械の油圧回路。
