Claims (21)
- コロイド粒子並びに少なくとも一つの結合および/または架橋ポリマーから成る合成繊維を改質する方法であって、
−低温状態、即ち気温または気温より僅かに高い温度で、前記繊維の前記ポリマーを変形させる手段、および
−前記繊維に機械的応力を適用する手段、
を有することを特徴とする合成繊維を改質する方法。 - 前記ポリマーを変形させるための前記手段が、可塑剤の添加により構成されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記ポリマーを変形させるための前記手段が、前記繊維を溶剤または溶剤の混合液に浸漬することにより構成され、その結果、前記溶剤または前記溶剤の混合液中での前記ポリマーの相互可溶性が、適用される機械的応力の最適化に影響を及ぼすことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記溶剤が、その中でポリマーが可溶性であるかまたは一部可溶性である溶剤から選択されることを特徴とする、請求項3に記載の方法。
- 前記溶剤が、その中でポリマーが不溶性であるかまたは一部不溶性である溶剤から選択されることを特徴とする、請求項3に記載の方法。
- 前記溶剤が、請求項4に定義された少なくとも一つの溶剤と請求項5に定義された少なくとも一つの溶剤との混合液から選択されることを特徴とする、請求3に記載の方法。
- 前記溶剤が少なくとも1つの架橋剤を含むことを特徴とする、請求項3〜6のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記溶剤が、水、アセトン、エーテル類、ジメチルフォルムアミド、テトラヒドロフラン、クロロフォルム、トルエン、エタノール、および/またはそれらのいずれの溶質のpHおよび/または濃度もコントロールされる水溶液から選択されることを特徴とする、請求項3〜7のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記ポリマーが、前記コロイド粒子に吸着されるポリマーであることを特徴とする、請求項1〜8のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記ポリマーが、ポリビニルアルコール、液状排出物公害規制産業において一般的に使用される凝集ポリマー、即ち、中性ポリマーであるポリアクリルアミド、負の電荷を帯びたアクリルアミド及びアクリル酸コポリマー、正の電荷を帯びたアクリルアミドおよびカチオンモノマーコポリマー、アルミニウムベース無機ポリマー、および/またはキトサン、グアルおよび/または澱粉の様な中性ポリマーから選択されることを特徴とする、請求項9に記載の方法。
- 前記ポリマーが、10,000〜200,000の間から成る分子量を有するポリビニルアルコール(PVA)であることを特徴とする、請求項10に記載の方法。
- 前記溶剤が、水、アセトンまたは水とアセトンの混合液から選択されることを特徴とする、請求項11に記載の方法。
- 温度が0℃〜50℃の間からなることを特徴とする、請求項1〜12のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 機械的応力が捻れおよび/または牽引(引っ張り)の応力であることを特徴とする、請求項1〜13のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記粒子が、カーボンナノチューブ、硫化タングステン、窒化ほう素、クレー小板、セルロースウィスカおよび/または炭化けい素ウィスカから選択されることを特徴とする、請求項1〜14のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記方法が、前記繊維の抽出および/または前記繊維の乾燥の追加の工程を有することを特徴とする、請求項1〜15のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 請求項1〜16のいずれか1項に記載の方法を使用して、主に前記繊維のほぼ主軸の方向に、前記繊維を構成する前記粒子が配向された繊維を製造する、ことを特徴とする合成繊維を改質する方法。
- 請求項1〜16のいずれか1項に記載の方法を使用して、元の繊維に比べて長さの長いおよび/または直径の小さい繊維を製造する、ことを特徴とする合成繊維を改質する方法。
- 請求項1〜16のいずれか1項に記載の方法を使用して、元の繊維に比べて、より密なおよび/またはより細い繊維を製造する、ことを特徴とする合成繊維を改質する方法。
- 前記繊維の半値全幅(FWMH)が、80°以下であることを特徴とする、コロイド粒子並びに少なくとも一つの結合および/または架橋ポリマーから成る合成繊維。
- 前記粒子の角分散が、+40°〜−40°の間から成ることを特徴とする、請求項20に記載の合成繊維。
