Claims (19)

  1. Method for the internal cleaning of bottle-cleaning or container-cleaning machines (1) with several treatment zones (7-16) provided in an interior of the machine (2) through which the containers to be cleaned during the operation of the cleaning machine or in the container-cleaning process are moved and treated with different cleaning fluids or processing fluids, wherein the internal cleaning is performed in a machine cleaning mode following the container-cleaning process, characterised in that at least one processing fluid used during the container-cleaning process and preferably having remained in the cleaning machine during the machine cleaning mode is used as fluid cleaning and/or disinfection medium.
  2. Method according to claim 1, characterised in that, during the machine cleaning mode, a post-lye or diluted lye already used in the container-cleaning process is used as cleaning and/or disinfection medium.
  3. Method according to claim 1 or 2, characterised in that a processing fluid consisting of water or essentially consisting of water and used in the container cleaning process is used for the internal cleaning.
  4. Method according to any one of the preceding claims, characterised in that the internal cleaning is performed by spraying with spray jets generated at cleaning or spray nozzles (28).
  5. Method according to claim 4, characterised in that the processing fluid used for the internal cleaning is supplied to the cleaning or spray nozzles (28) at a pressure in the range from 2 to 5 bar, preferably at a pressure of about 2.5 or about 4 bar.
  6. Method according to any one of the preceding claims, characterised in that the processing fluid of one or several zones is always used for the cleaning of one treatment zone preceding these treatment zones in transport direction (A).
  7. Method according to any one of the preceding claims, characterised in that at least one treatment zone for treating the container with post-lye and subsequent treatment zones (13-16) are designed for spraying the containers with a processing fluid consisting of water or essentially consisting of water, that, during the machine cleaning mode, the treatment zone (12) for the post-lye and/or a treatment zone (13, 14) designed as a spray zone are treated with the processing fluid from a spray zone (13-16) following in transport direction (A).
  8. Method according to any one of the preceding claims, characterised in that at least one treatment zone (7, 8) is a pretreatment zone with a bath which, for example, serves to preheat the containers, and that the pretreatment zone is treated with processing fluid in the form of pre-lye.
  9. Method according to any one of the preceding claims, characterised in that at least one area of the interior of the machine (2), for example the space (29) having the container inlet and/or the container outlet, preferably including local functional elements and/or local container-transport or container-conveying elements, for cleaning and/or disinfection, are treated with the processing fluid formed by post-lye.
  10. Method according to any one of the preceding claims, characterised in that at least one processing fluid has an additional cleaning agent and/or disinfecting agent admixed.
  11. Method according to any one of the preceding claims, characterised in that the particular processing fluid is filtered prior to delivery to a cleaning and spray nozzle (28).
  12. Method according to any one of the preceding claims, characterised in that, in case of two treatment zones (10, 11) following one another in transport direction (A) and designed as immersion baths or lye immersion baths, the processing fluid of the immersion bath following in transport direction is used for cleaning the emptied immersion bath preceding in transport direction (A).
  13. Bottle-cleaning or container-cleaning machine with several treatment zones (7-16) designed in an interior of the machine (2), through which the containers are movable during a container-cleaning process using a machine-internal transporter in a transport direction (A) from a container feed (5), to which the containers to be cleaned are delivered, and [sic] a container discharge (6), as well as with a machine-internal cleaning system for an internal cleaning and/or internal disinfection with at least one fluid cleaning and/or disinfection medium during a machine cleaning mode,
    characterised in that
    that the cleaning system is designed for an internal cleaning using at least one processing fluid already used during the container-cleaning process and preferably having remained in the cleaning machine (1).
  14. Bottle-cleaning or container-cleaning machine according to claim 13, characterised in that the internal cleaning system has a plurality of cleaning and spray nozzles (28) as well as at least one source (27) providing the processing fluid under pressure, said source being connected via controlled connections or lines (30, 31) with the cleaning and spray nozzles (28).
  15. Bottle-cleaning or container-cleaning machine according to claim 14, characterised in that the at least one source for the at least one processing fluid is at least one feed pump (27), preferably at least one feed pump (27) connected to a buffer tank (23, 24).
  16. Bottle-cleaning or container-cleaning machine according to any one of the preceding claims, characterised in that, for different processing fluids already used during the container-cleaning process, a source (27) providing common different processing fluids under pressure is provided for.
  17. Bottle-cleaning or container-cleaning machine according to any one of the preceding claims, characterised in that, for different processing fluids already used during the container-cleaning process, a common buffer store (24) is or separate buffer stores are provided, for example separate buffer stores for lye or post-lye and water.
  18. Bottle-cleaning or container-cleaning machine according to any one of the preceding claims, characterised in that the controllable connections of lines (31) are formed with controllable valves (30) or hydraulic valves.
