Als Kupplungskomponenten K werden solche Verbindungen verwendet, die zusammen mit der Diazokomponente ein Diaζacyaninsystem ausbilden können. Derartige Kupplungskomponenten sind
■beispielsweise in p-Stellung kupplungsfällige Aniline oder
Aminonaphthaline oder Heterocyclen, wie Indole oder Derivate
des Benzthiazols, Benzimidazole oder Trimethylindolins. Die Kupplungskomponenten können noch weitere Substituenten, wie
Halogenatome, Alkyl- oder Alkoxygruppen enthalten. Der Aminostickstoff
der Aniline und Aminonaphthaline ist vorzugsweise mono- oder disubstituiert.

Der Benzolring der Diazokomponente kann neben der SOpR-Gruppe
noch weitere Substituenten wie Methyl, Methoxy, Äthyl, Äthoxy, Acetylamino, Benzoylamino, Ohlor oder Brom enthalten.
Vorzugsweise werden jedoch Diazokomponenten verwendet, die
keine dieser zusätzlichen Substituenten enthalten.
Als Anionen kommen z. B. Chlorid, Bromid, Nitrat, Sulfat,
Methosulfat, Ithosulfat, Benzolsulfonat, Toluolsulfonat,
Formiat, Acetat, Tetrachlorozinkat oder Tetrafluoroborat in
Betracht.
Je nach Wahl der Kupplungskomponente sind die neuen Farbstoffe blau, violett, rot, orange oder gelb. Da die Echtheitseigenschaften der neuen Farbstoffe durch die Art der Substituenten
in der Sulfon- und in der Sulfonamidgruppe praktisch nicht beeinflußt werden, sind alle Reste von primären oder
sekundären Aminen als Substituenten für die Sulfonamidgruppen geeignet. Die Wahl des Amins richtet sich somit weitgehend
nach praktischen Gesichtspunkten, insbesondere nach dem Effekt, den der SOpR-Substituent auf das Ziehvermögen und
die Aufziehgeschwindigkeit der Farbstoffe ausüben soll.
Die Farbstoffe der Formel (I) können z. B# dadurch hergestellt

Für den Fall, daß einer der Reste A Methyl oder Äthyl bedeutet,
kann man die Verbindungen der Formel II zunächst z. B. mit Dimethyl- bzw. Diäthylsulfat monoalkylieren und die Reaktionsprodukte
mit den Verbindungen der Formel III umsetzen.
Verbindungen der Formel III sind beispielsweise: Äthylenoxid, 1,2-Propylenoxid, Epichlorhydrin, Glycidamid,
Glycidäthyläther, Glycidphenyläther oder GIycidalkohol. Jj
Die Umsetzung der Verbindungen der Formel (II) mit Verbindurigen der Formeln (III) wird in saurem Medium, vorteilhaft
in Gegenwart einer organischen Säure, ζ. B. Ameisensäure,
Essigsäure, Propionsäure oder Benzoesäure durchgeführt, jedoch können auch anorganische Säuren, wie Schwefelsäure,
Phosphorsäure oder Halogenwasserstoffsäuren dafür verwendet
werden. Diese Säuren können in konzentrierter, handelsüblicher Form, als verdünnte wässrige Lösungen oder in Mischung
mit organischen Lösungsmittel, gegebenenfalls unter Zusatz von Wasser, verwendet werden.
Erfolgt die Umsetzung in Gegenwart von organischen Säuren, ·%
so wird meistens die konzentrierte Form dieser Säuren angewandt, gegebenenfalls in Mischung mit organischen Lösungsmitteln.
Als solche eignen sich Kohlenwasserstoffe wie Benzol, Toluol oder Xylol, halogenierte aliphatisch© oder aromatische
Kohlenwasserstoffe, wie Chloroform, Äthylenchlorid, Chlorbenzol oder Dichlorbenzol, Alkohole, wie Äthanol, Äthylenglykol
oder Benzylalkohol, Ketone, wie Aceton oder Cyclohexanon, Ester, wie Essigsäureäthylester, Äther wie Äthylenglykoldimethyläther
oder Dioxan. Die Umsetzung kann auch in Gegenwart von p-Toluolsulfonsäure, Bortrifluorid oder Zinkchlorid
durchgeführt werden.
Die Umsetzung erfolgt vorteilhaft bei Temperaturen zwischen

