Im Folgenden wird die den Tragelementen zugewandte Seite der jeweils beschriebenen Elemente als Innenseite und die den Druckleisten zugewandte Seite als Außenseite bezeichnet.
Claims (25)
- Pfosten-Riegel-System zur Ausbildung eines Bauwerkes mit:vertikalen Pfosten (1) als Teil einer Tragkonstruktion, die zusammen mit vertikalen Druckleisten (2) und Dichtungselementen (6, 7) mindestens eine Platte (Gi, Ga) an deren vertikalen Randbereichen einspannen, um diese zu halten, wobei sie mittels vertikaler Befestigungselemente (3) verbunden sind; undhorizontalen Riegeln (4) als Teil der Tragkonstruktion, die zusammen mit horizontalen Druckleisten (2, 32) aus einem Werkstoff und Dichtungselementen (6, 7) mindestens eine Platte (Gi, Ga) an deren horizontalen Randbereichen einspannen, um diese zu halten, wobei sie mittels horizontaler Befestigungselemente (5) verbunden sind,mindestens einem Auflager (8) aus einem Werkstoff hoher Festigkeit, das das Gewicht der Platten (Gi, Ga) an deren unterer Stirnseite lagert,
wobei der Verbindungsabschnitt (3b) der vertikalen Befestigungselemente (3) durch eine Aussparung hakenförmig ausgebildet ist, die in einem montierten Zustand mit einer Wand des Pfostens (1) formschlüssig in Eingriff bringbar ist, und die Stärke der Befestigungselemente (3) nicht mehr als 1,0mm beträgt. - Pfosten-Riegel-System zur Ausbildung eines Bauwerkes mit:vertikalen Pfosten (1) als Teil einer Tragkonstruktion, die zusammen mit vertikalen Druckleisten (2) und Dichtungselementen (6, 7) mindestens eine Platte (Gi, Ga) an deren vertikalen Randbereichen einspannen, um diese zu halten, wobei sie mittels vertikaler Befestigungselemente (3) verbunden sind; undhorizontalen Riegeln (4) als Teil der Tragkonstruktion, die zusammen mit horizontalen Druckleisten (2, 32) aus einem Werkstoff und Dichtungselementen (6, 7) mindestens eine Platte (Gi, Ga) an deren horizontalen Randbereichen einspannen, um diese zu halten, wobei sie mittels horizontaler Befestigungselemente (5) verbunden sind,mindestens einem Auflager (8) aus einem Werkstoff hoher Festigkeit, das das Gewicht der Platten (Gi, Ga) an deren unterer Stirnseite lagert,
wobei der Verbindungsabschnitt der Befestigungselemente (3, 5) mit einem Loch (5b, 23b) versehen ist, das in einem montierten Zustand über einen Bolzen (5c, 23c) mit einer Wand des Pfostens (1) bzw. Riegels (4) in Eingriff bringbar ist, wobei die Achse des Lochs normal auf das Befestigungselement (3, 5) steht, und die Stärke der Befestigungselemente (3, 5) nicht mehr als 1,0mm beträgt. - Pfosten-Riegel-System gemäß Anspruch 1 oder 2, wobei die Passelemente (3a, 5a, 23a) und die Nut (2a) zylinderförmig und/oder mit einem polygonförmigen Querschnitt ausgebildet sind.
- Pfosten-Riegel-System gemäß jedem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, wobei die Befestigungselemente (3, 5) im Bereich einer Druckleiste (2, 32) ein gemeinsames Passelement (3a, 5a, 23a) aufweisen, das sich über die gesamte Länge der Druckleiste (2, 32) erstreckt.
- Pfosten-Riegel-System gemäß jedem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, wobei jedes Passelement (3a, 5a) gegen Verschieben gesichert ist.
- Pfosten-Riegel-System gemäß Anspruch 5, wobei als Sicherung gegen das Verschieben der Befestigungselemente (3, 5) eine Madenschraube (12) verwendet wird, die von der Seite der Tragkonstruktion durch ein oberhalb des Befestigungselementes (3) bzw. seitlich des Befestigungselementes (5) angeordnetes Gewindeloch im entsprechenden Passelement (3a, 5a, 23a) gegen die Druckleiste (2) geführt ist.
- Pfosten-Riegel-System gemäß Anspruch 1 oder 2, wobei die vertikalen und/oder die horizontalen Druckleisten (2, 32) über ihre gesamte Länge einstückig mit den vertikalen und/oder horizontalen Befestigungselementen (3) ausgebildet sind.
