Abstract

464,003. Gas burners. PRESTON & THOMAS, Ltd., and PRESTON, J. H. March 12, 1936, No. 7550. [Class 75 (i)] An air-regulator 9, controlled from the gas cock 5, is provided with substantially triangular openings 10 co-operating with similarly shaped air inlets 14 in the mixing chamber 13 and is adjustably screwed on an extension 6 of the cock 5 carrying the nipple 7. The regulator 9 is locked by means of nuts 12 in an adjusted position according to the amount of air required for the particular gas used. An indicator may be provided on the spindle 15.
