Description
Claims (5)
- - einer Kapsel, die ein Kunstharz aufweist,
- - zwei von außen in die Kapsel ragenden Leitungen und
- - einem die inneren Enden der Leitungen verbindenden metallischen Draht, der vollständig in dem Kunst harz eingebettet und so beschaffen ist, daß er so schnell wie möglich schmilzt, wenn er von einem Strom durchflossen wird, der etwas niedriger als derjenige Strom ist, bei dem die zu schützende Halbleitervorrichtung zerstört wird,
- - die Kapsel (17) vollständig aus dem Kunstharz gegos sen ist,
- - der metallische Draht (16) und die inneren Enden der Leitungen (14, 15) in dem Kunstharz eingegossen sind und
- - der metallische Draht (16) unmittelbar auf seiner Außenseite völlig mit einem flexiblen Kunstharz (20) überzogen ist.
