MEDIANTE NITRACION ISOTERMICA DE BENCENO CON UNA MEZCLA SO4H2/NO3H SEGUIDO DE SEPARACION DEL NITROBENCENO FORMADO, EVAPORACION, RECICLADO Y CONCENTRACION ENTRE EL 80 Y 90 % POR EVAPORACION EN VACIO A TEMPERATURA ENTRE 130 Y 195 C. LA EVAPORACION SE REALIZA EN VARIAS ETAPAS EN EVAPORADORES HORIZONTALES CONECTADOS EN SERIE, CONDENSANDOSE LOS VAPORES DE EVAPORACION POR ENFRIAMIENTO DIRECTO. DESPUES SE LIMPIAN DICHOS VAPORES CON VAPOR, RECICLANDOSE EL BENCENO Y EL NITROBENCENO A LA NITRACION DE BENCENO. EL SO4H2 DILUIDO O CONCENTRADO SE CALIENTA PREVIAMENTE EN UN INTERCAMBIADOR DE CALOR QUE SE ENJUAGA PERIODICAMENTE CON AGUA ELIMINANDOSE ASI LOS SULFATOS METALICOS QUE SE HAN CRISTALIZADO DEL ACIDO CONCENTRADO.
