Abstract
trata-se de um processo para preparar um polímero de olefina na presença de hidrogênio em um reator de polimerização de fase gasosa que compreende três ou mais zonas de polimerização e pelo menos duas das mesmas são subzonas de uma unidade de polimerização, em que as partículas de polímero em crescimento fluem para baixo em uma forma densificada, sendo que pelo menos uma zona de polimerização tem uma razão entre hidrogênio e a soma de olefinas que é, por um fator de pelo menos 1,5, inferior à razão entre hidrogênio e a soma de olefinas na zona de polimerização que tem a maior razão entre hidrogênio e a soma de olefinas e que é, por um fator de pelo menos 0,5, superior à razão entre hidrogênio e a soma de olefinas na zona de polimerização que tem a menor razão entre hidrogênio e a soma de olefinas.
