Abstract
【解決手段】第1サンギア1s、第1リングギア1r及び第1キャリア1cを備える第1遊星歯車機構P1と、第2サンギア2s、第2リングギア2r及び第2キャリア2cを備え、且つその第2サンギア2sが第1サンギア1sに接続された第2遊星歯車機構P2とを備え、第2リングギア2rに当該ギアトレーンユニットの入力軸Inを接続するとともに、第1リングギア1r及び第2キャリア2cのそれぞれに当該ギアトレーンユニットの出力軸Outを接続し、更に第1キャリア1cと第1モータジェネレータMG1との接続を選択的に断接する第1クラッチC1と、第1サンギア1s及び第2サンギア2sと第1モータジェネレータMG1との接続を選択的に断接する第2クラッチC2とを備えてモータジェネレータ付きギアトレーンユニットを構成した。

Description
上記課題を解決するため、請求項1に記載の発明は、動力伝達経路上に配置されるとともにモータジェネレータの設けられたモータジェネレータ付きギアトレーンユニットであって、サンギア、リングギア及びキャリアを備える第1遊星歯車機構と、同じくサンギア、リングギア及びキャリアを備え、且つそのサンギアが前記第1遊星歯車機構のサンギアに接続された第2遊星歯車機構と、前記第2遊星歯車機構のリングギアに接続された当該ギアトレーンユニットの入力軸と、前記第1遊星歯車機構のリングギア及び前記第2遊星歯車機構のキャリアのそれぞれに接続される当該ギアトレーンユニットの出力軸と、前記第1遊星歯車機構のキャリアと前記モータジェネレータとの接続を選択的に断接する第1クラッチと、前記第1遊星歯車機構及び前記第2遊星歯車機構のサンギアと前記モータジェネレータとの接続を選択的に断接する第2クラッチと、を備えることをその要旨としている。
以下、本発明に係るモータジェネレータ付きギアトレーンユニットを具体化した第1の実施の形態を、図1〜図3を参照して詳細に説明する。本実施の形態のギアトレーンユニットは、内燃機関とモータジェネレータとの2種類の駆動源を備えるハイブリッド車両にあって、その内燃機関から駆動輪への動力伝達経路に配置されるものとなっている。また本実施の形態のギアトレーンユニットには、2つのモータジェネレータが一体に組込まれた構成となっている。
(1)本実施形態では、モータジェネレータ付きギアトレーンユニットを、以下のa.〜f.に示される態様で構成するようにしている。
a.第1サンギア1s、第1リングギア1r及び第1キャリア1cの3要素を備える第1遊星歯車機構P1を備えること。
b.同様に第2サンギア2s、第2リングギア2r及び第2キャリア2cの3要素を備え、且つその第2サンギア2sが第1遊星歯車機構P1の第1サンギア1sに接続された第2遊星歯車機構P2を備えること。
c.第2遊星歯車機構P2の第2リングギア2rに当該ギアトレーンユニットの入力軸Inを接続すること。
d.第1遊星歯車機構P1の第1リングギア1r及び第2遊星歯車機構P2の第2キャリア2cのそれぞれに当該ギアトレーンユニットの出力軸Outを接続すること。
e.第1遊星歯車機構P1の第1キャリア1cと第1モータジェネレータMG1との接続を選択的に断接する第1クラッチC1を備えること。
f.第1遊星歯車機構P1及び第2遊星歯車機構P2のサンギア(第1サンギア1s、第2サンギア2s)と第1モータジェネレータMG1との接続を選択的に断接する第2クラッチC2を備えること。
続いて、本発明に係るモータジェネレータ付きギアトレーンユニットを具体化した第2の実施の形態について、図5を併せ参照して、上記実施の形態と異なる点を中心に説明する。なお本実施の形態及び以後の各実施の形態において、前述の実施の形態と共通する構成については、同一の符号を付してその詳細な説明は省略する。
続いて本発明に係るモータジェネレータ付きギアトレーンユニットを具体化した第3の実施の形態を、図6(a)を併せ参照して、上記実施の形態と異なる点を中心に説明する。本実施の形態のギアトレーンユニットは、第1の実施の形態のギアトレーンユニットに、出力を増幅するためのアンダードライブ機構を増設したものとなっている。
続いて本発明に係るモータジェネレータ付きギアトレーンユニットを具体化した第4の実施の形態を、図8(a)を併せ参照して、上記実施の形態と異なる点を中心に説明する。本実施の形態のギアトレーンユニットは、第1の実施の形態のギアトレーンユニットに、出力回転速度を増速するためのオーバードライブ機構を増設したものとなっている。
