Description
本実施形態に係るリベットセット装置は、リベット供給手段から順次送り込まれたリベットをワークの所定部位に形成された孔に挿通させてセットするためのもので、図1〜5に示すように、装置本体1と、取付部材2と、操作ノブ4と、押さえ部材7と、検知センサ8とから主に構成されている。
まず、図12(a)で示すように、初期状態にある操作ノブ4を押圧操作することにより、リベット供給手段11からリベットRを送り込ませ、搬送路1aの途中でストッパ5に干渉させて停止させ、待機位置Bで待機させる(同図(b))。その後、操作ノブ4の押圧操作を止めて当該操作ノブ4がリターンスプリングSの付勢力で上方に移動し、初期位置に至ると、待機位置BのリベットRは、ストッパ5との干渉が解かれ、自重にて更に下方に滑落してセット可能位置Aまで搬送されることとなる(同図(c))。

Claims (3)
- リベット供給手段から順次送り込まれたリベットをワークの所定部位に形成された孔に挿通させてセットするためのリベットセット装置において、
リベットをセット可能位置まで滑落させて搬送し得る搬送路と、
該搬送路の下面におけるリベットの搬送方向に沿って形成され、当該搬送路にて搬送途中のリベットの頭部を支持しつつ首下部を下方へ垂下させた吊下げ状態とし得るとともに、前記セット可能位置まで延設された切欠きと、
前記搬送路に対して出没可能とされ、当該搬送路にて前記セット可能位置まで搬送途中のリベットと干渉して待機位置で停止させるストッパと、
を具備し、前記切欠きは、前記セット可能位置から少なくとも前記待機位置まで延びて形成されるとともに、前記ストッパは、前記待機位置から前記セット可能位置に向かって弧状に屈曲形成されて成ることを特徴とするリベットセット装置。 - 押圧操作によって前記ストッパを搬送路に対して任意に出没させ得る操作ノブを具備するとともに、当該操作ノブが押圧操作されたことを条件として前記リベット供給手段から順次リベットを送り込み可能とされたことを特徴とする請求項1記載のリベットセット装置。
- 前記操作ノブは、前記セット可能位置にあるリベットの頭部と当接可能な当接部が形成されるとともに、当該操作ノブの操作によって当該当接部がリベットの頭部に対する当接位置と離間位置との間で移動可能とされたことを特徴とする請求項2記載のリベットセット装置。
