Claims (13)
1. Jezgreni sloj (3, 3'), koji je pogodan za izradu višeslojnog kompozita (1, 10, 100) koji sadržava najmanje jedan pokrovni sloj (2, 2', 2", 20') i jezgreni sloj (3, 3'), pri čemu je pokrovni sloj (2, 2', 2", 20') postavljen tako da barem djelomično prekriva jezgreni sloj (3, 3') i čvrsto je spojen na njega, pri čemu se jezgreni sloj (3, 3 ') sastoji od drvenih elemenata u cik-cak rasporedu (7, 8, 30, 30', 30") koji obuhvaćaju laminarna područja s cik-cak uzorkom, pri čemu „cik" područje (uzlazni smjer) (50) elementa (7, 8, 30, 30', 30"), zajedno s „cak" područjem (silazni smjer) (7, 8, 30, 30', 30") međusobno tvore zajednički rub (7', 8', 70), i pri čemu su elementi cik-cak oblika (7, 8, 30, 30', 30") postavljeni u jezgrenom sloju (3, 3 ') tako da se dva takva ruba (7', 8', 70) dvaju elemenata cik-cak oblika (7, 8, 30, 30' 8, 30, 30', 30"), koji mogu biti isti ili različiti jedan od drugog, sijeku pod kutom koji je različit od nule, dva elementa (7, 8, 30, 30' , 30") fiksno su povezani jedan s drugim na mjestu presjeka (40);
pri čemu je više od 50 % drvenih elemenata (7, 8, 30, 30', 30") prisutno u jezgrenom sloju (3, 3') tako da su fiksno međusobno spojeni, pri čemu su drveni elementi (7, 8, 30, 30', 30") raspoređeni nasumično; ili pri čemu su drveni elementi (7, 8, 30, 30', 30") nasumično postavljeni u jezgreni sloj (3, 3'), pri čemu su spojeni međusobno i s pokrovnim slojem (2, 2,' 2", 20') pomoću ljepila, pri čemu su drveni elementi (7, 8, 30, 30', 30") postavljeni jedan uz drugog ili jedan iznad drugog ili su postavljeni jedan do drugog ili jedan iznad drugoga; ili
drveni elementi (7, 8, 30, 30', 30") nasumično su postavljeni u jezgrenom sloju (3, 3'), pri čemu drveni elementi (7, 8, 30, 30', 30"), nakon postavljanja i vezanja općenito imaju točkaste spojne točke (40) na rubovima (7', 8', 70) koji se presijecaju pod različitim kutovima; naznačen time, da
navedeni drveni elementi cik-cak oblika (7, 8, 30, 30', 30") sadržavaju vlakna (3000) poželjnog smjera, pri čemu zajednički rub ili zajednički rubovi (7', 8', 70) nisu paralelni s poželjnim smjerom; ili pri čemu su zajednički rub ili zajednički rubovi (7', 8', 70) okomiti na željeni smjer.
2. Jezgreni sloj (3, 3') u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 1, naznačen time, da drveni elementi (7, 8, 30, 30', 30") cik-cak oblika obuhvaćaju ponavljajuće jedinice cik i cak (uzlaznih i silaznih) područja (50) i (60), pri čemu su zajednički rubovi (7', 8', 70) koje tvore ta područja međusobno paralelni.
3. Jezgreni sloj (3, 3 ') u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 1, naznačen time, da je duljina (4000) vlakana (3000) drvenog elementa cik-cak oblika (7, 8, 30, 30', 30") najmanje dvostruko dulja od debljine (500) cik (50) ili cak područja (60) drvenog elementa (7, 8, 30, 30', 30") cik-cak oblika.
4. Jezgreni sloj (3, 3 ') u skladu s jednim od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva, naznačen time, da je debljina (500) cik ili cak područja (50) ili (60) u rasponu od 0,2 mm do 2 mm i / ili visina H elementa cik-cak oblika (7, 8, 30, 30', 30") u rasponu od 0,8 mm do 8 mm i / ili dužina L ruba (7', 8', 70) u rasponu je od 0,5 cm do 10 cm; ili pri čemu visina (H) cik ili cak područja (50) ili (60) nije veća od desetine debljine jezgrenog sloja (3, 3' ).
