技术领域
本发明涉及一种混合电动车辆的动力传输***。更具体地,本发明涉及这样一种混合电动车辆的动力传输***,其能够通过使用一个发动机和两个电动机/发电机而可变地用作串联类型混合电动车辆和并联类型混合电动车辆。
背景技术
车辆的环境友好技术是非常重要的技术,未来汽车制造业的生存就依赖于该技术。车辆制造商正关注于环境友好车辆的开发,以便符合环境和燃料消耗规定。
因此,每个车辆制造商都在开发电动车辆(EV)、混合电动车辆(HEV)、燃料电池电动车辆(FCEV)等作为未来车辆。
由于未来车辆具有各种技术限制(比如重量和成本),因此车辆制造商关注混合电动车辆以满足排放气体规定并提高燃料效率,并且完成混合电动车辆的商业化。
混合电动车辆是使用两个或更多个动力源的车辆,并且使用化石燃料的汽油发动机或柴油发动机以及通过电能驱动的电动机/发电机用作混合电动车辆的动力源。
混合电动车辆使用具有相对更好的低速扭矩特性的电动机/发电机作为低速下的主动力源,并且使用具有相对更好的高速扭矩特性的发动机作为高速下的主动力源。
由于混合电动车辆停止利用化石燃料的发动机的操作,并且在低速区域处使用电动机/发电机,所以可以改进燃料消耗并且可以减少废气。
混合电动车辆的动力传输***分为单模式类型和多模式类型。
用于换挡控制的诸如离合器和制动器的扭矩传递装置是不必要的,但是燃料消耗由于高速区域处的效率变差而较高,并且需要额外的扭矩倍增设备来应用于根据单模式类型的大型车辆。
由于多模式类型在高速区域效率高,并且能够自发地倍增扭矩,所以多模式类型能够应用于全尺寸车辆。
因此,采用多模式类型而非单模式类型作为混合电动车辆的动力传输***,并且多模式类型也处于持续的研究之下。
多模式类型的动力传输***包括多个行星齿轮组、作为电动机和/或发电机操作的多个电动机/发电机、控制行星齿轮组的旋转元件的多个扭矩传递装置、以及用作电动机/发电机的动力源的电池。
多模式类型的动力传输***根据行星齿轮组、电动机/发电机以及扭矩传递装置的连接而具有不同的操作机构。
此外,多模式类型的动力传输***根据行星齿轮组、电动机/发电机以及扭矩传递装置的连接而具有不同的特征,例如耐用性、动力传递效率和尺寸。因此,用于混合电动车辆的动力传输***的连接结构的设计也处于持续的研究中,以便实现没有动力损失的稳健并紧凑的动力传输***。

参照图1,根据本发明的第一示例性实施方案的混合电动车辆的动力传输***使用发动机ENG以及第一电动机/发电机MG1和第二电动机/发电机MG2作为动力源。动力传输***根据车辆的行驶状态改变通过输入轴IS传输的发动机ENG的扭矩以及第一电动机/发电机MG1和第二电动机/发电机MG2的扭矩,并且通过输出齿轮OG输出改变的扭矩。
动力传输***包括输入轴IS、第一行星齿轮组PG1和第二行星齿轮组PG2、离合器CL、制动器BK以及输出齿轮OG。
扭转减振器TD设置在输入轴IS和发动机ENG的输出侧之间,并且吸收从发动机ENG输出的扭矩的扭转振动。
第一行星齿轮组PG1的一个旋转元件得以直接地连接到第二行星齿轮组PG2的一个旋转元件,并且第一行星齿轮组PG1的另一个旋转元件和第二行星齿轮组PG2的另一个旋转元件分别连接到第一电动机/发电机MG1和第二电动机/发电机MG2。
第一电动机/发电机MG1和第二电动机/发电机MG2是独立的动力源,并且作为电动机和发电机进行操作。
也即,第一电动机/发电机MG1得以操作作为用于将扭矩供应至第一行星齿轮组PG1的另一个旋转元件的电动机,或者作为用于通过另一个旋转元件的扭矩发电的发电机。
第二电动机/发电机MG2得以操作作为用于将扭矩供应至第二行星齿轮组PG2的另一个旋转元件的电动机,或者作为用于通过另一个旋转元件的扭矩发电的发电机。
