本发明涉及信息处理领域,尤其涉及一种信息处理方法、客户端、服务平台和计算机存储介质。
背景技术
随着社会经济的高速发展,汽车保有量也持续加快地增长,汽车给人们的工作、生活带来巨大的便利,人们可以驾车快速达到目的地,既方便也节省时间,提高了出行的效率和便捷性。
随着起初数量的增加,为了方便人们的出行,商场、饭店、超市、意愿、学校、游乐场所、娱乐场所等公共场所都设置了停车场,用户在停车场找到车位,暂时性安放自己的车辆。但是显然由于车辆的数量大量提升,寻找停车位的过程变得不那么容易,经常会出现这样的场景,当用户开车驶入到目的地址之后,发现各个停车场都的车位都被满了,进而导致用户在停车时候的不方便。
故在现有技术中提出一种能够帮助用户进行快捷停车,提高停车效率和经济效益的技术方案,是亟待解决的问题。
发明内容
有鉴于此,本发明实施例期望提供一种信息处理方法、客户端、服务平台和计算机存储介质,能够解决现有技术中停车困难或停车费用过高的问题。
本发明实施例第一方面提供一种信息处理方法,所述方法包括:
接收服务平台发送的车位信息;
根据所述车位信息,确定目标地址第一指定时间的空闲车位数量是否小于指定阈值;
若所述目的地址所述第一指定时间的空闲车位数量小于所述指定阈值,则提示进行车位预定;
基于用户指示进行车位预定。
本发明实施例第二方面提供一种信息处理方法,所述方法包括:
向客户端发送车位信息;
接收客户端基于目标地址的空闲车位数量小于指定阈值时的车位预定形成的预定信息;
基于所述预定信息,在第二指定时间内保留指定个数的空闲车位,形成预定结果;所述第二指定时间为车位预定时指定的时间;
依据所述预定结果,更新所述车位信息。
本发明实施例第三方面提供一种客户端,所述客户端包括:
第一接收单元,配置为接收服务平台发送的车位信息;
第一确定单元,配置为根据所述车位信息,确定目标地址第一指定时间的空闲车位数量是否小于指定阈值;
提示单元,配置为若所述目的地址所述第一指定时间的空闲车位数量小于所述指定阈值,则提示进行车位预定;
预定单元,配置为基于用户指示进行车位预定。
本发明实施例第四方面提供一种服务平台,所述服务平台包括:
第二发送单元,配置为向客户端发送车位信息;
第二接收单元,配置为接收客户端基于目标地址的空闲车位数量小于指定阈值时的车位预定形成的预定信息;
第一形成单元,配置为基于所述预定信息,在第二指定时间内保留指定个数的空闲车位,形成预定结果;所述第二指定时间为车位预定时指定 的时间;
更新单元,配置为依据所述预定结果,更新所述车位信息。
本发明实施例第五方面提供一种计算机存储介质,所述计算机存储介质中存储有计算机可执行指令,所述计算机可执行指令用于前述信息处理方法的至少其中之一。
本发明实施例所述的信息处理方法、客户端、服务平台及计算机存储介质,将会从服务平台获取车位信息,当根据所述车位信息确定在第一指定时间内的空闲车位数量小于指定阈值,提示车位预定,这样能够减少后续达到目的地址后找车位难的问题,当然在不大于所述指定阈值时,客户端不会进行类似的提示,用户可以直接驱车前往,这样就减少了用户凭感觉进行车辆预定导致在不用预定车位的情况下,因预定车位产生的费用,进而导致的与停车相关的费用高等现象。显然本实施例所述的信息处理方法,能够很好的用于解决停车难并保持较低的费用;具有智能性高及用户使用满意度高的优点。

以下结合说明书附图及具体实施例对本发明的技术方案做进一步的详细阐述,应当理解,以下所说明的优选实施例仅用于说明和解释本发明,并不用于限定本发明。
如图1所示,本实施例提供一种信息处理方法,所述方法包括:
步骤S110:接收服务平台发送的车位信息;
