C17H35COOR+4H2→C18H38+2H2O+RH (1)
C17H35COOR+H2→C17H36+CO2+RH (2)
原料油としてパーム油(15℃における密度:0.916g/ml、酸素分:11.4質量%、塩素分:8.2質量ppm、よう素価:51.1、含酸素有機化合物に占めるトリグリセライド構造を有する化合物の割合:99.6モル%)200gをフラスコに入れて、95℃、0.1kPaで30分間真空乾燥した。
吸着剤を、銀、二酸化ケイ素、酸化アルミニウムから構成される吸着剤Bとし、処理温度を50℃とした以外は実施例1と同様にして、脱塩素、水素化脱酸素及び水の分離を行った。被処理油(脱塩素油)の塩素分含有量、生成油の塩素分含有量、酸素分含有量及びよう素価、並びに分離した水の塩素分含有量を表1に示す。
原料油を大豆油(15℃における密度:0.923g/ml、酸素分:11.5質量%、塩素分:1.8質量ppm、よう素価:136、含酸素有機化合物に占めるトリグリセライド構造を有する化合物の割合:99.5モル%)としたこと以外は、実施例1と同様にして、脱塩素、水素化脱酸素及び水の分離を行った。被処理油(脱塩素油)の塩素分含有量、生成油の塩素分含有量、酸素分含有量及びよう素価、並びに分離した水の塩素分含有量を表1に示す。
吸着剤を、二酸化ケイ素からなる吸着剤Cとした以外は実施例1と同様にして、脱塩素、水素化脱酸素及び水の分離を行った。被処理油の塩素分含有量、生成油の塩素分含有量、酸素分含有量及びよう素価、並びに分離した水の塩素分含有量を表1に示す。
実施例1と同様のパーム油100ml及び蒸留水100mlをスクリュー管に入れ、35℃に保温した恒温水槽にて10分間振とうした。振とう後油分を回収し、再度蒸留水100mlを加え、振とうした後に、油分を回収した。回収した油分(被処理油)の塩素分含有量を表1に示す。
Claims (10)
- 含酸素有機化合物及び非水溶性の含塩素化合物を含有する原料油と、多孔性無機酸化物並びに第IA族、第IIA族及び第IB族から選ばれる少なくとも1種以上の金属を含んで構成される吸着剤と、を接触させて、前記非水溶性の含塩素化合物を前記吸着剤に吸着させて脱塩素油を得る第1の工程と、
水素の存在下、前記脱塩素油と、多孔性無機酸化物を含有する担体並びに該担体上に担持された周期律表第VIA族及び第VIII族から選ばれる少なくとも1種以上の金属を含んで構成される水素化触媒と、を接触させて、前記含酸素有機化合物の水素化脱酸素により炭化水素油及び水を含有する反応生成物を得る第2の工程と、
前記反応生成物から前記水を分離し、前記炭化水素油を含有する生成油を得る第3の工程と、
を備えることを特徴とする炭化水素油の製造方法。 - 前記原料油の全量を基準として、前記原料油における酸素分の含有量が15質量%以下であり、前記原料油における塩素分の含有量が0.1〜50質量ppmであることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の炭化水素油の製造方法。
- 前記脱塩素油の全量を基準として、前記脱塩素油における酸素分の含有量が15質量%以下であり、前記脱塩素油における塩素分の含有量が5質量ppm以下であることを特徴とする、請求項1又は2に記載の炭化水素油の製造方法。
- 前記第3の工程で分離された前記水における塩素分の含有量が、前記水の全量を基準として、50質量ppm以下であることを特徴とする、請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の炭化水素油の製造方法。
- 前記含酸素有機化合物が動植物由来油脂であり、該動植物由来油脂に占める脂肪酸および/またはエステル体構造を有する化合物の割合が90モル%以上であることを特徴とする、請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の炭化水素油の製造方法。
- 前記第1の工程において、前記吸着剤を構成する多孔性無機酸化物が、アルミニウム、ケイ素、マグネシウム、亜鉛から選ばれる1種以上の元素を含んで構成されていることを特徴とする、請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の炭化水素油の製造方法。
- 前記第1の工程において、反応温度20〜200℃の条件下で、前記原料油と前記吸着剤とを接触させることを特徴とする、請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載の炭化水素油の製造方法。
- 前記多孔性無機酸化物が、アルミニウム、ケイ素、ジルコニウム、ホウ素、チタン、マグネシウムから選ばれる2種以上の元素を含んで構成されていることを特徴とする、請求項1〜7のいずれか1項に記載の炭化水素油の製造方法。
- 前記第2の工程において、水素圧力2〜10MPa、液空間速度0.1〜3.0h−1、水素油比150〜1500NL/L、反応温度150〜380℃の条件下で、前記脱塩素油と前記水素化触媒とを接触させることを特徴とする、請求項1〜8のうちいずれか1項に記載の炭化水素油の製造方法。
- 前記生成油の全量を基準として、前記生成油における酸素分の含有量が1質量%以下であり、前記生成油における塩素分の含有量が0.1質量ppm以下であり、前記生成油におけるよう素価が0.1以下であることを特徴とする、請求項1〜9のいずれか1項に記載の炭化水素油の製造方法。
