また、本発明の表面保護層4の表面に滑性を付与し、耐擦傷性等を向上させることができる。同時に滑りやすくなるという課題が生じる。
実施例1〜8
電離放射線硬化性シリコン変性ウレタン(メタ)アクリレート樹脂を含有する電離放射線硬化性樹脂「UV No.119LT−DX(中国塗料社製)」に表4〜6記載ののアルミナを表4〜6に記載の質量比となるように添加して、電離放射線硬化性樹脂組成物を調製した。
電離放射線硬化性シリコン変性ウレタン(メタ)アクリレート樹脂および電離放射線硬化性フッ素変性ウレタン(メタ)アクリレート樹脂を含有しない電離放射線硬化性ウレタン(メタ)アクリレート樹脂「UV No.146B(中国塗料社製)」を電離放射線硬化性樹脂組成物として使用した。
電離放射線硬化性シリコン変性ウレタン(メタ)アクリレート樹脂および電離放射線硬化性フッ素変性ウレタン(メタ)アクリレート樹脂を含有しない電離放射線硬化性ウレタン(メタ)アクリレート樹脂「UV No.118LT(中国塗料社製)」を電離放射線硬化性樹脂組成物として使用した。
アルミナを添加しない以外は実施例2と同様にして調製した。
電離放射線硬化性シリコン変性ウレタン(メタ)アクリレート樹脂を含有する電離放射線硬化性樹脂「No.119LT−DX(中国塗料社製)」に代えて、電離放射線硬化性シリコン変性ウレタン(メタ)アクリレート樹脂および電離放射線硬化性フッ素変性ウレタン(メタ)アクリレート樹脂を含有しない電離放射線硬化性ウレタン(メタ)アクリレート樹脂「U1102(大日精化社製)」を使用した以外は実施例2と同様にして調製した。
実施例1、2、3、4、5、8、比較例1、2、参考例1、2
構成表1から表面保護層を除く床材中間品を、公知の方法で熱と圧力をかけて作製し、この床材中間品の表面に、鏡面あるいはエンボスを押した。ここで、鏡面を押すとは鏡面状のフラットな板やロールで押すことを指し、エンボスを押すとは凹凸が形成される板やロールで押すことを指す。次いで、前記のとおり調製した電離放射線硬化性樹脂組成物を、床材中間品の表層上にナチュラルロールコート法により均一な厚みで塗布した後、直ちに空気中において有電極紫外線ランプで紫外線を照射することにより、表面保護層を形成した。実施例2〜5、比較例2については鏡面仕上げとエンボス仕上げの二種類のサンプルを作製し、実施例1、8、比較例1、参考例1、2については、鏡面仕上げとした。なお、表1で使用したガラスシートの目付量は30g/m2であり、通気度は299ml/cm2・secであり、エンボス仕上げにおけるエンボス深度は0.1mmであった。なお、この通気度は、ガラスシートを3枚重ねて測定した値である。
構成を表1に代えて表2とした以外は実施例8と同様にして床材を作製した。
構成を表1に代えて表3とした以外は実施例8と同様にして床材を作製した。なお、表3で使用したガラスシートは、表1で使用したものと同じである。
実施例1、比較例1、参考例1の床材について、縦×横=18cm×28cmの長方形状に裁断しそれぞれ3枚のサンプルを作製した。この3枚のサンプルの表面保護層とは反対側の面を、縦×横×高=52cm×52cm×45cmの立方体状の中空容器の内壁に貼り付けた。この中空容器内に、縦横高=5cm×5cm×5cmの立方体状のゴム片を6個入れ、この容器を時計回りに15分間回転(回転速度:63回転/分)させ、次に、反時計回りに15分間回転(回転速度:63回転/分)させた。回転停止後、サンプルを取り出し、その表面の汚れ状態を目視で観察し、写真撮影した。
続いて各サンプルの表面を乾燥した状態で紙拭き(乾拭)及び、水で濡らした状態で紙拭き(水拭)し、汚れを拭き終わるまでの時間(10分間以内に拭き取れないものは拭き取り不可とする。)と拭きとった後の汚れ状態を目視で観察し、写真撮影した。
清掃後の表面の防汚性および汚染除去性を、目視で以下の基準で評価した。その結果を表4に示す。また、図5に、各例の試験直後および拭き取り後の状態を示す。
◎:ヒールマークがつかない
○:ヒールマークがつくが紙拭き・水拭きで短時間で拭きとれるもの
△:ヒールマークがつくが紙拭き・水拭きで時間をかければ拭きとれるもの
×:紙拭き・水拭きした後でもわずかにヒールマークがのこるもの
実施例2〜5、比較例2、参考例2の床材について、表5に示す各種靴で滑り性の官能評価を実施した。試験結果は以下の基準に基づき、8名の測定結果から平均値を算出した。結果を表5に示す。なお、表中の「乾燥」は、サンプルの乾燥状態での防滑性を指し、「水」は、サンプル表面に対して均一に水を散布した湿潤状態での防滑性を指す。

実施例6〜8の床材について、実施例6,7は、450mm×450mm、実施例8は、500mm×500mmの寸法の床材を用いて反りを測定した。反りの測定は、5℃、23℃、35℃における反りをJIS A1454 14に準拠して測定した。具体的には、試料を磨きガラス板上に表面を上にして置き、恒温室内(5、23,35±2℃、湿度50±10%)に24時間静置して調整した試料を磨きガラス板上に載せ、試料の四隅とガラス板との間隙を1/10mmスケール付きルーペを用いて反り値を測定し、その平均値を反り値とした。なお、反り値のプラスは、端部が上方に反った値(上反り値)を、マイナスは、端部が下方に反った値(下反り値)を示す。その結果を表6に示す。
実施例2〜5、比較例2、参考例2について、JIS B0601−1994に準じて表面粗さ測定機(サーフコム130A(東京精密社製))を用いて以下の条件で、表面粗さを測定した。Ra、Ry、Rpkの各値は、サンプルの縦方向と横方向について値をそれぞれ算出し、平均値を算出したものである。さらに、前記と同様の基準で防汚性および汚染除去性を評価した。結果を表7に示す。なお、表7の防滑性評価は、表5のサンダル、乾燥状態において、3.0を超えるものを◎、2.5〜3.0を○、2.5未満を×として評価している。

- 樹脂層を含む床材本体と、前記床材本体の上に表面保護層を有する床材であって、前記表面保護層は、電離放射線硬化性樹脂組成物の硬化物を含み、前記電離放射線硬化性樹脂組成物が、電離放射線硬化性シリコン変性ウレタン(メタ)アクリレート樹脂および電離放射線硬化性フッ素変性ウレタン(メタ)アクリレート樹脂から選ばれる少なくとも1種類と、防滑性粒子とを含む、床材。
- 前記防滑性粒子の平均粒子径と前記表面保護層の厚さとの比(粒子径μm/厚さμm)が0.1〜10である、請求項1に記載の床材。
- 前記表面保護層にエンボスが形成されている、請求項1または2に記載の床材。
- 前記表面保護層の硬度が、6B〜4Hである、請求項1〜3のいずれか1に記載の床材。