步骤S120:根据所述车位信息,确定目标地址第一指定时间的空闲车位数量是否小于指定阈值;
步骤S130:若所述目的地址所述第一指定时间的空闲车位数量小于所述指定阈值,则提示进行车位预定;
步骤S140:基于用户指示进行车位预定。
本实施例中所述信息处理方法可以应用于本申请所述的客户端中。所述客户端可对应于手机、平板电脑、可穿戴设备或车载网络设备等结构。
所述服务平台可为有一台或多台电子设备构成的车位管理平台。
所述步骤S110中接收所述服务平台发送的停车位信息。所述停车位信息可以包括所述服务平台主动推送的信息,也可以是所述服务平台基于所述客户端的请求发送的信息。具体如,所述客户端接收用于用户输入,确定了当前车辆所需要达到的目标地址,所述客户端可以将所述目标地址发送给服务平台,服务平台可以实时或周期性的向所述客户端推送所述车位信息,直至所述客户端达到目标地址或,更换目标地址或所述客户端关闭。当然,所述客户端也可以向所述服务平台发送携带有所述目标地址的请求,所述服务平台基于所述请求及更新策略,定时的向所述客户端发送所述车位信息。
通常所述车位信息中至少包括所述目标地址的空闲车位数量或总车位数量及已占用车位数量,总之所述客户端根据所述车位信息能够至少确定 出所述客户端在目标地址在指定时间内空闲车位数量。
在步骤S130中将根据所述空闲车位信息确定所述目标地址在第一指定时间内是否小于所述阈值。具体如,若根据所述车位信息确定出所述第一指定时间内,目标地址有很多空闲停车位,显然用户可以不用进行停车位预定,达到目的停车位也能很快的找到停车位进行停车,这样就可以减少用户因预定车位造成的开销,从而提高了客户端的智能性和用户使用满意度。
本实施例所述的第一指定时间可为当前时刻或当前时候以后的时刻。
当所述第一指定时间为当前时刻以后的某一个时间段时,所述空闲车位数量可以为当前时刻空闲车位数量。但是为了更为精确的为用户是否进行车位预定,用于为提示进行车位预定的空闲车位信息,优选为对应于所述第一指定时间内的空闲车位信息。此时,所述车位信息可包括目标地址的车位变化趋势信息,这样所述客户端可以直接根据所述变化趋势信息及当前空闲车位,确定出所述未来的第一指定时间内的空闲车位数量。当然所述车位信息可包括服务平台估算的未来一段时间内的空闲车位数量信息,这样所述客户端在步骤S120中可以直接仅依据所述第一指定时间查询所述车位信息,就能够确定未来的第一指定时间内的空闲车位数量。
步骤S130中将根据所述客户端将通过输出车位预定提示的方式,提示用户进行车位预定,并在步骤S140中基于用户指示进行车位预定。所述指定阈值可以为客户端基于用户指示或自行设置的参数,也可以是所述客户端根据服务平台发送参数确定的,或直接从所述服务平台接收的。所述服务平台通常都能够对停车场的车位的闲置状况或占用状况信息进行统计,根据历史统计,可以确定出每一个停车场什么状况下是很容易出现车位紧张的状况,这时所述服务平台就很容易得到一个阈值占用比值或所述指定阈值的具体值。当然所述客户端也可以通过从服务平台获取上述信息,来 自动设置所述指定阈值。当然用户可以根据自己的经验通过指定客户端进行设置。
总之本实施例所述的信息处理方法,所述客户端在目标地址所述第一指定时间内的空闲车位数量小于指定阈值时,才提示进行车位预定,否则默认车辆达到目的地址会很容易找到空闲车位,就不再进行提示。
在步骤S140中将根据用户指示,具体如,检测到用户点击了确认进行车位预定等操作后,进行所述车位预定。步骤S140中进行所述车位预定包括向服务平台发送车位预定请求,接收服务平台返回的车位预定结果信息。所述车位预定结果信息可包括成功消息或失败消息等操作;所述步骤S140中还可包括输出所述服务平台返回车位结果信息。
