Abstract
Description
Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1. 成形機械における射出ユニットであって、送りネジと、ボールネジ機構と 、フレームと、駆動モータと、射出ユニット内で押出し機能及び射出機能をそれ ぞれ遂行するために上記送りネジ及び上記ボールネジ機構を交互に回転させるた めの伝達手段とを有する射出ユニットにおいて、 上記伝達手段が、 (イ) 上記送りネジと射出ユニットの上記フレームとの間に位置した第1の一 方向クラッチと; (ロ) 上記駆動モータと上記送りネジとの間に位置した第2の一方向クラッチ と; (ハ) 上記駆動モータと上記ボールネジ機構との間に位置した第3の一方向ク ラッチと; を備え、 上記駆動モータが前方(射出)方向に作動せしめられたときには、 (i)上記第3の一方向クラッチが係合して上記ボールネジ機構を回転させ、上 記送りネジの並進(前方)運動を生じさせ、 (ii)上記第2の一方向クラッチがスリップし、 (iii)上記第1の一方向クラッチが係合して、上記送りネジの回転を阻止し、 上記駆動モータが逆(押出し)方向に作動せしめられたときには、 (iv)上記第2の一方向クラッチが係合して上記送りネジを回転させ、 (v)上記第1の一方向クラッチがスリップし、 (vi)上記第3の一方向クラッチがスリップして、上記送りネジの並進(後方) 運動に対応して上記ボールネジ機構の回転を許容する、 ことを特徴とする射出ユニット。 2. 請求の範囲第1項に記載の射出ユニットにおいて、押出し中の上記送りネ ジの並進(後方)運動の間上記ボールネジ機構の回転を制御して、射出ユニット における背圧の制御を行う手段を更に備えたことを特徴とする射出ユニット。 3. 請求の範囲第2項に記載の射出ユニットにおいて、上記ボールネジ機構の 回転を制御する上記手段が当該ボールネジ機構に機械的に結合された補助モータ を有することを特徴とする射出ユニット。 4. 請求の範囲第1項に記載の射出ユニットにおいて、上記伝達手段が更に、 上記駆動モータを上記送りネジに接続し、当該駆動モータを上記ボールネジ機構 に接続するために駆動ベルト及びプーリーを有することを特徴とする射出ユニッ ト。 5. 請求の範囲第1項に記載の射出ユニットにおいて、上記駆動モータのロー タが上記送りネジと上記ボールネジ機構との間でこれらと軸方向において整合し た状態で位置し、上記伝達手段が更に、上記ロータと当該送りネジとの間の送り ネジカップリング、及び、当該ロータとボールネジとの間のボールネジカップリ ングを有することを特徴とする射出ユニット。 6. 請求の範囲第5項に記載の射出ユニットにおいて、上記駆動モータの上記 ロータが中空であり、上記送りネジカップリング、上記第2の一方向クラッチ、 上記ボールネジカップリング及び上記第3の一方向クラッチが少なくとも部分的 に当該ロータ内に位置していることを特徴とする射出ユニット。 7. 請求の範囲第1項に記載の射出ユニットにおいて、上記駆動モータが上記 ロータの各端部に出力シャフトを備え、上記第2の一方向クラッチが一方のロー タシャフトに係合するように位置し、上記第3の一方向クラッチが当該ロータの 反対側端部におけるシャフトに係合するように位置することを特徴とする射出ユ ニット。 8. 請求の範囲第1項に記載の射出ユニットにおいて、上記駆動モータが単一 ロータ出力シャフトを有し、上記伝達手段が更に、駆動ベルトと、上記ロータシ ャフト上の第1のプーリーと、第2のプーリーと、送りネジカップリングと、ボ ールネジカップリングとを備え、上記送りネジカップリング及び上記ボールネジ カップリングが上記第2のプーリーと同心的になっていて、上記第2の一方向ク ラッチが当該第2のプーリーと当該送りネジカップリングとの間に位置し、上記 第3の一方向クラッチが該第2のプーリーと当該ボールネジカップリングとの間 に位置することを特徴とする射出ユニット。
