Claims (18)
1. Fremgangsmåde til absorption af en sur gas fra en gasblanding ved at bringe gasblandingen i kontakt med et absorptionsmedium, kendetegnet ved, at der anvendes et absorptionsmedium, som i det mindste har vand som opløsningsmiddel og i det mindste en amin (A) med formel (I)
(I) med R1 = alifatisk gruppe med 2 til 6 carbonatomer og med i det mindste en aminogruppe, R2 = hydrogen, en Ci-4-alkylgruppe eller en gruppe R1.
2. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 1, kendetegnet ved, at absorptionsmediet har i det mindste en amin (A) med formel (II)
(II) med R3 = hydrogen eller Ci-4-alkylgruppe, fortrinsvis hydrogen eller methylgruppe, R4 = Ci-4-alkylgruppe, n = 2 til 4.
3. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 1 eller 2, kendetegnet ved, at absorptionsmediet har i det mindste en amin (A) med formel (II) med R3, R4 = methyl og n=3.
4. Fremgangsmåde ifølge et af kravene 1 til 3, kendetegnet ved, at absorptionsmediet har en yderligere amin (B) med formel
(Ill) med R5 = Ci-6-alkylgruppe, fortrinsvis n-butyl.
5. Fremgangsmåde ifølge et af kravene 1 til 4, kendetegnet ved, at det anvendte absorptionsmedium endvidere har et yderligere fysisk opløsningsmiddel (C).
6. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 5, kendetegnet ved, at det anvendte absorptionsmedium har sulfolan som fysisk opløsningsmiddel (C).
7. Fremgangsmåde ifølge et af kravene 1 til 6, kendetegnet ved, at det anvendte absorptionsmedium har 60 til 80 vægt-% vand og i givet fald opløsningsmiddel (C), 1 til 40 vægt-% af aminen (A) og 0 til 39 vægt-% af aminen (B).
8. Fremgangsmåde ifølge et af kravene 1 til 7, kendetegnet ved, at det anvendte absorptionsmedium har korrosionsinhibitorer, aktivatorer, fugtningsfremmende additiver og/eller anti-skummidler.
9. Fremgangsmåde ifølge et af kravene 1 til 8, kendetegnet ved, at der som gasblanding anvendes naturgas eller syntesegas.
10. Fremgangsmåde ifølge et af kravene 1 til 9, kendetegnet ved, at partialtrykket i den sure gas er på 0,1 bar og 20 bar.
11. Fremgangsmåde ifølge et af kravene 1 til 10, kendetegnet ved, at absorptionen af den sure gas gennemføres ved en temperatur på 20 til 60 °C.
12. Fremgangsmåde ifølge et af kravene 1 til 11, kendetegnet ved, at desorptionen af den sure gas gennemføres ved en temperatur på 60 til 100 °C.
13. Fremgangsmåde ifølge et af kravene 1 til 12, kendetegnet ved, at den sure gas omfatter carbondioxid.
14. Fremgangsmåde ifølge et af kravene 1 til 13, kendetegnet ved, at absorptionsmediet, efter at det er bragt i kontakt med gasblandingen, opvarmes til en temperatur, hvor der sker en faseseparation i en vandig flydende fase og en organisk flydende fase.
15. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 14, kendetegnet ved, at der af den vandige flydende fase ved hjælp af reduktion af trykket og/eller tilførsel af varme desorberes sur gas, den heraf resulterende flydende fase forenes med den ved faseseparationen opnåede organiske flydende fase, og de forenede flydende faser igen som absorptionsmedium bringes i kontakt med gasblandingen.
16. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 14, kendetegnet ved, at der efter faseseparationen desorberes sur gas fra den resulterende tofasede blanding ved hjælp af stripning med en gas.
17. Aminholdigt absorptionsmedium, kendetegnet ved, at det har i det mindste vand som opløsningsmiddel, i det mindste en amin (A) med formel (I)
(«> med R1 = alifatisk gruppe med 2 til 6 carbonatomer og med i det mindste en aminogruppe, R2 = hydrogen, en Ci-4-alkylgruppe eller en gruppe R1 og endvidere en yderligere amin (B) med formel (III)
(IH) med R5 = Ci-6~alkylgruppe, fortrinsvis butylgruppe.
18. Anordning til separation af sure gasser fra en gasblanding omfattende en absorptionsenhed, en desorptionsenhed og et i kredsløb ført absorptionsmedium, kendetegnet ved, at den omfatter et absorptionsmedium ifølge krav 17.
