Claims (6)
1.一种燕麦膳食纤维粉,其特征在于:由以下质量份数计的成分组成:燕麦粉10~50份、藜麦粉1~20份、抗性糊精1~20份、脱脂乳粉1~20份、菊粉1~10份、魔芋粉1~10份、中链甘油三脂1~10份、白芸豆粉0.1~1份、速溶绿茶粉0.1~1份、苦荞麦粉0.1~1份、甜菊糖苷0.1~1份、食用酵母粉0.01~0.5份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种燕麦膳食纤维粉,其特征在于:所述燕麦粉的制作方法为将燕麦用0.3%亚硫酸浸渍后,通过破碎、过筛、沉淀、干燥、磨细工序制成。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种燕麦膳食纤维粉,其特征在于:所述藜麦粉的制作方法为将藜麦用0.3%亚硫酸浸渍后,通过破碎、过筛、沉淀、干燥、磨细工序制成。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种燕麦膳食纤维粉,其特征在于:由以下质量份数计的成分组成:燕麦粉30~35份、藜麦粉15~20份、抗性糊精15~20份、脱脂乳粉2~6份、菊粉2~6份、魔芋粉2~6份、中链甘油三脂5~10份、白芸豆粉0.1~0.5份、速溶绿茶粉0.5~1份、苦荞麦粉0.3~0.8份、甜菊糖苷0.3~0.8份、食用酵母粉0.1~0.2份。
5.根据权利要求4所述的一种燕麦膳食纤维粉,其特征在于:由以下质量份数计的成分组成:燕麦粉33.3份、藜麦粉20份、抗性糊精19份、脱脂乳粉5份、菊粉5.6份、魔芋粉5份、中链甘油三脂10份、白芸豆粉0.2份、速溶绿茶粉0.8份、苦荞麦粉0.5份、甜菊糖苷0.5份、食用酵母粉0.1份。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种燕麦膳食纤维粉的制备方法,其特征在于:将燕麦粉、藜麦粉、抗性糊精、脱脂乳粉、菊粉、魔芋粉、中链甘油三脂、白芸豆粉、速溶绿茶粉、苦荞麦粉、甜菊糖苷、食用酵母粉在分散机中混合30分钟后,过100目,在烘干杀菌一体机中烘干10~20分钟,温度为100±5℃,制得燕麦膳食纤维粉。