若所述车位预定失败,则所述客户端还将从所述服务平台接收车位预定失败的原因信息,并最终输出所述原因信息,从而告知用户车位预定的结果失败的原因;这样方便用户根据所述原因信息确定是否继续进行车位预定或更换车位预定策略。
在一些实施例中,所述方法还可包括在车位预定失败时,重新规划不同于前次车位预定的车位预定参数,并输出所述车位预定参数,基于用户指示,再次进行车位预定。这里的车位预定参数可包括目标停车场、车位类型、车位的费用信息等参数。
综合上述,本实施例提供了一种信息处理方法,能够协助用户智能的进行车位预定,从而解决现有技术中车位寻找难的问题。
步骤S120的实现方式有多种,以下提供一种可选实施方式,如图2所示,所述步骤S120可包括:
步骤S121:根据当前路况信息及行驶速度,确定出所述车辆达到所述目的地址的预计时间;其中,所述行驶速度为车辆的当前行驶速度或预定行驶速度;
步骤S122:依据所述预计时间确定所述第一指定时间;
步骤S123:依据所述第一指定时间及所述车位信息,确定所述目标地址第一指定时间的空闲车位数量是否小于指定阈值。
在本实施例中所述当前路况信息为达到所述目的地址的路况信息。当从车辆所在位置达到目的地址的路径有多条,所述客户端可以向客户端显示多条所述路径,并提示当前每一个条路径的路况信息,再根据用户选择的路径或客户端在未接收到用户选择时,选择客户端根据路径选择策略选择的最优路径。本实施例中所述当前路况信息为用户选择的路径或所述最优路径的当前路况信息。所述路径选择策略可包括路径最短策略、用时最少策略、路况最优策略或结合路径长短、用时及路况信息等多个参考因素的策略来选择所述最优路径。通常所述用时最少策略与道路的限速等相关。
在步骤S121中将根据所述当前路况信息、车辆的当前行使速度或车辆还未启动或暂停时的预定行使速度,确定出车辆达到目的地址的预计时间。当然,由于这其中可能涉及大量的信息量的运算,所述客户端可以通过使用云资源或负荷转移的方式,由所述客户端所在电子设备以外的设备来计算,最终所述客户端直接获取所述预计时间即可。所述预计时间可是依据当前时间及车辆达到目标停车场在路途中所花费的时间而确定的。
在本实施例中所述第一指定时间为当前时间以后的未来时间,故在步骤S122中,根据所述预计时间确定所述第一指定时间。具体如,所述以及时间为早上10:17分,所述第一指定时间的起始时间可为10:12分。通常所述第一指定时间的起始时间可为所述预计时间或比所述预计时间早一段时间的一个时间点。所述第一指定时间可没有明确的结束时间,也可以包括一个明确的结束时间。
在步骤S123中将最终根据所述第一指定时间和所述车位信息,确定目标地址在第一指定时间内的空闲车位数量是否小于所述指定阈值,可选地, 可根据第一指定时间的起始时间和所述车位信息,确定所述目标地址在所述起始时间的空闲车位数量是否小于指定阈值。
本实施例中具体提供了如何确定所述第一指定时间的方法,这种方式预估出的第一指定时间具有准确度高的优点,能够减少用户预定停车位导致的开销或车位被预定确闲置的概率,从而提高了车位的有效使用率。
步骤S120的实现方式有多种,以下提供一种可选实施方式,所述步骤S130包括:
输出所述车位信息;
基于用户指示或类型选择策略确定用户选择的指定类型车位的空闲车位数量;
判断所述指定类型的车位的空闲车位数量是否小于指定阈值。
