Abstract

BANHO E MéTODO DE ELETROGALVANIZAçãO DE FERRO-FOSFOROSO. A invenção refere-se a um banho de ferro fosforoso aquoso ácido que compreende (A) pelo menos um composto do qual o ferro possa ser depositado eletroliticamente, (B) íons hipofosfito, e (C) um composto contendo enxofre selecionado entre iminas polietileno sulfoalquilada, corante safranina sulfonada, e ácidos sulfónicos alifáticos mercapto ou seus sais alcalino metálicos. Opcionalmente, o banho de ferro fosforoso aquoso ácido da invenção pode compreender também íons de alumínio. As ligas que são depositadas nos substratos pelo processo da presente invenção são caracterizadas pela presença de ferro, fósforo e enxofre.