・第3の実施の形態及びその変形例でのギアトレーンユニットの各ユニットの配置順序を、その入力側から順に、第2遊星歯車機構P2、第1モータジェネレータMG1、第1遊星歯車機構P1、第2モータジェネレータMG2が配置されるように変更するようにしても良い。また第4の実施の形態及びその変形例でのギアトレーンユニットの各ユニットの配置順序についても、その入力側から順に、第2遊星歯車機構P2、第1モータジェネレータMG1、第1遊星歯車機構P1、第2モータジェネレータMG2が配置されるように変更するようにしても良い。
Claims (17)
- 動力伝達経路上に配置されるとともにモータジェネレータの設けられたモータジェネレータ付きギアトレーンユニットであって、
サンギア、リングギア及びキャリアを備える第1遊星歯車機構と、
同じくサンギア、リングギア及びキャリアを備え、且つそのサンギアが前記第1遊星歯車機構のサンギアに接続された第2遊星歯車機構と、
前記第2遊星歯車機構のリングギアに接続された当該ギアトレーンユニットの入力軸と、
前記第1遊星歯車機構のリングギア及び前記第2遊星歯車機構のキャリアのそれぞれに接続される当該ギアトレーンユニットの出力軸と、
前記第1遊星歯車機構のキャリアと前記モータジェネレータとの接続を選択的に断接する第1クラッチと、
前記第1遊星歯車機構及び前記第2遊星歯車機構のサンギアと前記モータジェネレータとの接続を選択的に断接する第2クラッチと、
を備えることを特徴とするモータジェネレータ付きギアトレーンユニット。 - 前記第1クラッチを切断状態とする一方で前記第2クラッチを接続状態とする動力伝達モードと、前記第1クラッチを接続状態とする一方で前記第2クラッチを切断状態とする動力伝達モードとを備える
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のモータジェネレータ付きギアトレーンユニット。 - 前記第1クラッチ及び第2クラッチを共に接続状態とする動力伝達モードを備える
ことを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載のモータジェネレータ付きギアトレーンユニット。 - 前記第1クラッチ及び第2クラッチは、前記モータジェネレータの内周部に設置されてなる
ことを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載のモータジェネレータ付きギアトレーンユニット。 - 前記第1クラッチ及び第2クラッチは、前記モータジェネレータと前記第1遊星歯車機構との間に挟み込まれる態様で配置されてなる
ことを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載のモータジェネレータ付きギアトレーンユニット。 - 前記出力軸に接続された更なるモータジェネレータを備える
ことを特徴とする請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載のモータジェネレータ付きギアトレーンユニット。 - 前記更なるモータジェネレータは、前記第2遊星歯車機構の出力側における前記出力軸の外周に配置されてなる
ことを特徴とする請求項6に記載のモータジェネレータ付きギアトレーンユニット。 - 前記更なるモータジェネレータによる回生発電時には、前記第1クラッチ及び前記第2クラッチの双方を切断状態とする
ことを特徴とする請求項6又は7に記載のモータジェネレータ付きギアトレーンユニット。 - 前記出力軸は、サンギア、リングギア及びキャリアを備える第3遊星歯車機構のリングギアに接続され、
同第3遊星歯車機構には、そのキャリアに最終出力軸が接続されるとともに、該第3遊星歯車機構のリングギアとキャリアとを選択的に断接する第3クラッチと、該第3遊星歯車機構のサンギアを選択的に固定するブレーキと、が設けられる
ことを特徴とする請求項1〜8のいずれか1項に記載のモータジェネレータ付きギアトレーンユニット。 - 前記出力軸は、サンギア、リングギア及びキャリアを備える第3遊星歯車機構のリングギアに接続され、
同第3遊星歯車機構には、そのキャリアに最終出力軸が接続されるとともに、該第3遊星歯車機構のサンギアとリングギアとを選択的に断接する第3クラッチと、該第3遊星歯車機構のサンギアを選択的に固定するブレーキと、が設けられる
ことを特徴とする請求項1〜8のいずれか1項に記載のモータジェネレータ付きギアトレーンユニット。 - 前記入力軸は、サンギア、リングギア及びキャリアを備える第3遊星歯車機構のキャリアに接続され、