所述输出所述车位信息包括显示输出或语音输出等方式来进行车位信息的输出。在本实施例中车位信息还包括车位的费用信息。所述费用信息可包括单位时间内的单价信息。在本实施例中认为对应不同单价的车位的类型不同。这样的话,用户根据输出的车位信息,选择合适的车位类型。在步骤S130中确定第一指定时间内的空闲车位数量时,将确定的是用于指定的类型车位的空闲信息。当用户没有指定车位类型时,依据类型选择策略来确定指定类型车位,具体如根据当前车辆历史停车记录的车位类型或费用最少策略等各种策略,自动确定指定类型的车位。
在步骤S130中将执行的操作是:将指定类型的车位在第一指定时间内的空闲车位数量与指定阈值进行比较。
当然若用户为进行车位类型时,所述客户端还可以不分车位类型,直接将目标地址的所有空闲车位熟脸高于指定阈值进行比较。
值得注意的是:当确定了指定类型车位时对应的指定阈值,不同于总空闲车位数量对应的指定阈值。
比如,目标地址A包括256个车位,其中A类30个、B类140个、C类86个。这3类车位可能将分别对应指定阈值,当然这256个车位总空闲车数量也对应一个指定阈值。当然通常256个车位中总空闲车位数量对应的指定阈值,至少可能会比A类车位中空闲车位对应的指定阈值大。
综合上述,本实施例所述客户端在进行步骤S120中进行比较时,还将实现确定车位类型,这样能够满足用户使用占用不同车位的需求,从而尽可能的满足用户不同层次的需求,提高了客户端的智能性及用户使用满意度。
值得注意的是:在步骤S140中进行车位预定时,将对所述指定类型的车位进行预定。
在一些实施例中,所述方法还包括:在进行了预定车位后或进入停车场后,启动自动计费操作;基于所述自动计费操作的第一计费结果,执行支付操作。
在本实施例中所述客户端还将进行计费操作,形成第一计费结果。这个第一计费结果将给用户的停车费的支付提供参考依据,以减少停车场对停车费乱收或出错的几率。
所述基于所述自动计费操作的第一计费结果,执行支付操作,可包括:
在车辆离开停车场时,完成所述第一计费结果,并输出所述第一计费结果;
并基于用户指示或基于自动支付策略进行支付操作。
所述客户端可通过接入微信支付平、支付宝支付平台、财富通支付平台或银行支付平台,进行支付。这样的话,就避免了现有技术中,用户在停车场出口手动支付导致的操作繁琐,智能化低的问题。
对于停车场方便,也可以减少人工进行停车费收取导致的人工成本以及现金管理成本等问题。
作为本实施例的的可选实施方式,由于涉及支付,就涉及现金流的转移,为了更为精确的进行支付,在本实施例中所述基于所述自动计费操作的第一计费结果,执行支付操作,包括:
将所述第一计费结果发送给服务平台进行支付核对;
从所述服务平台接收所述支付核对的核对结果;
基于所述核对结果,执行所述支付操作。
在一些实施例中,所述服务平台也会进行计费,这样的话,服务平台也可以能形成计费结果,具体用户该支付多少停车费,客户端和服务平台进行核对,这样的话,可以减少服务方和车主双方因停车费导致的争执以及费用收取出现错位的问题。
作为本实施例另一个可选实施方式中,所述方法还包括:进行了车位预定后,支付预定费用;所述基于所述自动计费操作的第一计费结果,执行支付操作,包括:结合所述预定费用及所述第一计费结果,执行支付操作。
客户端进行了车位预定,可能就支付了部分预定费用,这个预定费用可以为事先支付的固定值。当然所述预定费用也可以是根据预定时间确定费用,该费用可能就会等于每一个车位的单价与时间之间的乘积。
若用户支付了预定费用,在结算时就可能会出现多退少补的现象,本实施例中为了实现智能结算,在进行支付将结合预定费用及第一计费结果,来进行支付。
比如:用户已经付费预定了3到5点的车位,4点到达停车场停车,6点缴费离开停车场,则客户端在进行支付时,只需要再补充支付纳5到6点一小时的停车费即可。若,在4:30离场,则对车位解除锁定,则客户端需要从服务平台接收返还额4:30~5点之间半小时的停车费。当然本实施例所述的预定费用可先支付到中间平台,即用户停车结算前的费用都可 以由中间平台进行保管,计算之后,返回的费用可以直接从中间平台返回即可。
