Abstract
um polímero à base de etileno, o ldpe, é produzido em um processo de polimerização a alta pressão compreendendo pelo menos a etapa de polimerização de uma mistura de reação compreendendo etileno, usando uma configuração de reator que compreende (a) pelo menos duas zonas de reação, uma primeira zona de reação (zona de reação 1) e uma zona de reação i (zona de reação i onde i > 2), (b) pelo menos duas correntes de alimentação de etileno, cada corrente de alimentação compreendendo uma porcentagem do etileno de constituição total alimentada ao processo de polimerização, em que uma primeira corrente de alimentação de etileno é enviada para a zona de reação 1 e uma segunda corrente de alimentação de etileno é enviada para a zona de reação i, e um sistema de controle (c) para controlar a porcentagem do etileno de constituição total na corrente alimentada de etileno enviada para a zona de reação 1 e a porcentagem do etileno de constituição total na corrente de alimentação de etileno enviada para a zona de reação i.