5. Jezgreni sloj (3, 3 ') u skladu s jednim od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva, naznačen time, da je svaki drveni element (7, 8, 30, 30', 30") cik-cak oblika spojen na ravni element (200), tako da element cik-cak oblika (7, 8, 30, 30', 30") i ravni element (200) zajedno oblikuju jednu ili više šupljina (300).
6. Jezgreni sloj (3, 3 ') u skladu s jednim od patentnih zahtjeva 1 do 4, naznačen time, da jezgreni sloj (3, 3') sadržava najmanje jedan drveni element cik-cak oblika (7, 8, 30, 30', 30" koji je spojen na ravni element (200), tako da element cik-cak oblika (7, 8, 30, 30', 30") i ravni element (200) zajedno oblikuju jednu ili više šupljina (300).
7. Jezgreni sloj (3, 3 ') u skladu s jednim od patentnih zahtjeva 1 do 4, naznačen time, da jezgreni sloj (3, 3') sadržava barem jedan drveni element cik-cak oblika (7,8. 30, 30', 30" koji je spojen na dva ravna elementa (200), tako da element cik-cak oblika (7, 8, 30, 30', 30") i ravni elementi (200) zajedno oblikuju više šupljina (300), pri čemu je drveni element cik-cak oblika (7, 8, 30, 30', 30") okružen ravnim elementima (200) na sličan način kao sendvič.
8. Jezgreni sloj (3, 3') u skladu s jednim od patentnih zahtjeva 1 do 4, naznačen time, da jezgreni sloj (3, 3') sadržava najmanje jedan element koji sadržava dva drvena elementa cik-cak oblika (7, 8, 30, 30 ' , 30 "), koji su povezani s ravnim elementom (200) tako da elementi cik-cak oblika (7, 8, 30, 30 ', 30") i ravni element (200) međusobno oblikuju više šupljina (300), pri čemu je ravni element (200) okružen na sendviču sličan način dvama drvenim elementima (7, 8, 30, 30 ', 30 ") cik-cak oblika.
9. Jezgreni sloj (3, 3 ') u skladu s bilo kojim od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva, naznačen time, da navedeni rub (7', 8', 70) uključuje oštar rub u obliku linije ili valovitog ruba u obliku zakrivljene ravnine ili zakrivljenog područja između cik područja (50) i cak područja (60).
10. Postupak za proizvodnju jezgrenog sloja (3, 3') u skladu s jednim od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva, naznačen time, da obuhvaća barem korake i. do iii.:
i. postavljanje drvenih elemenata cik-cak oblika (7, 8, 30, 30', 30"), koji obuhvaćaju laminarna područja cik-cak oblika, pri čemu cik područja (50) elementa (30), zajedno sa susjednim cak područjem 60) elementa (7, 8, 30, 30', 30"), međusobno oblikuju zajednički rub (7', 8', 70);
ii. postavljanje elemenata (7, 8, 30, 30', 30") iz koraka (i) tako da se dva takva ruba (7', 8', 70) dvaju elemenata (7, 8, 30, 30', 30") sijeku pod kutom koji je različit od nule;
iii. fiksno spajanje rubova (7', 8', 70) iz koraka ii., po mogućnosti pomoću ljepila.
11. Višeslojni kompozit (1, 10, 100), koji obuhvaća barem pokrovni sloj (2, 2', 2", 20') i jezgreni sloj (3, 3'), naznačen time, da je pokrovni sloj (2, 2', 2", 20') postavljen tako da barem djelomično pokriva jezgreni sloj (3, 3') i čvrsto je spojen na njega, pri čemu jezgreni sloj (3, 3') jest takav jezgreni sloj (3, 3 ') kako je definirano u jednom od patentnih zahtjeva 1 do 10.
12. Višeslojni kompozit (1, 10, 100) u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 11, naznačen time, da pokrovni sloj obuhvaća materijal odabran iz skupine koju čine: furnir, drvena ploča, iverica, vlaknatica, šperploča, plastika, gips ploča, lim i kombinacija dvaju ili više njih.
13. Uporaba jezgrenog sloja (3, 3') u skladu s jednim od patentnih zahtjeva 1 do 9; ili uporaba višeslojnog kompozita (1, 10, 100) u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 11, naznačena time, da se koristi u proizvodnji namještaja, za police, za ambalažu za transport, za unutarnje uređaje, za vrata i ulazna vrata, kao i za izradu vozila i u brodogradnji.
