Description
Claims (5)
- Verfahren zum Einbauen von Asphaltmischgut mit hohem Grobkornanteil bei gleichzeitig fehlendem oder vermindertem Anteil an mittlerer Korngröße mittels eines Straßenfertigers, der als Verdichtungsaggregate zwei in Fahrtrichtung unmittelbar hintereinander angeordnete, jeweils mit einer Dosierschräge (4) versehene, leistenförmige, gegenläufig arbeitende Stampfer (1, 2) und eine sich daran anschließende Glättbohle (3) aufweist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Einbau mit einer Hubeinstellung der Stampfer (1, 2) vorgenommen wird, bei der der untere Totpunkt des in Fahrtrichtung vorderen Stampfers (1) etwa dem oberen Totpunkt des in Fahrtrichtung hinteren Stampfers (2) entspricht.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Hubbereich des in Fahrtrichtung vorderen Stampfers (1) etwas größer als der des in Fahrtrichtung hinteren Stampfers (2) ist.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß ein Straßenfertiger verwendet wird, der eine höhenmäßige Verstellung der Stampfer zueinander ermöglicht.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß ein Straßenfertiger verwendet wird, bei dem der vordere und der hintere Stampfer (1, 2) unabhängige Exzenterantriebe mit nichtverstellbaren oder verstellbaren Hüben aufweist.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß ein Straßenfertiger verwendet wird, bei dem der vordere und/oder der hintere Stampfer (1, 2) einen Vibrationsantrieb aufweist.