Die neuen Farbsalze sind basische Farbstoffe, die abhängig von der Substitution, je nach der Größe des Gesamtmoleküls
und je nach Art des Anions in Wasser mehr oder weniger gut
löslich sind. Die Wasserlöslichkeit kann in gewissem Maße durch Austausch des Anions gesteuert werden, z.B. indem man aus
dem relativ schwer löslichen Farbstoff-Chlorid oder -Methosulfat mittels Alkali die freie Farbbase herstellt und diese
in einer Säure löst, deren Anion die Farbstoffe besser löslich macht. Solche Säuren sind z. B. Salpetersäure, Ameisensäure,
Essigsäure oder Trichloressigsäure. Umgekehrt können

die Farbsalze auch in in Wasser 3chwer- oder ganz unlösliche Salze verwandelt werden, wenn man z. B. Anionen wie Tetrafluoroborat,
Kaliumhexacyanoferrat(Il), oder von Heteropolysäuren
oder sulfonsäuregruppenhaltigen Farbstoffen abgeleitete Anionen in die Farbstoffe einführt.
Die löslichen neuen Farbstoffe können so, wie sie bei der Synthese anfallen, oder in gefinishter bzw. dispergierter
Form zum Färben von Textilmaterial, wie gebeizter Baumwolle, von Leder und von Gebilden, wie Fasern, Flocken, Fäden, Folien,
Gespinsten, Geweben und Gewirken aus synthetischen Materialien, wie Celluloseestern oder -äthern, Polyamiden oder Polyestern
verwendet werden, besonders wenn diese durch Einbau anionischer Gruppen modifiziert sind. Insbesondere eignen sie sich
zum Färben von Polyacrylnitril und Mischpolymerisaten des Acrylnitrils, wobei man sehr echte Färbungen erhält.
Angaben über Teile und Prozente in den folgenden Beispielen bezeihen sich, sofern nicht anders vermerkt, auf das Gewicht.
Beispiel 1 In die Lösung von 21 Teilen der Verbindung der Formel

in 200 Teilen Eisessig wird bei 60 0C mehrere Stunden ein
langsamer Strom von Äthylenoxid eingeleitet, bis, wie dünnschichtchromatographisch
geprüft wird, vollständige Alkylierung zum blauen Farbstoff eingetreten ist. Das Reaktionsgemisch
wird dann in 2000 Teile Wasser eingetragen und das Umsetzungsprodukt der Formel

Lösung ausgefällt, isoliert und getrocknet. Man erhält so ein dunkelblaues Pulver, das sich leicht in Wasser löst und Acrylnitrilpolymerisate
in hervorragend echten blauen Tönen färbt.
20,5 Teile des Kupplungsproduktes von 3-Amino-indazol und p-Äthoxy-phenyl-c^-naphthylamin werden in 200 Teilen Eisessig
nach Zusatz von 45 Teilen Epichlorhydrin auf 60 0C erwärmt.
Zur Vervollständigung der Reaktion gibt man innerhalb von 12 Stunden noch weitere 45 Teile Epichlorhydrin hinzu.
Nachdem dünnschichtchromatographisch festgestellt wurde, daß quantitative Umsetzung zum quartären Farbstoff

eingetreten ist, läßt man das Reaktionsgemisch in 3000 Teile Wasser einfließen und fällt das Produkt mit 150 Teilen gesättigter
Kochsalzlösung aus. Der getrocknete und gemahlene Farbstoff färbt Materialien aus Acrylnitrilpolymerisaten in
echten Blautönen.

auf 60 0O erhitzt, Ms nach dem Dünnschichtchromatogramm
vollständige Umsetzung eingetreten ist. Das Reaktionsgemisch wird dann mit 25 Teilen Zinkchlorid versetzt,
in 1000 Teile Eiswasser eingetragen und der ausgefallene Farbstoff in üblicher Weise isoliert. Er färbt Acrylnitrilpolymerisate
in echten violetten Tönen.
In eine Lösung von 25,7 Teilen des Kupplungsproduktes von
3-Amino-indazol ^ 2-Phenyl-indol in 200 Teilen Eisessig
leitet man bei 60 0C Äthylenoxid ein, bis die Quaternierung
nach dem Dünnschichtchromatogramm beendet ist. Das Reaktionsgemisch wird dann mit 250 Teilen Wasser verdünnt und der
Farbstoff durch Zusatz von 1200 Raumteilen 50 #iger Natriumacetat-lösung
ausgefällt. Nach dem Absaugen und Trocknen erhält man ein rotbraunes Pulver, das auf Acrylnitrilpolymerisaten
scharlachrote Färbungen erzeugt.

14,5 Teile der so erhaltenen getrockneten Verbindung werden in 150 Teilen Eisessig bei 60 0C in der üblichen Weise mit
Äthylenoxid umgesetzt. Nach der durch Dünnschichtchromatographie festgestellten vollständigen Quaternierung trägt man
das Reaktionsgemisch in eine Mischung aus 3000 Raumteilen einer gesättigten Natriumchloridlösung, 134 Teilen Zinkchlorid
und 200 Teilen Wasser ein. Der wie üblich isolierte und getrocknete Farbstoff ergibt auf Acrylnitrilpolymerisaten
eine hervorragende echte Violettfärbung.
14,5 Teile der nach Beispiel 7, Absatz 1 erhaltenen Verbindung werden in 200 Raumteilen Chloroform mit 37,8 Teilen Dimethylsulfat
unter Zusatz von 3 Teilen Natriumcarbonat bei Siedetemperatur quaterniert. Nach Beendigung der Reaktion
wird das Chloroform abgedampft und der Rückstand in 200 Teilen 30 #iger Essigsäure gelöst. Der Farbstoff wird durch Zusatz
von 500 Raumteilen gesättigter Natriumchloridlösung ausgefällt, dann abgesaugt, mit Wasser gewaschen und getrocknet.
Man erhält damit auf Acrylnitrilpolymerisaten violette Färbungen mit guten Echtheiten.

