Claims (10)
- 動力源と歯車機構との間の動力伝達経路上に配設されるとともに、弾性力によって前記動力源と前記歯車機構との間に生じる変動トルクを吸収するダンパ部と、
前記変動トルクが所定値を超えたときにすべりを生ずるリミッタ部と、
を備え、
前記リミッタ部は、前記ダンパ部と前記歯車機構との間の動力伝達経路上に配設されることを特徴とするダンパ装置。 - 前記ダンパ装置は、第1組立体と、前記第1組立体に組み付けられる第2組立体と、を備え、
前記第1組立体は、前記ダンパ部及び前記リミッタ部を含み、かつ、一体的に形成され、
前記第2組立体は、前記動力源の出力軸に取り付けられるプレート部材を含むことを特徴とする請求項1記載のダンパ装置。 - 前記リミッタ部の外形は、前記ダンパ部の外形よりも大きいことを特徴とする請求項2記載のダンパ装置。
- 前記ダンパ部及び前記リミッタ部は、別体であり、
前記リミッタ部の入力側の部品は、前記ダンパ部の出力側の部品に対して着脱可能に係合され、
前記リミッタ部の出力側の部品は、前記歯車機構に連結されたシャフトに対して着脱可能に係合されることを特徴とする請求項1記載のダンパ装置。 - 前記リミッタ部の入力側の部品は、前記ダンパ部の出力側の部品に対してスプライン係合され、
前記リミッタ部の出力側の部品は、前記シャフトに対してスプライン係合されることを特徴とする請求項4記載のダンパ装置。 - 前記ダンパ部の入力側の部品は、前記動力源の出力軸に直接取り付けられることを特徴とする請求項1乃至5のいずれか一に記載のダンパ装置。
- 前記動力源の出力軸に取り付けられるプレート部材を備え、
前記プレート部材は、前記ダンパ部の入力側の部品を兼ねることを特徴とする請求項6記載のダンパ装置。 - 前記リミッタ部は、前記歯車機構を収容するハウジング内に配設されることを特徴とする請求項1記載のダンパ装置。
- 前記歯車機構は、サンギヤと、前記サンギヤの外周に配されたリングギヤと、
前記サンギヤ及び前記リングギヤと噛み合うピニオンと、前記ピニオンを回動自在に支持するキャリアと、を備え、
前記キャリアは、前記リミッタ部の出力側の部品を兼ねることを特徴とする請求項8記載のダンパ装置。 - 前記キャリアは、前記ピニオンの軸方向の一方に配された第1キャリアであり、
前記ピニオンの軸方向の他方に配された第2キャリアをさらに備え、
前記第2キャリアには、慣性体が取り付けられることを特徴とする請求項9記載のダンパ装置。
