Abstract

"APARELHO ELETRICAMENTE ACIONADO PARA EJETAR PARTES MOLDADAS POR INJEçãO". Um sistema de injeção de parte moldada (103) inclui um mecanismo de acionamento que possui um servomotor reversível (240). O mecanismo de acionamento para o sistema de ejeção inclui uma disposição de carne e seguidor onde um elemento de carne circular (252) é acionado pelo servomotor (240) através de um eixo de acionamento (250) que é conectado com o elemento de carne (252) e é desviado do centro do trilho de carne circular (254). Um seguidor de came (260) é conectado com uma haste de acionamento de ejetor (238), e o seguidor de came (260) se desloca no trilho de came (254) para causar o movimento linear da haste de acionamento de ejetor (238) quando o seguidor de came (260) segue o came circular através de sua trajetória não-circular de movimento. A rotação do servomotor (240) em uma direção de rotação opera o sistema de ejeção de parte, enquanto a rotação do servomotor na direção oposta de rotação fornece energia para outra parte da máquina durante outra parte de um ciclo de operação de máquina de moldagem, tal como um sistema de extração de núcleo. O eixo de acionamento de servomotor (241) inclui um par de embreagens de um sentido que são cada uma operável em uma direção diferente de rotação do eixo de acionamento de motor (241). Em uma direção de rotação, o motor (240) atua um mecanismo de ejeção de parte e na outra direção de rotação, o motor (240) pode fornecer energia para operar um sistema diferente da máquina de moldagem.
