Abstract
【解決手段】 光学フィルムの少なくとも片面に帯電防止層が積層されている帯電防止型光学フィルムにおいて、前記帯電防止層は、水溶性または水分散性導電ポリマーを含有してなることを特徴とする帯電防止型光学フィルム。

Description
表面抵抗測定器(三菱化学(株)製、Hiresta MCP−HT450)を用いて帯電防止層の表面抵抗値を測定した。
作製した光学フィルムを、70mm×100mmの短冊状に切り出し、離型シートAを剥離して粘着剤層をガラスに貼り付けた。23℃/50%R.H.下で、表面保護フィルムを180°方向に、5m/分の一定速度で剥離した。剥離直後の光学フィルム表面の帯電量(kV)を、デジタル静電電位測定器(春日電機(株)製、KSD−0103)で測定した。なお、表面保護フィルムの剥離力は1N/25mm以下である。
作製した光学フィルムを10000cdの輝度を持つバックライト上に置き、目視により外観性の観察を行った。この時、光学フィルム単体あるいは光学フィルム2枚をクロスニコル状態にして観察を行った。
○:光学フィルム(帯電防止層)表面にムラがなく均一である。
×:光学フィルム(帯電防止層)表面にムラがあり、表示特性に不具合が生じる。
表側のガラス基板がITO処理され、裏側のガラス基板はITO処理されていないIPS方式の液晶セルを用いた。当該液晶セルの裏側に、光学フィルムから離型シートAを剥離して粘着剤層を貼り合わせた。この液晶パネルの貼り合わせ面を上にしてバックライト上に置いた。次いで、光学フィルム表面の表面保護フィルムを180°方向に、5m/分の一定速度で剥離して、液晶層の乱れを確認した。評価は、液晶層の乱れが元の状態に戻るまでの時間を測定した。
一軸延伸したノルボルネン系樹脂(JSR社製、アートン)からなり、表面をコロナ処理した位相差板(80μm)の片面に、ポリアニリンスルホン酸(三菱レーヨン社製、PAS、ポリスチレン換算による重量平均分子量150000)を1.0重量%含有する水溶液を塗布し、80℃の温風乾燥機で2分間乾燥し、帯電防止層(厚さ0.5μm)を形成した。そして、離型シートA(PETの片面にシリコン離型処理を施したシート)上に粘着剤層(アクリル系粘着剤、厚さ25μm)が形成されている粘着シートの粘着剤層を前記帯電防止層に貼り付けた。
ポリチオフェン系導電ポリマー(ナガセケムテック社製、商品名,デナトロンP502RG)を水/イソプロピルアルコール(50/50:重量比)の混合溶媒にて希釈して1.0重量%に調製したと塗布液を調製した。当該塗布液を、実施例1で作製した偏光板の片面に塗布し、80℃の温風乾燥機で2分間乾燥し、帯電防止層(厚さ0.1μm)を形成した。さらに、実施例1と同様にして、当該帯電防止層に粘着剤層を形成し、帯電防止型光学フィルム(帯電防止型偏光板)を作製した。
実施例1において、帯電防止層を設けなかった以外は実施例1と同様の方法により光学フィルム(楕円偏光板)を作製した。
実施例1において、ATO微粒子とUV硬化性アクリルウレタン樹脂(5重量%)とを含有するトルエン溶液を位相差板の片面に塗布し、80℃の温風乾燥機で2分間乾燥し、その後UV照射して帯電防止層(厚さ3.0μm)を形成した以外は実施例1と同様の方法により帯電防止型光学フィルム(帯電防止型楕円偏光板)を作製した。

Claims (11)
- 光学フィルムの少なくとも片面に帯電防止層が積層されている帯電防止型光学フィルムにおいて、前記帯電防止層は、水溶性または水分散性導電ポリマーを含有してなることを特徴とする帯電防止型光学フィルム。
- 前記水溶性または水分散性導電ポリマーが、ポリアニリン及び/又はポリチオフェンであることを特徴とする請求項1記載の帯電防止型光学フィルム。
- 前記帯電防止層の表面抵抗値が、1×1012Ω/□以下であることを特徴とする請求項1又は2記載の帯電防止型光学フィルム。
- 前記帯電防止層の光学フィルムを有する面の他面側に粘着剤層が積層されていることを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載の帯電防止型光学フィルム。
- 前記粘着剤層は、アクリル系粘着剤により形成されていることを特徴とする請求項4記載の帯電防止型光学フィルム。
- 前記光学フィルムが、偏光板を含有することを特徴とする請求項1〜5のいずれかに記載の帯電防止型光学フィルム。
- 前記帯電防止層を積層する光学フィルム表面の素材が、ポリカーボネート又はノルボルネン系樹脂であることを特徴とする請求項1〜6のいずれかに記載の帯電防止型光学フィルム。
- 光学フィルムに活性化処理が施されていることを特徴とする請求項1〜7のいずれかに記載の帯電防止型光学フィルム。
- 光学フィルムの少なくとも片面に帯電防止層を形成する帯電防止型光学フィルムの製造方法であって、水溶性または水分散性導電ポリマーを含有する水溶液または水分散液を光学フィルム上に塗布し、乾燥することにより帯電防止層を形成する工程を有することを特徴とする請求項1〜8のいずれかに記載の帯電防止型光学フィルムの製造方法。
- 請求項1〜8のいずれかに記載の帯電防止型光学フィルムを少なくとも1枚用いた画像表示装置。
- 請求項10記載の画像表示装置が、IPS方式またはVA方式の液晶セルを有する液晶表示装置であって、請求項1〜8のいずれかに記載の帯電防止型光学フィルムが、前記液晶セルの片側または両側に設けられていることを特徴とする液晶表示装置。
