Definitions
- the invention relates to an operating light with at least one main lamp arranged at a desired position and one at a near one replacement lamp arranged at the waiting point the main lamp and the replacement lamp being adjustable in this way are held and controlled that when the main lamp burns out this moves away from the target position and the replacement lamp from the Waiting point is moved to the target point and is held there.
- the invention also relates to a method for replacing main and replacement lamp in such an operating light.
- Such operating lights are available in different versions known (U.S. Patents 5,023,515, DE-U-93 11 156 and 93 19 274; DE-OS 39 20 494).
- the two lamps are elaborate Parallel guides (US Pat. No. 5,023,515), rotating platforms (DE-OS 39 20 494) or by means of a rocker (DE-GBM 93 11 156) if the Main lamp burns out and must be replaced with a replacement lamp.
- the latter solutions are complex and require a relatively large amount of space.
- the replacement lamp is at least partially in the Beam path of the main lamp and thus shadows part of the of this emitted light.
- An operating light is also known from US-A-1,978,907, with the two lamp holders around spaced axes so are pivotable that the replacement lamp only in the beam path can be swiveled in when the main lamp holder is off the beam path is pivoted out.
- the aim of the present invention is another To create surgical light of the type mentioned.
- the aim of the present invention should be a simple, safe and inexpensive positioning device created and as little as possible with the replacement lamp Main lamp light can be shadowed.
- the idea of the invention can be seen in the fact that the two lamps when changing, one after the other around the same axis be pivoted, resulting in a particularly space-saving construction arrangement leads.
- the two swivel brackets are structurally simple constructed and compact to accommodate.
- a structurally particularly advantageous embodiment is claimed 2 marked.
- a main lamp 11 is not one operating light shown in detail via a Base 30 mounted on a swivel bracket 15, which has a support arm 17 which extends from the base 30 to a Rotating sleeve 23 extends through a only schematically indicated bearing 33 rotatably mounted about an axis of rotation 32 is.
- a drive train 36 which is also a reduction gear may contain, the rotary sleeve 23 is driven connected to an electric motor 34, which via a Control and drive line 37 to a central control unit 38 is connected.
- the control unit 38 contains a changeover switch 44, the feed line 51, 52 with the main lamp 11 or replacement lamp 12 is connected.
- control unit 38 is connected to the network connected power supply 39 with the required voltage and power supplied.
- a further rotating sleeve 24 coaxial to the rotating sleeve 23 and independently of this provided for another swivel bracket 16 belongs to a replacement lamp 12.
- a dashed arm shown 18 to the base 31 of a replacement lamp, indicated by dashed lines 12, which refer to the axis of rotation 32 on the same Circular path as the main lamp 11 is.
- the rotating sleeve 24 is by means of a bearing 40 which is only indicated schematically and via a drive train 41, which is also a reduction gear may contain, with an electric motor 35th connected with a control and drive line 42 the control unit 38 is connected to this from the Blowing the main lamp 11 required control and Receive drive signals.
- the surgical light described works as follows: When the main lamp 11 burns out, the switch switches 44 automatically the replacement lamp 12. Simultaneously sets the control unit 38 via the control and drive line 37 the electric motor 34 in motion, which then turns the main lamp pivot bracket 15 in the direction of arrow P in Fig. 2 circulated until it indicated the dotted in Fig. 2 Has reached position 15 '. As a result, the Main lamp 11 from the one in focus of the operating light Desired point 13 in a lamp change position 21.
- the electric motor 34 is controlled by the control unit 38 turned off, either due to a in the control unit 38 provided timer or by one in the area the stop 43 provided limit switch can take place.
- the control unit 38 then switches via the control and drive line 42 an electric motor 35, which now the replacement lamp holder 16 in the direction of the arrow F in circulation in FIG. 2, as a result of which the replacement lamp 12 is pivoted from its waiting point 14 to the target point 13.
- Control unit 38 stops there either because of one in it provided suitable timer or on the basis of an Area of the target point 13 provided switching contact Electric motor 35 on, whereby the replacement lamp 12 now on the target point 13 is positioned and the task of the main lamp 11 takes over.