显然本实施例中采用这种综合结算支付的方式,能够减少用户利用现金交易导致的没有零钱或当前现金不够的尴尬局面,从而能够提升用户使用满意度。
在一些实施例中,所述方法还包括:
启动线路规划并导航到目标停车场;其中,所述目标停车场包括预定的车位,或所述目标停车场为所述目的地址所述第一指定时间的空闲车位数量不小于所述指定阈值用户指定的停车场。
在本实施例中为了方便用户的行车,避免由于用户对达到目标停车场不熟悉或对当前道路状况不熟悉,不能够选择出最佳的出行路线,在本实施例中所述信息处理方法,还将自动确定出目标停车场后,启动线路规划并导航至目标停车场。显然在本实施例中,结合了车位预定以及导航,再次提高了客户端的智能性及用户使用满意度;这样避免在用户预定停车场后,还需要退出或暂时退出车位预定的界面,而开启导航应用,进输入目的地址,来导航,在本实施例中直接切入导航流程,将根据步骤S140和步骤S130的操作,自动选定目的地停车场,显然简化了用户操作,提高了客户端的智能性及用户使用满意度。
所述方法还包括:
达到目标停车场时,获取根据所述目标停车场的当前停车信息分配的所述目标停车场的目标车位;
获取所述目标车位的位置信息;
输出所述目标车位的位置信息。
在本实施例中,车辆达到目标停车场后,将获取目标停车场的目标车位。
在一些实施例中,客户端可根据本申请中所述信息处理方法,指定预定目标停车场中的哪一个车位为目标车位,当然为了实现资源配置,在用户不指定预定哪一个车位为目标车位时,服务平台端将自动根据车位分配策略在车辆达到目标停车场时进行目标车位的分配,这样能够达到更好的利用车位的目的。
这样的话,车辆达到目标停车场时,可包括从服务平台接收到所述目标车位的位置信息。客户端通过显示或语音输出方式输出所述车位信息,这样方便用户查找或方便客户端在停车场内的导通。
具体如,服务平台根据车辆预定停车时间,为停车时间较长的车辆分配靠内的车位,这样方便停车时间较短的车辆能够获得靠外的停车位,这样方便车辆的出入,减少车辆在停车场内出入的等时间,提高停车场内的车位使用效率。
本实施例所述的客户端还能用于停车场内的导通,所述服务平台可以将停车场内的地图发送给客户端,客户端并从服务平台获取目标车位,这样客户端还能将车辆自动导航到目标车位。在进行停车场内的地图和所述目标车位的信息发送时,可以采用所述停车场内的局域网进行通信,如停车场内开放的WiFi,这样车辆在达到目标停车场后,就能基于局域网进行通信,这样能够进行地图等信息的快速传输。且若地图发送给所述客户端之后,客户端可以存储起来,待下次使用。客户端在从所述服务平台接收所述地图时,首先可以通过地图版本信息的核对,确定客户端内存储的是否为最新版本的地图,若是就不用更新地图,若不是就从服务平台加载所述地图或下载地图的更新部分,这样能够减少服务平台与客户端信息的交互量。
当然这里的将车辆导航至所述目标车位的路线规划也可以由服务平台来做,客户端仅需从服务平台接收规划结果即可。
当然本实施例所述的客户端可以仅输出位置信息即可,服务平台和客户端都不进行路线规划。目标车位信息为“二楼003号车位”用户看到这些信息之后,当然首先将驱车达到二楼,再通过停车内的其他电子或非电子的指示牌也可以快速找到目标车位。
总之在本实施例中,所述目标车位可以为服务平台在车辆达到目标停车场时,临时动态分配的,客户端临时动态获取的,这样能够最大限度的灵活目标停车场内车位的灵活调度和最优调度;且通过目标车位信息的显示方便车辆驶入目标车位。
