Claims (14)

  1. Procédé pour le revêtement tramé de produits plats souples, en forme de bande, avec des colles fusibles, dans un procédé d'impression en creux à points de poudre, opérant par introduction à la racle d'une poudre de colle fusible dans les alvéoles d'un rouleau gravé tournant (1), et report des remplissages de poudre de gravure (10) sur le produit plat, à l'aide d'un rouleau chauffant tournant (5) pressé contre le rouleau gravé (1), caractérisé en ce que les remplissages de poudre (10) sont tout d'abord transférés sur la surface d'un rouleau chauffant (5) qui est pressé directement et énergiquement contre le rouleau gravé, puis, de là, reportés à l'aide d'un rouleau tournant (9) qui est pressé avec une pression réduite contre le rouleau chauffant (5), sur le produit plat (8) qu'on fait passer entre ce rouleau tournant et le rouleau chauffant.
  2. Procédé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce qu'on utilise une poudre de colle fusible contenant une proportion de 0,1 à 2 % d'acide gras, par exemple d'acide palmitique, d'acide stéarique ou d'acide béhénique, dans une répartition très fine.
  3. Procédé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce qu'on utilise une poudre de colle fusible qui est essentiellement composée de copolyesters, copolyamides et/ou polyéthylènes.
  4. Dispositif pour effectuer un revêtement tramé sur un produit plat souple, en forme de bande, avec des colles fusibles par un procédé d'impression en creux à points de poudre, lequel dispositif comporte un rouleau gravé tournant (1) muni d'une surface présentant des alvéoles (2) disposés en une trame qui correspond au revêtement désiré, et un rouleau chauffant, tournant (5) pressé contre ce rouleau (1), et dans lequel il est prévu un moyen (3) pour remplir les alvéoles du rouleau gravé d'une poudre de colle fusible (4), caractérisé en ce qu'au rouleau chauffant (5) est associé un autre rouleau tournant additionnel (9), et ceci de telle manière que le produit plat (8) qu'il s'agit de revêtir puisse passer entre ce dernier rouleau et le rouleau chauffant, et en ce que la pression d'application de cet autre rouleau sur le rouleau chauffant avec interposition du produit plat est essentiellement inférieure à la pression d'application du rouleau chauffant contre le rouleau gravé.
  5. Dispositif selon la revendication 4, caractérisé en ce que le rouleau additionnel (9) presse le produit plat (8) à revêtir contre une zone circonférentielle du rouleau chauffant (5) qui est éloignée du rouleau chauffant selon un angle de rotation d'au moins 180° de sa zone d'application contre le rouleau gravé (1).
  6. Dispositif selon la revendication 4, caractérisé en ce que le rouleau chauffant (5) comporte une surface anti-adhésive du type du caoutchouc, sur laquelle les remplissages de poudre du rouleau gravé peuvent être reportés par pression d'application.
  7. Dispositif selon la revendication 6, caractérisé en ce que la surface anti-adhésive, de type du caoutchouc, du rouleau chauffant, est formée par un habillage de caoutchouc (6) qui possède une épaisseur de 1 à 10 mm.
  8. Dispositif selon la revendication 6 ou 7, caractérisé en ce que la surface du type caoutchouc ou l'habillage de caoutchouc (6) est formé de caoutchouc de silicone.
  9. Dispositif selon la revendication 6 ou 7, caractérisé en ce que la surface du type caoutchouc ou l'habillage de caoutchouc (6) est composé de caoutchouc souple qui est chargé d'une charge conductrice de la chaleur.
  10. Dispositif selon la revendication 4, caractérisée en ce que le rouleau gravé (1) possède sur sa surface, notamment sur la surface de ses alvéoles (2), un mince enrobage formant un film séparateur servant à permettre aux remplissages de poudre de se détacher plus facilement de ces alvéoles.