- the return of the main lamp goes 11 to the target position 13 as follows:
- the control unit 38 due to the fact that the main lamp 11 now takes place again Current flow automatically switched off the replacement lamp 12 or left switched off.
- the engines 34, 35 driven one after the other so that first the replacement lamp 12 pivoted back from the target point 13 to the waiting point 14 , then the main lamp 11 pivoted from the lamp change position 21 to the desired point 13 becomes.
- the operating light is now located back in full working order, d. that is, after burning the main lamp 11 again, the replacement lamp 12 is pivoted in its place, like the above had been described.
- FIGS. And 2 there is also a further drive option indicated for the lamp holders 15, 16.
- the main lamp holder 15 can only by one schematically indicated spring 19 in the direction of arrow P. to be biased to a stop 20, which over a dashed operating arm 45 with the Rotary shaft of the electric motor 34 is connected.
- the rotating sleeves 23, 24 can be freely rotated (ie not directly driven by electric motors 34, 35) on a suitable stationary and non-rotatable shaft arranged.
- the fixation of the main lamp 11 at the target point 13 and Replacement lamp 12 at the waiting point 14 is pressed the support arm 17 by means of the spring 19 to the stop 20 or by pressing the support arm 18 by means of a spring 46 guaranteed to a machine-fixed stop 47.
- the stop 20 moves on a circular path the axis of rotation 32 until it is designated 20 'in FIG. 2 Has reached position and now the support arm 18th acted on from the right in Fig. 2. Then the sits down Replacement lamp swivel bracket 16 with the already burning Replacement lamp 12 in the direction of arrow F with compression the spring 46 in motion until the replacement lamp 12 has reached the target point 13, where it z. B. by one only machine-fixed stop 55 acting on the support arm 18 is stopped. At that moment or shortly afterwards switches the control unit 38 due to a built-in timer or the electric motor due to a position switch 34 from whereupon the stop 20 stops and the replacement lamp 12 is now fixed at the desired point 13.
- the embodiment does not apply to the electric motor 35 and the transmission 50, and the output shaft 27 of the gear 49 extends through a frame-fixed Bearings inside the rotating sleeve 23. From the opposite One side of the frame 48 runs on the frame 38 fixed stationary pivot pin 25 kcaxial with the Rotary shaft 27 into the interior of the further rotary sleeve 24.
- the pivot pin 25 is on the facing end of the rotary shaft 27 a radial stop 20 attached, which extends radially over the outer circumference of the rotary shaft 27 extends and with one on the rotary sleeve 23rd attached counter-stop 29 interacts.
- Fig. 3 the illustration is once in an ineffective position 20 'and once at 20 in the system shown on the counter-stop 29, which on the circumference of the rotary sleeve 23 is provided.
- a counter stop 28 provided on the rotary sleeve 24, the also extends axially into the path of the stop 20.
- the rotating sleeve 24 ends in the direction of the stationary pivot pin 25 before the stop 20, so that this is at Rotation of the rotary shaft 27 apart from the intended disability through the counter stops 28, 29 can move freely.
- the springs 19, 46 are designed according to FIG. 4 as coil springs, which is on the one hand on the frame 48 and on the other support in elongated holes 22, 26 of the support arms 17 and 18, respectively.
- the basic position of the positioning device according to the invention is shown in Fig. 4.
- the electric motor is switched on 34 moves the stop 20 according to FIG. 4 against clockwise, whereby the clock spring 19 the support arm 27th also circulate counterclockwise can until it hits the stop 43 and dashed in the shown position 17 'remains.
- the stop 20 then continues to rotate in the opposite direction clockwise until it hits the counter stop 28 of the rotating sleeve 24 comes to rest and the rotating sleeve 24 or the Support arm 18 against the force of the clock spring 46 from the stop 47 lifts off and now the support arm 18 and the replacement lamp 12 pivoted into the position previously from the support arm 17 and the main lamp 11 had been ingested, d. H. to the debit point 13 brings.