出于该目的,第一电动机/发电机MG1的定子和第二电动机/发电机MG2的定子固定至变速器壳体H,并且第一电动机/发电机MG1的转子和第二电动机/发电机MG2的转子分别连接到第一行星齿轮组PG1的另一个旋转元件和第二行星齿轮组PG2的另一个旋转元件。
离合器CL选择性地连接到第二行星齿轮组PG2的三个旋转元件之中的两个旋转元件,以使第二行星齿轮组PG2变成直接联接状态。
制动器BK选择性地将第二行星齿轮组PG2的任意一个旋转元件连接并固定到变速器壳体H。
离合器CL是选择性地将任意旋转元件与另一个旋转元件连接的摩擦构件,并且制动器BK为选择性地将任意旋转元件连接到固定元件(例如,变速器壳体)的摩擦构件。摩擦构件可以为通过液压操作的湿式常规多碟摩擦元件,但是并不限于此。

第一行星齿轮组PG1为单小齿轮行星齿轮组,并且包括作为第一太阳轮S1的第一旋转元件N1,作为第一行星架PC1的第二旋转元件N2,以及作为第一内齿圈R1的第三旋转元件N3,第一行星架PC1旋转支撑与第一太阳轮S1外部啮合的第一小齿轮P1,第一内齿圈R1与第一小齿轮P1内部啮合。
第二行星齿轮组PG2为单小齿轮行星齿轮组,并且包括作为第二太阳轮S2的第四旋转元件N4,作为第二行星架PC2的第五旋转元件N5,以及作为第二内齿圈R2的第六旋转元件N6,第二行星架PC2旋转支撑与第二太阳轮S2外部啮合的第二小齿轮P2,第二内齿圈R2与第二小齿轮P2内部啮合。
第二旋转元件N2的第一行星架PC1和第五旋转元件N5的第二行星架PC2彼此直接连接,并且连接到输入轴IS,第五旋转元件N5的第二行星架PC2选择性地连接到第六旋转元件N6的第二内齿圈R2,并且第六旋转元件N6的第二内齿圈R2直接连接到作为输出构件的输出齿轮OG。
输入轴IS接收来自发动机ENG的扭矩,并且输出齿轮OG为输出构件并将驱动扭矩通过最终减速齿轮和差动装置传输至驱动轮。
此外,第三旋转元件N3的第一内齿圈R1直接连接到第一电动机/发电机MG1,使得第一电动机/发电机MG1操作作为驱动第一内齿圈R1的电动机,或者作为发电机。
此外,第六旋转元件N6的第二内齿圈R2直接连接到第二电动机/发电机MG2,使得第二电动机/发电机MG2操作作为驱动第二内齿圈R2的电动机,或者作为发电机。
离合器CL设置在第五旋转元件N5的第二行星架PC2和第六旋转元件N6的第二内齿圈R2之间,以便选择性地将第二行星架PC2与第二内齿圈R2连接。因此,离合器CL选择性地使得第二行星齿轮组PG2变成直接联接状态。
制动器BK设置在第四旋转元件N4的第二太阳轮S2和变速器壳体H之间,以便选择性地将第二太阳轮S2和变速器壳体H连接。因此,第二太阳轮S2得以选择性地操作作为固定元件。
图2为应用于根据本发明的第一示例性实施方案的动力传输***的每一个模式下的摩擦元件的操作图表。
参考图2,离合器CL和制动器BK都不在电动车辆(EV)模式下操作。
由于发动机ENG得以停止并且车辆由第二电动机/发电机MG2驱动,因此可以在低速下确保类似于电动车辆所能够实现的高效率。
如果连接到第一行星齿轮组PG1的发动机ENG在该状态下由第一电动机/发电机MG1起动,则第一电动机/发电机MG1通过发动机ENG的扭矩产生电能,并且将电能供应至第二电动机/发电机MG2或给电池充电。也即,可以实现串联类型的混合电动车辆(HEV)模式。
在此时,由于离合器CL得以释放,因此防止发动机ENG和第一电动机/发电机MG1的扭矩被直接地传输至输出齿轮OG。可以在串联类型的HEV模式下,在中/低速的城市驾驶情况下确保优秀的燃料经济性。
在串联类型的HEV模式下,通过第一行星齿轮组PG1的传动比,第一电动机/发电机MG1的旋转速度比发动机ENG的旋转速度更快,从而减少第一电动机/发电机MG1的最大扭矩。因此,可以通过发动机ENG的扭矩确保优秀的发电效率。
