Abstract

В настоящем изобретении предложен усовершенствованный способ получения производного аминопиримидина или его фармацевтически приемлемой соли, имеющих селективную ингибирующую активность в отношении протеинкиназ, особенно в отношении протеинкиназ для мутантных рецепторов эпидермального фактора роста. Кроме того, в настоящем изобретении обеспечены новые промежуточные соединения, используемые в указанном способе, и способы их получения.