werden in 200 Raumteilen Dioxan mit 26 Teilen Dimethylsulfat und 5 Teilen Magnesiumoxid bei 60 0O methyliert, bis, wie
die chromatographische Prüfung zeigt, die Ausgangsverbindung vollständig umgesetzt ist. Man trägt dann das Reaktionsgemisch
in 2000 Teile Wasser ein, saugt den Rückstand ab und wäscht ihn zur Entfernung von quartärem permethyliertem Farbstoff
mit Wasser aus. Die zurückbleibende Monomethylverbindung
wird in der üblichen Weise in 200 ml Eisessig mit Äthylenoxid bei 60 0C quaterniert. Nach Ablauf der Reaktion
trägt man das Gemisch in 2000 Teile Wasser ein und isoliert den Farbstoff nach Ausfällen mit Natriumformiat. Man erhält
ein dunkelblaues Pulver, das Aerylnitrilpolymerisate in echten blauen Tönen färbt.
20,7 Teile der in 200 Teilen Eisessig gelösten Verbindung der Formel

werden bei 60 0C mit 13 Teilen Dimethylsulfat und durch
gleichzeitiges Einleiten von Äthylenoxid quaterniert. Nach Ablauf der Reaktion wird das Reaktionsgemisch mit 2000 Teilen
Wasserverdünnt und das Farbstoffgemisch mit 200 Raumteilen
Natriumchlorid-Lösung ausgefällt und isoliert. Das erhaltene dunkelblaue Pulver färbt Aerylnitrilpolymerisate
in echten Blautönen.

Claims (6)
- PatentansprücheWasserstoff, Carbonamid, N-substituiertes Carbonamid, Carboxyl, Hydroxymethyl, Allcoxymethyl mit 2 "bis 7 O-Atomen, Phenoxymethyl oder Chlormethyl, unabhängig von R1 Wasserstoff, Carbonamid, N-substituiertes Oarbonamid, Carboxyl, Hydroxymethyl, Alkoxymethyl mit 2 bis 7 C-Atomen, Phenoxymethyl oder Chlormethyl, Wasserstoff, Methyl, Methoxy, Chlor, Nitro oder SO2R, den Rest des Ammoniaks oder eines gegebenenfalls substituierten aliphatischen, araliphatischen, oyoloaliphatisohen, aromatischen oder gesättigten heterocyclischen Amins oder einen gegebenenfalls substituierten Alley 1- oder Arylrest,den R0Bt einer st iolcst offhalt igen isocyclisch aromatischen oder heterocyclisch aromatischen Kupplungskomponente, die den übrigen Molekülteil au einem Diaaacyanin-System ergänzt, unddas Anion einer anorganischen oder organischen Säure bedeuten,wobei einer der Reste A von Methyl oder Äthyl verschieden ist.
- 2. farbstoffe gemäß Anspruch 1 der allgemeinen FormelHOH2C-CH2-I ^. ϊ4^209812/1421-22-20U823O.Z. 26 988in der R, einen Äthyl-, Cyclohexyl-, p-Methylphenyl-, p-Hydroxyphenyl-, p-Methoxyphenyl- oder p-Äthoxyphenylrest bedeutet und R, und Xe die für Formel I angegebene Bedeutung haben.
- 3. Farbstoffe gemäß Anspruch 1 der allgemeinen FormelHOH2G-OH2-N•H = H-W 5Xe ,CH2OHin der R, und X* die für Formel I angegebene Bedeutung haben und R^ Wasserstoff, Methyl, Äthyl, Butyl, p-Methoxyphenyl oder p-Äthoxyphenyl und Rg Methyl, Äthyl, Butyl oder Wasserstoff bedeuten.
- 4. Farbstoffe gemäß Anspruch 1 der allgemeinen FormelHOH2C-CH2-Nin der R, und X die für Formel I angegebene Bedeutung haben und R„ für ein Wasserstoffatom, eine Methylgruppe oder den Rest einer in ß-Stellung verknüpften Propionsäure-, Propionsäureamid- oder -nitril-Gruppe und RQ für eine Methyloder Phenylgruppe stehen.
- 5. Die Verwendung der Farbstoffe gemäß Anspruch 1 bis 4 zum Färben von Textilmaterial aus anionisch modifizierten Fasern.209812/1421-23-
- 6. SIn Verfahren zur Herstellung von Farbstoffen gemäß Anspruch 1 "bis 4-» dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß man in Verbindungen der Formel-N * N - Kdurch Allcylierung die Reste A einführt,Badische Anilin- & Soda-Fabrik AQ-209812/U21
