Claims (3)
- 7以上の前進歯車段(1,2,3,4・・・)と少なくとも1つの後退歯車段(R)を有する自動車用の段階的可変変速機(10)であって、
駆動入力シャフト構造体(12,14;38)と、
出力シャフト構造体(16,18;40)と、
遊び歯車及び固定歯車を含む複数個の歯車列と、を有し、
前記遊び歯車は、シャフト構造体に回転自在に取り付けられ、それぞれのシフトクラッチ(SK)によって関連の前記シャフト構造体に回転的に固定された状態で連結でき、
前記出力シャフト構造体(16,18)は、前記入力駆動シャフト構造体(12,14;38)と一緒になって、3シャフト構造体を形成する第1の出力シャフト(16)と第2の出力シャフト(18)を有し、
第1の前進歯車段(1)および第2の前進歯車段(2)は、前記出力シャフト(16,18)の前記第1の出力シャフト(16)に割り当てられ、
前記後退歯車段(R)は、前記第2の出力シャフト(18)に割り当てられ、
前記後退歯車段(R)は、前記第2の前進歯車段(2)を介して駆動され、
前記後退歯車段(R)は、前記第2の前進歯車段(2)に割り当てられた歯車列の遊び歯車に回転可能に固定的に連結された歯車(28)を介して駆動され、
前記駐車ロック(30)は、前記出力シャフト(16、18)の前記第2の出力シャフト(18)に割り当てられ、
前記駐車ロック(30)は、前記第1の出力シャフト(16)の前記第2の前進歯車段(2)に軸方向に整列している、
ことを特徴とする段階的可変変速機。 - 前記第1の前進歯車段(1)が、短い軸線方向間隔(S1)をおいて、前記出力シャフト(16)に割り当てられている、
請求項1に記載の段階的可変変速機。 - 高トルクを伝達する前進歯車段(1,2,・・・)に割り当てられた歯車列が、出力シャフト構造体(16,18;40)の端に配置されている、
