Claims (10)

1. Pripravak sorbenta u praškastom obliku, koji sadrži kalcijev hidroksid (Ca(OH)2), magnezijev hidroksid (Mg(OH)2) i magnezijev oksid (MgO), te navedeni pripravak ima specifičnu površinu prema BET-u veću od 20 m2/g, poželjno veću od 25 m2/g, još poželjnije veću od 35 m2/g, pri čemu je navedeni magnezijev oksid (MgO) prisutan u takvoj količini da je omjer mase magnezijevog oksida (MgO) ukupne mase kalcijevog i magnezijevog hidroksida (MgO/ (Ca(OH)2 + Mg (OH)2)) u rasponu od 0,15-0,40, čak još poželjnije u rasponu od 0,22-0,38.
2. Pripravak sorbenta prema patentnom zahtjevu 1, naznačen time što ima ukupni volumen pora (BJH) veći od 0,07 cm3/g, poželjno u rasponu od 0,07 do 0,15 cm3/g, poželjnije od 0,07 do 0,10 cm3/g.
3. Pripravak sorbenta prema patentnom zahtjevu 1 ili 2, naznačen time što ima djelomični volumen pora za pore koje imaju dimenzije u rasponu od 100 A° do 1000 A° (BJH100-1000 Å) veći od 0,04 cm3/g, poželjno u rasponu od 0,04-0,08 cm3/g.
4. Pripravak sorbenta u praškastom obliku prema bilo kojem od prethodnih zahtjeva 1 do 3, naznačen time što je maseni omjer Mg/Ca u rasponu od 0,53-0,65, čak još poželjnije u rasponu od 0,58- 0,63.
5. Postupak za pripremu pripravka sorbenta u praškastom obliku prema jednom ili više patentnih zahtjeva 1 do 4 naznačen time što sadrži najmanje sljedeće korake: (a) kalciniranje dolomitske stijene koja sadrži CaCO3 i MgCO3 pri temperaturi u rasponu od 900 °C do 1100 °C, čime se dobiva miješani kalcijev-magnezijev oksid; (b) odabir navedenog miješanog oksida tako da se dobije frakcija praha uglavnom bez čestica koje imaju dimenzije manje od 2 mm i čestica koje imaju dimenzije veće od 25 mm; (c) hidrataciju navedenog miješanog oksida dovođenjem u kontakt s vodenom otopinom najmanje jednog odgovarajućeg sredstva za modificiranje površine; (d) mljevenje navedenog hidriranog miješanog oksida.
6. Postupak za kontrolu emisije onečišćujućih tvari u plinovitom efluentu proizvedenom postupkom izgaranja naznačen time što sadrži najmanje korake: (a) osiguravanje pripravka sorbenta u praškastom obliku u skladu s patentnim zahtjevima 1 do 4; (b) dovođenje u kontakt navedenog pripravka sorbenta s plinovitim efluentom pri temperaturi u rasponu od 800°C do 1400 °C.
7. Postupak prema patentnom zahtjevu 6, naznačen time što se navedena temperatura kreće u rasponu od 850 do 1200°C, poželjno od 900 do 1000°C.
8. Postupak prema patentnom zahtjevu 6 ili 7, naznačen time što se navedeni pripravak sorbenta uvodi u blizini zone izgaranja.
9. Postupak prema bilo kojem od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva 6 do 8, naznačen time što također obuhvaća korak obnavljanja topline iz navedenog plinovitog efluenta pomoću najmanje jednog izmjenjivača topline.
10. Postupak prema bilo kojem od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva 6 do 9, naznačen time što također sadrži korak pročišćavanja navedenog plinovitog efluenta na temperaturi nižoj od 600 °C, poželjno nižoj od 350°C, poželjnije u rasponu od 150°C do 350°C.
