Abstract
【解決手段】円柱状素材から成形した薄底付き円筒状部材105を、テーパー状内周面を備えた円筒状部材106として、円筒状部材106の開口から盲溝付け用突起を備えた盲溝付け用ダイピンDP6を押し込んで、内面に複数の盲溝が刻設された円筒状部材107とした後、盲溝付け用ダイピンDP6を抜き取り、次いで、円筒状部材107のテーパー状内周面を円筒状に復帰矯正させた後、復帰矯正させた円筒状部材108を底抜きした、内周面111に複数の油溜まり用盲溝112が刻設された円筒状軸受部材100。

Description
このような円筒状軸受部材には、軸受面となる内周面とシャフト、ピン等との潤滑性を向上させるために、円筒状軸受部材の内周面にその軸方向と平行な潤滑油の油溜りとなる有底の溝、要するに、油溜まり用盲溝が内側に多数形成されている。
すなわち、本請求項1に係る円筒状軸受部材は、円柱状素材を押出し成形して得られた円筒状部材を用いているので、母線状の継目は存在せず、また、内周面に複数形成された盲溝は、円筒部内周面にのみ開口を有していることから、円筒状軸受部材の円筒部内部にシャフト、ピン等を挿入して滑り軸受として使用した場合、盲溝に保持された潤滑油は、長時間の使用によっても円筒部の端部から流出することなく、良好な潤滑性能が保持される。
ここで、盲溝付け用ダイピンDP6は、円柱状の本体DP61の外周面に複数の盲溝付け用突起DP62を備えており、前記突起DP62の外周面を結ぶ仮想円はテーパー状内周面の開放端の内径よりも小径で、円筒状部材の内径よりも大径としている。
したがって、テーパー状内周面106a側から前記円筒状部材106内に盲溝付け用ダイピンDP6を押し込むと、盲溝付け用突起DP62によって、テーパー状内周面106aの縮径部終端近傍から円筒状部材106の底部105aに向かって円筒状部材106の直線状内周面に盲溝107aが刻設されて、図8の(b)に示すような、盲溝107aの端部が円筒状部材の底部側では封止され、テーパー状内周面106a側では開放した状態の盲溝107aが刻設されたテーパー付き円筒状部材107となる。

Claims (3)
- 円柱状素材を押出し成形して得られた薄底付き円筒状部材を、開口端から内方に向かって縮径するテーパー状内周面を備えた薄底付き円筒状部材に成形し、前記テーパー状内周面を備えた薄底付き円筒状部材の開口から、複数の盲溝付け用突起を外周面に備えた盲溝付け用ダイピンを押し込んで、テーパー状内周面側が開放されている複数の盲溝が内周面に刻設された薄底付き円筒状部材に成形した後、盲溝付け用ダイピンを抜き取り、次いで、前記盲溝が刻設された薄底付き円筒状部材のテーパー状内周面を円筒状に復帰矯正させ、その後、前記復帰矯正させた薄底付き円筒状部材を底抜きしたことを特徴とする、内周面に複数の油溜まり用盲溝が刻設されてなる円筒状軸受部材。
- 円柱状素材を一端部から内方に向かって縮径するテーパー状内周面を備えた厚底付き円筒状部材に押出し成形し、前記厚底付き円筒状部材の内部底面に、複数の盲溝付け用突起を外周面に備えた盲溝付け用ダイピンを当接させて、厚底を薄くし、テーパー状内周面から連続する直線状円筒部を形成、伸長させながら、テーパー状内周面側が開放されている複数の盲溝を前記直線状円筒部の内周面に刻設した薄底付き円筒状部材に成形した後、前記盲溝付け用ダイピンを抜き取り、次いで、前記盲溝が刻設された薄底付き円筒状部材のテーパー状内周面を円筒状に復帰矯正させ、その後、前記復帰矯正させた薄底付き円筒状部材を底抜きしたことを特徴とする、内周面に複数の油溜まり用盲溝が刻設されてなる円筒状軸受部材。
- 円柱状素材を薄底付き円筒状部材に押出し成形し、前記薄底付き円筒状部材の開口から、複数の盲溝付け用突起を外周面前部に備え、後方に向かって拡径するテーパー部を後部に備えた盲溝付け用ダイピンを押し込んで、内周面に複数の盲溝が刻設され、開口端から内方に向かって縮径するテーパー状内周面を形成した薄底付き円筒状部材に成形し、次いで、前記溝付け用ダイピンを抜き取った後、前記盲溝が刻設された薄底付き円筒状部材のテーパー状内周面を円筒状に復帰矯正させ、その後、前記復帰矯正させた薄底付き円筒状部材を底抜きしたことを特徴とする、内周面に複数の油溜まり用盲溝が刻設されてなる円筒状軸受部材。
