Description
<触媒A>
濃度5質量%のアルミン酸ナトリウム水溶液3000gに水ガラス3号18.0gを加え、65℃に保温した容器に入れた。他方、65℃に保温した別の容器において濃度2.5質量%の硫酸アルミニウム水溶液3000gにリン酸(濃度85%)6.0gを加えた溶液を調整し、これに前述のアルミン酸ナトリウムを含む水溶液を滴下した。混合溶液のpHが7.0になる時点を終点とし、得られたスラリー状の生成物をフィルターに通して濾取し、ケーキ状のスラリーを得た。
濃度5質量%のアルミン酸ナトリウム水溶液3000gに水ガラス3号300gを加え、65℃に保温した容器に入れた。他方、65℃に保温した別の容器において濃度2.5質量%の硫酸アルミニウム水溶液3000gを調整し、これに前述のアルミン酸ナトリウムを含む水溶液を滴下した。混合溶液のpHが7.0になる時点を終点とし、得られたスラリー状の生成物をフィルターに通して濾取し、ケーキ状のスラリーを得た。
触媒Aの調製に使用した成形担体50gナス型フラスコに入れ、ロータリーエバポレータ−で脱気しながら三酸化モリブデン14.8g、硝酸ニッケル(II)6水和物7.6g、硝酸コバルト(II)6水和物17.8g、リン酸(濃度85%)2.9g及びリンゴ酸4.0gを含む含浸溶液をフラスコ内に注入した。含浸した試料は120℃で1時間乾燥した後、550℃で焼成し、触媒Cを得た。調製した触媒Cの物性を表1にまとめた。
触媒A(50ml)を充填した第一反応管(内径20mm)と、同じく触媒A(50ml)を充填した第二反応管(内径20mm)を直列に固定床流通式反応装置に取り付けた。その後、ジメチルジサルファイドを加えた直留軽油(硫黄分3質量%)を用いて触媒層平均温度300℃、水素分圧6MPa、LHSV=1h−1、水素/油比=200NL/Lの条件下で、4時間触媒の予備硫化を行った。
パーム油:15℃密度0.916g/ml、酸素分11.4質量%
中東系の減圧軽油留分:15℃密度0.919g/ml、硫黄分2.41質量%、窒素分610質量ppm、塩基性窒素分240質量ppm、初留点285℃、終点540℃
触媒A(50ml)を充填した第一反応管(内径20mm)と、触媒C(50ml)を充填した第二反応管(内径20mm)を直列に固定床流通式反応装置に取り付けたことの他は、実施例1と同様にして水素化精製を行った。反応条件を表2に、試験結果を表3にそれぞれまとめた。
触媒B(30ml)を充填した第一反応管(内径20mm)と、触媒C(70ml)を充填した第二反応管(内径20mm)を直列に固定床流通式反応装置に取り付けたことの他は、実施例1と同様にして水素化精製を行った。反応条件を表2に、試験結果を表3にそれぞれまとめた。
被処理油として、実施例1で使用したパーム油と以下の減圧軽油留分とを20:80の容量比で混合した混合油(以下、「混合油2」)を用いたことの他は実施例1と同様にして水素化精製を行った。反応条件を表2に、試験結果を表3にそれぞれまとめた。
減圧軽油留分:15℃密度0.910g/ml、硫黄分2.10質量%、窒素分360質量ppm、塩基性窒素分140質量ppm、初留点270℃、終点536℃
第一反応管と第二反応管の間で導入せず、水素ガス全量を被処理油と随伴させたこと(クエンチ水素比率0%)の他は、実施例3と同様にして水素化精製を行った。反応条件を表2に、試験結果を表3にそれぞれまとめた。
Claims (6)
- 水素の存在下、
沸点が300℃以上の留分を含有し且つ硫黄分を0.5〜4.5質量%含有する石油系炭化水素留分、及び動植物油に由来する酸素分0.3〜13質量%の油脂成分を含有する被処理油と、
周期律表第6A族及び第8族の元素から選ばれる一種以上の金属、及び少なくとも酸化アルミニウムを含む多孔性無機酸化物を含有する触媒と
を接触させることを特徴とする水素化精製方法。 - 前記油脂成分に占めるトリグリセリド構造を有する化合物の割合が80モル%以上であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の水素化精製方法。
- 前記石油系炭化水素留分が窒素分を400〜1800質量ppm含有することを特徴とする、請求項1又は2に記載の水素化精製方法。
- 前記石油系炭化水素留分が塩基性窒素分を180〜600質量ppm含有することを特徴とする、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の水素化精製方法。
- 前記多孔性無機酸化物は、ケイ素、ホウ素、リン、チタン及びジルコニウムから選ばれる一種以上の元素と、酸化アルミニウムとを含有し、前記金属は、コバルト、モリブデン、ニッケル及びタングステンから選ばれる二種以上の金属であり、前記金属は前記多孔性無機酸化物に担持されていることを特徴とする、請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の水素化精製方法。
- 前記被処理油と前記触媒とを、水素圧力5〜20MPa、液空間速度0.1〜2.2h−1、水素油比300〜1500NL/Lの条件下で接触させることを特徴とする、請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の水素化精製方法。
