Description
そのような機械は、圧縮成型機や射出成型機とすることができる。
かくして、冷却工程に要する所与の時間は、プリフォームの所与の形状寸法および/または型式に対応する。所与の型式または形状寸法のプリフォームのためには、より長い間プリフォームを支持するように成型機の速さを落とし、かくして適切な冷却を可能とすることが必要である。このことは、冷却効率を修正できない全ての場合において、望ましくない生産性の減少を引き起こす。
従って、プリフォームの本体を境界付ける壁の外側領域は、プリフォームの本体を境界付ける壁の内側領域から受け取る熱量よりも多い熱量を受け取るのである。かくして、プリフォームの本体を境界付ける壁の内側領域と、プリフォームの本体を境界付ける壁の外側領域との間の温度差は、著しく低減され、若しくは実質的に取り除かれさえする。これにより、プリフォームをブローするその後の工程(この工程は、プリフォームの本体を境界付ける壁の温度が、その壁の厚さに沿って略均一である場合に最適となる)を改善することが可能となる。
各ハンドリング要素71は、容器を取り出し、保持し、そして引き渡すように構成されている。
プラスチックを一回量Dずつに分割する図示しない切断手段が、押出機102に結合されている。
また、ブロー成型ダイ124は、第1半型127と第2半型128が互いに間隔を離されている開放形態Xにある。そして、キャビティ126の内部には一回量Dが既に導入されている。
それは、同じ寸法の装置類をもってして、当該装置類で同時に処理できる容器Cの数が増加するからである。
それらの支持カルーセル316は、一様な態様で角度方向に分散配置することができる。
各支持カルーセル316は、それぞれの第2回転軸線A2の周りに回転することができる。
第1のプリフォームZ1が一旦受け入れられると、支持カルーセル316(これは、その間に支持カルーセル312によって回転方向に引き回される)は、自らの第2の回転軸線A2周りに約180°回転する。かくして、受け入れたばかりの第1のプリフォームZ1を収容している第1の座部317は、(第2の回転軸線A2に対して)前に占めていた位置とは直径方向に対向する位置へと移動する。換言すれば、第1のプリフォームZ1は、より周縁寄りの位置から、移動カルーセル312の中央領域へと移動される。支持カルーセル316が第2の位置P2へと導かれる際、その間、第1のプリフォームZ1に先立って既に移動カルーセル312に受け入れられた(従って適切に冷却された)プリフォームZ0が、第3移送カルーセル314へ渡される。
そのようにして、上記で開示した第1の作動モードに関連する滞留時間の3倍の滞留時間が費やされる(即ち、第2移送カルーセル305と第3移送カルーセル314が、移動カルーセル312に対して互いに直径方向に対向した位置に置かれるとすれば)。
Claims (31)
- プラスチックを圧縮成型してプリフォーム(Z,Z0,Z1)を得るのに適した圧縮成型機(303)と、前記プリフォーム(Z,Z0,Z1)をブローして容器を得るのに適したブロー成型機(306)と、前記圧縮成型機(303)と前記ブロー成型機(306)との間に置かれた、前記プリフォーム(Z,Z0,Z1)のための熱調整ステーション(308)と、前記圧縮成型機(303)と前記熱調整ステーション(308)との間の中間領域(321)へ前記プリフォーム(Z,Z0,Z1)を移動させるための移動手段(312)とを備えた装置において、前記移動手段(312)は、前記プリフォーム(Z,Z0,Z1)を可変長の進路に沿って進行させて、前記中間領域(321)内での前記プリフォーム(Z,Z0,Z1)の滞留時間を変化させるように構成され、前記移動手段が、移動カルーセル手段(312)と、前記移動カルーセル手段(312)によって回転可能に支持された支持カルーセル手段(316)とを備えていることを特徴とする装置。
- 前記支持カルーセル手段は、前記移動カルーセル手段(312)上の周縁に分散配置された複数の支持カルーセル(316)を備えている、請求項1記載の装置。
- 前記支持カルーセル手段(316)上に、それぞれのプリフォーム(Z,Z0,Z1)を受け入れるのに適した座部(17,17a,17b)ができている、請求項1または2記載の装置。
- 前記プリフォーム(Z,Z0,Z1)が前記移動手段(312)によって支持されているときに前記プリフォーム(Z,Z0,Z1)を熱的に処理するための熱調整手段をさらに備えた、請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 前記熱調整手段は、前記プリフォーム(Z,Z0,Z1)を冷却するための冷却手段を備えている、請求項4記載の装置。
- 前記熱調整手段は、複数のチャンバを画成する閉鎖壁手段を備え、各チャンバは、それぞれのプリフォーム(Z,Z0,Z1)を受け入れるのに適している、請求項4または5記載の装置。
- 前記熱調整手段は、前記プリフォーム(Z,Z0,Z1)が前記熱調整ステーション(308)へ送られる前に前記プリフォーム(Z,Z0,Z1)を予備加熱するのに適した加熱手段を備えている、請求項4から6のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 前記プリフォーム(Z,Z0,Z1)および/または射出成型によって製造された別のプリフォームのための貯蔵ステーション(322)をさらに備えた、請求項1から7のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 前記熱調整ステーション(308)へ送られるべきプリフォームを前記貯蔵ステーション(322)から取り出すように構成された供給装置(326)をさらに備えた、請求項8記載の装置。
