[Class 135] A plug cock a is provided with two through passages c, d for gas and air, and one or both of the passages can be separately adjusted in cross-sectional area by means of sliding plugs e, q. Adjustment of the plugs is effected by screwed spindles f, r. The plug cock is rotated by a handle h which is formed with a pointer g<1> moving over a scale. A pointer j axially movable, but not rotatable, on spindle f indicates the position of plug e. The latter can be locked in position by passing a pin through the pointer j into one of a series of holes k in the handle.