此外,由于在串联类型的HEV模式下,通过第一电动机/发电机MG1产生的电能能够供应至第二电动机/发电机MG2来作为动力源,因此并不需要以高容量电池驱动高容量的第二电动机/发电机MG2。因此,可以降低电池的容量。
此外,如果离合器CL或制动器BK的任意一个得以操作,则实现了并联类型HEV模式,在并联类型HEV模式中,车辆通过发动机ENG和第二电动机/发电机MG2的扭矩来驱动。
可以在并联类型HEV模式下,在中/高速或恒定速度情况下确保优秀的驱动效率。
根据本发明的示例性实施方案的混合电动车辆的动力传输***能够确保高效率,其类似于在EV模式下能够实现的减速。此外,由于考虑串联类型的HEV模式和并联类型的HEV模式的最佳效率区域而选择性地使用串联类型的HEV模式和并联类型的HEV模式,因此可以在可插式混合电动车辆(PHEV)的电量消耗CD区域处确保类似于电动车辆能够实现的动力传递效率,并且可以确保最高的燃料里程。
此外,由于串联类型的HEV模式和并联类型的HEV模式用于在电量保持(CS)区域处促使发动机ENG的最佳驱动,因此***可以实现最高燃料经济性,并且同时得以应用至PHEV和HEV。
如上所述,根据本发明的第一示例性实施方案的混合电动车辆的动力传输***在EV模式下释放离合器CL并停止发动机。因此,可以使不必要的机械损耗最小化。因此,可以确保类似于减速器(reducer)能够实现的动力传递效率。
此外,由于根据本发明的第一示例性实施方案的混合电动车辆的动力传输***能够在EV模式下将车辆的行驶与发动机ENG和第一电动机/发电机MG1分开,因此在EV模式下不存在对于驾驶速度的结构上的限制。此外,由于在串联类型的HEV模式下,发动机ENG通过离合器CL独立于车辆而得以运行,因此驾驶速度并不由第二电动机/发电机MG2进行限制。
此外,根据本发明的第一示例性实施方案的混合电动车辆的动力传输***能够实现串联类型的HEV模式,因此第一电动机/发电机MG1能够根据发动机ENG的扭矩供应电能以驱动第二电动机/发电机MG2。因此,电池的容量可以最小化。
此外,根据本发明的第一示例性实施方案的混合电动车辆的动力传输***在并联类型的HEV模式下支持两个挡位,因此发动机ENG可以有效地进行驱动,并且燃料消耗可以进行缩减。
图3为根据本发明的第二示例性实施方案的动力传输***的示意图。
参考图3,虽然在本发明的第一示例性实施方案中第一电动机/发电机MG1得以直接地连接到第三旋转元件N3的第一内齿圈R1,并且第一旋转元件N1的第一太阳轮S1得以操作作为固定元件,但是在第二示例性实施方案中,第一电动机/发电机MG1得以直接地连接到第一旋转元件N1的第一太阳轮S1,并且第三旋转元件N3的第一内齿圈R1得以操作作为固定元件。
由于本发明的第二示例性实施方案的功能和操作与第一示例性实施方案的功能和操作相同,因此将省略其具体说明。
由于根据本发明的示例性实施方案,在发动机的停止状态下的EV模式下,车辆由第二电动机/发电机驱动,因此可以最小化不必要的机械损耗,并且可以确保类似于减速器能够实现的动力传递效率。
此外,由于在EV模式下车辆的行驶能够与发动机和第一电动机/发电机分开,因此在EV模式下不存在对于驾驶速度的结构上的限制。
此外,由于发动机在串联类型的HEV模式下通过离合器而独立于车辆进行运行,因此驾驶速度并不受第二电动机/发电机限制,并且第一电动机/发电机能够根据发动机的扭矩来供应电能以驱动第二电动机/发电机。因此,可以使电池的容量最小化。
此外,由于在并联类型的HEV模式下得以实现两个挡位,因此可以有效地驱动发动机并可以缩减燃料消耗。

Claims (15)

1.一种混合电动车辆的动力传输***,包括:
输入轴,所述输入轴接收发动机的扭矩;