- 前記貯蔵ステーション(322)から前記熱調整ステーション(308)へプリフォームを搬送するための供給コンベア(325)をさらに備えた、請求項8または9記載の装置。
- 前記移動手段(312)から前記プリフォーム(Z,Z0,Z1)を取り出すように、また前記プリフォーム(Z,Z0,Z1)を前記貯蔵ステーション(322)へ送るように構成されたバイパス装置(328)をさらに備えた、請求項8から10のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 前記バイパス装置(328)は、前記移動手段(312)と相互作用するように構成された取出しホイール(331)を備えている、請求項11記載の装置。
- 前記バイパス装置(328)は、前記プリフォーム(Z,Z0,Z1)を前記移動手段(312)から前記貯蔵ステーション(322)へと搬送するのに適したバイパスコンベア(324)を備えている、請求項11または12記載の装置。
- 前記プリフォーム(Z,Z0,Z1)を前記移動手段(312)から前記熱調整ステーション(308)へと移送するための移送カルーセル手段(314)をさらに備えた、請求項1から13のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 欠陥を有したプリフォームを廃棄するのに適した廃棄手段をさらに備える、請求項1から14のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 前記廃棄手段は、前記取出しホイール(331)上に設けられている、請求項12に従属する請求項15記載の装置。
- 前記廃棄手段は、前記移送カルーセル手段(314)上に設けられている、請求項14に従属する請求項15記載の装置。
- 前記プリフォーム(Z,Z0,Z1)を前記圧縮成型機(303)から前記移動手段(312)へと移送するための別の移送カルーセル手段(305)をさらに備えた、請求項1から17のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 前記別の移送カルーセル手段(305)は、前記プリフォーム(Z,Z0,Z1)を冷却するための別の冷却手段を備えている、請求項18記載の装置。
- 前記容器に製品を充填するのに適した充填ステーションをさらに備える、請求項1から19のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 前記容器を閉鎖するのに適した閉鎖ステーションをさらに備える、請求項1から20のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 前記容器にラベルを付けるためのラベル付けステーションをさらに備えた、請求項1から21のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 第1作動領域(309)においてプラスチックを圧縮成型してプリフォーム(Z,Z0,Z1)を得ることと、第2作動領域(310)において前記プリフォーム(Z,Z0,Z1)をブローして容器を得ることと、前記第1作動領域(309)と前記第2作動領域(310)との間に置かれた第3作動領域(311)において前記プリフォーム(Z,Z0,Z1)を熱的に調整することと、前記第1作動領域(309)と前記第2作動領域(310)との間に置かれた中間領域(321)へ前記プリフォーム(Z,Z0,Z1)を移動させることとを備えた方法において、前記移動させることが、前記プリフォーム(Z,Z0,Z1)を可変長の進路に沿って進行させて、前記中間領域(321)内での前記プリフォーム(Z,Z0,Z1)の滞留時間を変化させることを含んでおり、前記移動させることが、移動カルーセル手段(312)と、前記移動カルーセル手段(312)によって回転可能に支持された支持カルーセル手段(316)とを備えた移動手段により行われることを特徴とする方法。
- 前記進路は、略円形の軌道の少なくとも一部を備えている、請求項23記載の方法。
- 前記1つないし複数の進路は、ループに閉じられた軌道を備えている、請求項23または24記載の方法。
- 前記移動の間に、前記プリフォーム(Z,Z0,Z1)を冷却することが備えられている、請求項23から25のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記移動の後に、前記プリフォーム(Z,Z0,Z1)を貯蔵領域(332)内で貯蔵することが備えられている、請求項23から26のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記第3作動領域(311)へ送られるべきプリフォーム(Z,Z0,Z1)を前記貯蔵領域(332)から取り出すことを備えた、請求項27記載の方法。
- 前記容器に製品を充填することをさらに備えた、請求項23から28のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記容器を閉鎖することをさらに備えた、請求項23から29のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記容器にラベルを付けることをさらに備えた、請求項23から30のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