- the counter stop of the rotary sleeve 24 is preferably at 28 'in Fig. 4 arranged because then the stop 20 immediately after the support arm 17 comes to rest on the stop 43 is, the counter-stop 28 'acted on, so that the Replacement lamp 12 carrying swivel bracket 16 itself after the pivot bracket 15 has come to a standstill begins to move in which the replacement lamp 12 on the Debit point 13 is located.
- the bases 30, 31 5 by 45 ° around the longitudinal axis the support arms 17 and 18 rotated such that the in Fig. 6 indicated lamp filaments 53 of the main lamp 11 and Replacement lamp 12 still parallel to each other, but in this way are arranged laterally offset that that of the lamp filaments 53 outgoing beams from each other Lamp can not be shadowed.
- pivot brackets 15, 16 must also in in this case, be such that the centers of the lamp filaments 53 both lamps 11, 12 in the determined by the pivoting movement peripheral direction 54 lie one behind the other, so that the lamp filaments 53 of both lamps 11, 12 in their arrangement at the desired point 13 exactly the same position take in.
- FIG. 7 schematically shows a particularly preferred embodiment, in the two swivel brackets 15, 16 more identical Training are provided. Because the swivel brackets 15, 16 symmetrical to that pivot plane 60 are formed, which through the center of the lamp filaments 53 runs, identically designed swivel brackets 15, 16 simply by 180 ° with respect to the swivel plane 60 staggered arrangement in a row on the axis of rotation 32 are attached, which then the lamp filaments 53 both the main lamp 11 and the replacement lamp 12 lie exactly in the swivel plane 60.
- FIG. 8 shows a structural realization of the structure based on FIG. 7 described embodiment.
- the distinctive feature the previous embodiments is that the rotating shaft 27 extends through both rotating sleeves 23, 24 extends and pivoted with both ends in the frame 48 is. In this way, no need for one of the rotating sleeves stationary pivot pin are used, as in 3 for the rotating sleeve 24 is provided is.
- the rotating shaft passing through both rotating sleeves 23, 24 So 27 means a simplification of construction and enables a particularly compact and economically producible Arrangement of the stop 20 and the counter-stops 28, 29, as also described below on the basis of FIG. 9 is what the interaction of the stop 20 with the Counter stops 28, 29 schematically illustrated.
- the swivel brackets 15, 16 is located the rotary shaft 27 in the one shown in Figures 8 and 9 Position in which the radial stop 20 opposes clockwise in Fig. 9 slightly from the vertical is shifted to the left.
- the sector section 56 is now arranged so that its counterstop 29 forming in Fig. 8 upper and in Fig. 9 right end in the target position the swivel bracket 15 by the spring 19 against the Stop 20 is pressed.
- Figure 10 shows purely schematically a possibility, such as the Lamps 11, 12 and the reversible in two directions Gear motor 34 can be powered.
- a power supply 39 supplies one to the control unit 38 for the Supply of lamps 11, 12 suitable voltage.
- the stream for the main lamp 11 flows through a relay 62, which due to of this current flow and the one connected to it Switch 44 holds in the open position.
- the spare lamp 12 is via the switch 44 to that supplied by the power supply 39 Voltage connected.
- the relay 62 but two further changeover contacts 63, 64 , which is acted upon by a DC voltage, for example and in the switch position shown in FIG. 10, in which the relay 62 is traversed by current, the Motor 34 via a timer 59 and a feed line 58 supply a direct current such that it is in the direction of rotation is driven, in which the rotary shaft 27 in that indicated in Fig. 9 by a dashed arrow Direction rotates, causing the swivel bracket 16 in the waiting position and the swivel bracket 15 in the target position is pivoted.
- the timer 59 is designed so that it turns off the motor 34 automatically when the Time the swivel brackets 15, 16 need to get into the 9 position to arrive, with certainty has expired.
- a major advantage of the present invention is So in that by switching immediately from the Main lamp 11 on the replacement lamp 12 when the Head lamp 11 is safely avoided in the operating room there is brief darkness. Because with the blowing of the Main lamp 11 also the geared motor 34 started is further ensured that the main lamp 11 immediately removed from the target position and the replacement lamp 12 on this place is brought.