第一行星齿轮组,所述第一行星齿轮组包括至少三个旋转元件,其中第一旋转元件直接地连接到所述输入轴,第二旋转元件直接地连接到第一电动机/发电机,并且第三旋转元件固定至变速器壳体;
第二行星齿轮组,所述第二行星齿轮组包括至少三个旋转元件,其中,所述第二行星齿轮组的第一旋转元件连接到直接连接至所述输入轴的第一行星齿轮组的第一旋转元件,所述第二行星齿轮组的第二旋转元件直接地连接到第二电动机/发电机,并且所述第二行星齿轮组的第三旋转元件选择性地连接到变速器壳体;
离合器,所述离合器选择性地将所述第二行星齿轮组的至少三个旋转元件之中的两个旋转元件连接;
制动器,所述制动器选择性地将所述第二行星齿轮组的第三旋转元件连接到变速器壳体;以及
输出齿轮,所述输出齿轮连接到所述第二电动机/发电机和所述第二行星齿轮组的第二旋转元件。
2.根据权利要求1所述的混合电动车辆的动力传输***,
其中,所述第一行星齿轮组的第一旋转元件为第一行星架,所述第一行星齿轮组的第二旋转元件为第一内齿圈,并且所述第一行星齿轮组的第三旋转元件为第一太阳轮,
所述第二行星齿轮组的第一旋转元件为第二行星架,所述第二行星齿轮组的第二旋转元件为第二内齿圈,并且所述第二行星齿轮组的第三旋转元件为第二太阳轮。
3.根据权利要求1所述的混合电动车辆的动力传输***,

5.根据权利要求1所述的混合电动车辆的动力传输***,进一步包括设置在所述发动机和所述输入轴之间的扭转减振器。
6.一种混合电动车辆的动力传输***,包括:
输入轴,所述输入轴接收发动机的扭矩;
第一行星齿轮组,所述第一行星齿轮组包括固定至变速器壳体的第一太阳轮,直接地连接到所述输入轴的第一行星架,以及直接地连接到第一电动机/发电机的第一内齿圈;
第二行星齿轮组,所述第二行星齿轮组包括选择性地连接至变速器壳体的第二太阳轮,直接地连接到所述第一行星架的第二行星架,以及直接地连接到第二电动机/发电机的第二内齿圈;
离合器,所述离合器选择性地将所述第二行星齿轮组直接联接;以及
输出齿轮,所述输出齿轮直接地连接到所述第二内齿圈和所述第二电动机/发电机。
7.根据权利要求6所述的混合电动车辆的动力传输***,其中,所述离合器设置在所述第二行星架和所述第二内齿圈之间。
8.根据权利要求7所述的混合电动车辆的动力传输***,进一步包括制动器,所述制动器选择性地将所述第二太阳轮与变速器壳体连接。
9.根据权利要求7所述的混合电动车辆的动力传输***,其中,所述第一行星齿轮组和所述第二行星齿轮组的每一个都是单小齿轮行星齿轮组。
10.根据权利要求7所述的混合电动车辆的动力传输***,进一步包括设置在所述发动机和所述输入轴之间的扭转减振器。
11.一种混合电动车辆的动力传输***,包括:
输入轴,所述输入轴接收发动机的扭矩;
第一行星齿轮组,所述第一行星齿轮组包括固定至变速器壳体的第一内齿圈,直接地连接到所述输入轴的第一行星架,以及直接地连接到第一电动机/发电机的第一太阳轮;
第二行星齿轮组,所述第二行星齿轮组包括选择性地连接至变速器壳体的第二太阳轮,直接地连接到所述第一行星架的第二行星架,以及直接地连接到第二电动机/发电机的第二内齿圈;
离合器,所述离合器选择性地将所述第二行星齿轮组直接联接;以及
输出齿轮,所述输出齿轮直接地连接到所述第二内齿圈和所述第二电动机/发电机。
12.根据权利要求11所述的混合电动车辆的动力传输***,其中,所述离合器设置在所述第二行星架和所述第二内齿圈之间。
13.根据权利要求11所述的混合电动车辆的动力传输***,进一步包括制动器,所述制动器选择性地将所述第二太阳轮与变速器壳体连接。
14.根据权利要求11所述的混合电动车辆的动力传输***,其中,所述第一行星齿轮组和所述第二行星齿轮组的每一个都是单小齿轮行星齿轮组。
15.根据权利要求11所述的混合电动车辆的动力传输***,进一步包括设置在所述发动机和所述输入轴之间的扭转减振器。
