Claims (5)
- Schnellnebelhandgranate mit(I) einem manuell betätigbaren Zünderkopf (A) aus einem eine zentrale Bohrung (3) aufweisenden Kopfstück (1) mit einem an der einen Seite des Kopfstücks (1) schwenkbar angeordneten, über eine Spannfeder (7) betätigbaren und einen Schlagbolzen (9) aufweisenden Schlagstück (5) und mit einem an der gegenüberliegenden anderen Seite des Kopfstücks (1) schwenkbar angeordneten und über ein Sicherungselement (13) gesicherten Sicherungsbügel (11), der in gesichertem Zustand das Schlagstück (5) über dessen Feder (7) gespannt hält,(II) einem Wirkmassenkörper (B) aus einer gezogenen Aluminiumdose (15) mit einem dem Kopfstück (1) des Zünderkopfes (A) zugeordneten und verstärkt ausgebildeten Boden (17), einem in der Aluminiumdose (15) unter Bildung eines das Doseninnere mittig durchsetzenden Kanals (21) angeordneten Nebelmittel (19) in Form von mit Nebelwirkstoff auf Basis von mit rotem Phosphor beschichteten brennbaren scheibenförmigen oder scheibensektorförmigen dünnen Blättchen (Flares) geringer Masse und mit einem die Aluminiumdose (15) an ihrem ursprünglich offenen Ende verschließenden Deckel (23), sowie(III)einer Anzündzerlegereinheit (C) aus einem das Kopfstück (1) des Zünderkopfes (A) mit dem Boden (17) der Aluminiumdose (15) des Wirkmassenkörpers (B) jeweils über Schraubgewinde (27, 29) verbindenden Einsatzstück (25) und aus einer in einer zentralen Bohrung (33) des Einsatzstücks (25) fixierten gezogenen dünnwandigen Aluminiumhülse (31), die den vom Nebelmittel (19) freigelassenen Kanal (21) nahe zu bis zum Boden (17) der Aluminiumdose (15) durchsetzt und in der eine Anzündzerlegerladung (35) zur Anzündung des Nebelmittels (19) und zur Zerlegung der Aluminiumdose (15) mittels einer gegebenenfalls vorhandenen zentralen Anzündseele (51) angeordnet ist,(a) die pyrotechnische Wirkkette vom Schlagstück (5) zur Anzündzerlegerladung (35) von einem in den zentralen Bohrungen (3, 33) des Kopfstücks (1) und des Einsatzstücks (25) angeordneten Anzündhütchen (37) mit nachfolgendem Anzündverzögerungselement (39) gebildet wird,(b) der Nebelwirkstoff aus etwa 70 Gewichtsprozent bis 80 Gewichtsprozent pyrotechnischer Masse umfassend roten Phosphor und aus etwa 20 Gewichtsprozent bis 30 Gewichtsprozent Bindemittel besteht,(c) die Anzündzerlegerladung (35) als aktiven Inhaltsstoff Aluminium und Kaliumperchlorat enthält,(d) der Sicherungsbügel (11) über ein erstes Verbindungselement (41) in Form eines Stahlseils, Stahldrahts oder Stahlbügels mit dem Kopfstück (1) des Zünderkopfes (A) verbunden ist und(e) der die Aluminiumdose (15) verschließende Deckel (23) über ein zweites Verbindungselement (43) in Form eines Stahlseils, Stahldrahts oder Stahlbügels mit dem verstärkten Boden (17) der Aluminiumdose (15) verbunden ist.
- Schnellnebelhandgranate nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das zweite Verbindungselement (43) ein mit dem Deckel (23) und dem Boden (17) der Aluminiumdose (15) verbundenes koaxiales Siebrohr ist. - Schnellnebelhandgranate nach Anspruch 1 oder 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das zweite Verbindungselement (43) im vom Kanal (21) gebildeten Ringspalt zwischen der dünnwandigen Aluminiumhülse (31) und dem Nebelmittel (19) verlaufend angeordnet ist. - Schnellnebelhandgranate nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Aluminiumdose (15) des Wirkmassenkörpers (B) in ihrem Mantel radial oder vorzugsweise längs verlaufende Sollbruchstellen aufweist. - Schnellnebelhandgranate nach Anspruch 4,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die in der Aluminiumdose (15) vorhandenen Sollbruchstellen in deren Mantel in Form von Längsnuten angeordnet sind.