- Pfosten-Riegel-System gemäß Anspruch 1 oder 2, wobei die vertikalen und/oder die horizontalen Druckleisten (2, 32) mittels einem Spannstift (15) mit den jeweiligen Befestigungselementen (3, 5) verbunden sind.
- Pfosten-Riegel-System gemäß Anspruch 1 bis 8, wobei Aussparung im Verbindungsabschnitt (3b) der vertikalen Befestigungselemente (3) als rechteckige Aussparung oder trapezförmige Aussparung oder als vieleckige Aussparung ausgebildet ist.
- Pfosten-Riegel-System gemäß Anspruch 2 bis 9, wobei im Verbindsungsabschnitt der vertikalen Befestigungselemente (3) ein Gewindeloch (3b) ausgebildet ist, wobei das Befestigungselement (3) mittels einem Gewindestift (3c) an dem Pfosten (1) befestigbar ist.
- Pfosten-Riegel-System gemäß Anspruch 2 bis 9, wobei am inneren Ende (3b) der vertikalen Befestigungselemente (3) eine Platte (3d) vorgesehen ist, die mit dem Pfosten (1) verschraubt wird, um das Befestigungselement (3) an dem Pfosten (1) zu befestigen.
- Pfosten-Riegel-System gemäß Anspruch 1 bis 11, wobei die horizontalen und vertikalen Befestigungselemente (3, 5) aus einem Edelstahl oder aus einer Aluminiumlegierung oder aus einem nichtmetallischen Werkstoff hergestellt sind.
- Pfosten-Riegel-System gemäß Anspruch 1 bis 12, wobei die Befestigungselemente (3, 5) beschichtet sind, um eine direkte Berührung des Plattenwerkstoffes mit dem Werkstoff der Befestigungselemente (3, 5) zu verhindern.
- Pfosten-Riegel-System gemäß Anspruch 13, wobei die Beschichtung mittels einem Zellband (9) und/oder mit einer Rundschnur (16) erfolgt.
- Pfosten-Riegel-System gemäß Anspruch 1 bis 14, wobei das Loch (5b) der horizontalen Befestigungselemente (5) zur Verbindung mit dem Riegel als Gewindeloch (5b) ausgebildet ist.
- Pfosten-Riegel-System gemäß Anspruch 1 bis 15, wobei die horizontalen Befestigungselemente (5) durch Schweißen und/oder durch Kleben mit dem jeweiligen Riegel (4) verbunden sind.
- Pfosten-Riegel-System gemäß Anspruch 1 bis 16, wobei die Auflager (8) aus Mangan-Stahl hergestellt sind.
- Pfosten-Riegel-System gemäß Anspruch 1 bis 17, wobei die Auflager (8) durch Schweißen und/oder durch eine Schraubverbindung an dem jeweiligen Riegel (4) angebracht sind.
- Pfosten-Riegel-System gemäß Anspruch 1 bis 18, wobei die Auflager (8) übergreifend ausgebildet sind, um über die untere Stirnseite der oberen Platte (Ga) zu ragen.
- Pfosten-Riegel-System gemäß Anspruch 1 bis 19, wobei die Auflager (8) mit einem T-förmigen Querschnitt ausgebildet sind, um sowohl über die obere Stirnseite der unteren Platte (Ga), als auch über die untere Stirnseite der oberen Platte (Ga) zu ragen.
- Pfosten-Riegel-System gemäß Anspruch 1 bis 20, wobei die Pfosten (1) und/oder die Riegel (4) aus einem Metallwerkstoff oder aus einem Verbundglas hergestellt sind.
- Pfosten-Riegel-System gemäß Anspruch 1 bis 21, wobei die Öffnungen (1a, 4a) als Langlöcher (1a, 4a) ausgebildet sind.
- Pfosten-Riegel-System gemäß Anspruch 1 bis 22, wobei die horizontalen und vertikalen Druckleisten (2, 32) aus einem Aluminiumwerkstoff und/oder aus Messing und/oder aus einer Bronze-Legierung und/oder aus einem nichtmetallischen Werkstoff hergestellt sind.
- Pfosten-Riegel-System gemäß Anspruch 1 bis 23, wobei in dem Profil der Druckleisten (2, 32) außerdem mindestens eine Nut (2b, 32b) und mindestens ein Rücksprung (2c, 32c) ausgebildet ist, um die Dichtungselemente (7) aufzunehmen.
- Pfosten-Riegel-System gemäß Anspruch 1 bis 24, wobei über der Druckleiste (2, 32) eine Klipsleiste (33) vorgesehen ist.
