Abstract
Praškasta smjesa vapna koja sadrži čestice kalcijevog hidroksida sa specifičnom površinom, izračunatom BET metodom, jednakom ili većom od 25 m2/g i ukupni volumen pora, izračunat BJH metodom desorpcije dušika, jednak ili veći od 0.1 cm3/g, naznačena time što dalje sadrži alkalijske metale u količini jednakoj ili većoj od 0.2% i jednakoj ili manjoj od 3.5% na temelju ukupne težine smjese. Patent sadrži još 14 patentnih zahtjeva.
Claims (15)
1. Praškasta smjesa vapna koja sadrži čestice kalcijevog hidroksida sa specifičnom površinom, izračunatom BET metodom, jednakom ili većom od 25 m2/g i ukupni volumen pora, izračunat BJH metodom desorpcije dušika, jednak ili veći od 0.1 cm3/g, naznačena time što dalje sadrži alkalijske metale u količini jednakoj ili većoj od 0.2% i jednakoj ili manjoj od 3.5% na temelju ukupne težine smjese.
2. Smjesa prema zahtjevu 1, naznačena time što je sadržaj zaostale tekućine jednak ili manji od 3% težine.
3. Smjesa prema bilo kojem od prethodnih zahtjeva, naznačena time što alkalijski metal dolazi iz alkalnog spoja izabranog iz skupine koja obuhvaća hidrokside, karbonate, hidrogenkarbonate, nitrate, fosfate, persulfate i monokarboksilate alkalijskih metala te njihove smjese.
4. Smjesa prema bilo kojem od zahtjeva 1 do 3, naznačena time što je alkalijski metal natrij, kalij i/ili litij.
5. Postupak pripreme praškaste smjese vapna prema bilo kojem od zahtjeva 1 do 4, koji obuhvaća:
- gašenje čestica CaO veličine jednake ili manje od 10 mm pomoću dovoljne količine vode za gašenje kako bi se dobio kalcijev hidroksid sa zaostalom vlagom između 15 i 35% po težini, i
- sušenje tog kalcijevog hidroksida te dobivanje praškaste smjese vapna,
naznačen time što dalje obuhvaća, prije, za vrijeme i/ili nakon gašenja, dodavanje količine alkalnog spoja česticama CaO, vodi za gašenje i/ili kalcijevom hidroksidu, respektivno, tako da je ta količina dovoljna za dobivanje sadržaja alkalijskog metala, u toj praškastoj smjesi vapna, jednakog ili većeg od 0.2% i jednakog ili manjeg od 3.5% po težini na temelju ukupne težine smjese.
6. Postupak prema zahtjevu 5, naznačen time što se dodavanje količine alkalnog spoja vodi za gašenje odvija prije samog gašenja.
7. Postupak prema zahtjevu 5, naznačen time što se dodavanje količine alkalnog spoja količini vode za gašenje odvija istodobno s gašenjem.
8. Postupak prema bilo kojem od zahtjeva 5 do 7, naznačen time što se alkalni spoj izabire iz skupine koja obuhvaća hidrokside, karbonate, hidrogenkarbonate, nitrate, fosfate, persulfate i monokarboksilate alkalijskih metala te njihove smjese
9. Postupak prema bilo kojem od zahtjeva 5 do 8, naznačen time što se sušenje odvija pomoću plina temperature između 100 i 550°C, uz snižavanje zaostale vlage na vrijednost jednaku ili manju od 3% težine.
10. Postupak prema bilo kojem od zahtjeva 5 do 9, naznačen time što dalje obuhvaća, nakon gašenja, mljevenje barem jednog dijela kalcijevog hidroksida.
11. Postupak prema zahtjevu 10, naznačen time što se mljevenje odvija nakon i/ili za vrijeme sušenja.
12. Postupak pripreme praškaste smjese vapna prema bilo kojem od zahtjeva 1 do 4, koji obuhvaća:
- miješanje CaO i/ili Ca(OH)2 s dovoljnom količinom vode radi dobivanja vapnenog mlijeka sa sadržajem čvrste tvari od 10 do 50% po težini,
- odvajanje vode od vapnenog mlijeka,
- sušenje vapnenog mlijeka tako odvojenog od vode i dobivanje praškaste smjese vapna, naznačen time što dalje obuhvaća prije, za vrijeme ili nakon miješanja, dodavanje količine alkalnog spoja u CaO i/ili Ca(OH)2, vodi za miješanje i/ili vapnenom mlijeku, respektivno, tako da je ta količina dovoljna za dobivanje sadržaja alkalijskog metala, u toj praškastoj smjesi vapna, jednakog ili većeg od 0.2% i jednakog ili manjeg od 3.5% po težini na temelju ukupne težine smjese
13. Uporaba praškaste smjese vapna prema bilo kojem od zahtjeva 1 do 4, naznačena time što je za pročišćavanje plinova u dimu.
14. Uporaba prema zahtjevu 13, naznačena time što smanjuje spojeve koji sadržavaju sumpor i halogenirane sopojeve u tim plinovima dima.
15. Uporaba prema bilo kojem od zahtjeva 13 and 14, naznačena time što obuhvaća oblikovanje praškaste smjese vapna za pročišćavanje plinova u dimu.
