Abstract
trata-se de uma polimerização a alta pressão, conforme descrita no presente documento, para formar um polímero à base de etileno que compreende as etapas a seguir: polimerizar uma mistura de reação que compreende etileno, com o uso de um sistema de reator que compreende pelo menos três correntes de alimentação à base de etileno e uma configuração de reator que compreende pelo menos quatro zonas de reação, e pelo menos um dentre a) a c) a seguir é satisfeito: (a) até 100% em peso da corrente de etileno para a primeira zona é proveniente de uma reciclagem a alta pressão, e/ou até 100% em peso da última corrente de etileno para uma zona é proveniente da saída de um sistema de compressor primário; e/ou (b) até 100% em peso da corrente de etileno para a primeira zona é proveniente da saída de um sistema de compressor primário, e/ou até 100% em peso da última corrente de etileno para uma zona é proveniente de uma reciclagem de alta pressão; e/ou (c) cada uma dentre a corrente de etileno para a primeira zona e/ou a última corrente de etileno para uma zona compreende uma composição controlada; sendo que cada corrente de etileno para uma zona recebe uma saída de dois ou mais cilindros do último estágio de compressor de um sistema de hipercompressor.