有预定车位的需求,就可能有取消车位的需求,在本实施例中所述方法还包括:检测车位预定取消操作;依据所述停车预定取消操作,取消车位预定;基于预先支付的预定费用及车位预定保持时长,进行费用清算操作。
本实施例所述的客户端还支持车位预定的取消,由于车辆的出行计划若出现临时变更,这个时候为了减少停车费或预订费用的支出,提高用户使用满意度,在本实施例中还可以执行停车取消操作,取消车位预定。这里的所述取消车位预定可包括客户端向服务平台基于所述车位取消操作发送取消请求,接收服务平台的取消响应,从而实现取消车位预定。
此外,通过取消车位预定,还能减少停车场内被预定车位空闲的时间,从而降低车位空闲率,提升车位的有效使用概率,实现车位资源的更优化配置。
用户停车之后,还可能会在停车附件有相关活动,故所述方法还包括:获取所述目标地址的周边服务信息;输出所述目标地址的周边服务信息。
当用户驱车达到一个地方之后,可能会在目标停车场周围进行一系列的活动,具体如办公活动、消费活动或娱乐活动,这些活动的发生,用户可能需要获取这些活动可进行的场所及资费等信息。本实施例所述的客户 端,还将目标地址的周边服务信息,这里的周边服务可包括餐饮服务、娱乐服务、办公服务、商场等消费服务等。所述客户端可以在车辆未达到目的地址之前,在车辆停止或导航的过程中自动或基于用户指示的***显示这些信息,也可以在车辆达到目标车位后显示这些信息,或将这些信息发送到用户绑定的移动设备上,如手机或平板电脑或可穿戴式设备上,方便用户出现。
这里的输出所述目标地址的周边服务信息可包括显示输出或语音输出或向指定设备进行输出。这里的指定设备包括与所述客户端绑定的上述移动设备。
当然本实施例所述客户端也可以为用户移动设备的组成部分,这时可以直接采用语音输出或显示输出来进行上述信息的输出。
为了简便用户寻车,在一些实施例中,所述方法还包括:向所述服务平台发送寻车请求;接收所述服务平台基于所述寻出请求返回的车辆所在车位的位置信息;输出所述车辆所在车位的位置信息。
当用户来取车时,客户会出现找不到自己车辆的问题,在本实施例中所述方法还包括向服务平台发送寻车请求,并从服务平台接收位置信息,这样能够帮助用户进行快速寻车,这样的话,能够避免用户因迷路或因为停车场徒增停车车辆导致找到车辆困难导致的问题。
在客户输出所述车位的位置信息之后,用户可以根据停车场内电子或非电子的指示信息找到自己的车辆。
当然,当所述服务平台接收到所述寻车请求之后,所述服务平台还可以通过控制所述停车场内设置的电子设备提供提示信息,如在用户A的停车位位置设置有提示牌,可以利用提示牌的灯光信息或音频信息或显示信息提示用户这是他的车辆。譬如,其他提示牌保持关闭,该提示牌亮灯;再比如其他提示牌关闭,该提示牌发出提示音频或对应车牌信息等提示用 户车辆所在。
综合上述,本实施例所述的信息处理方法,还能够用于为用户进行反向寻车,这样再次解决了用户在停车场内寻车难的问题,从而再次提升了客户端和服务平台的智能性及用户使用满意度。
如图3所示,本实施例提供一种信息处理方法,所述方法包括:
步骤S210:向客户端发送车位信息;
步骤S220:接收,客户端基于目标地址的空闲车位数量小于指定阈值时的车位预定形成的预定信息;
步骤S230:基于所述预定信息,在第二指定时间内保留指定个数的空闲车位,形成预定结果;所述第二指定时间为车位预定时指定的时间;
步骤S240:依据所述预定结果,更新所述车位信息。
本实施例所述的信息处理方法可为应用于服务平台中。本实施例所述的服务平台可为进行车位管理的服务平台,具体如停车管理***平台等。
本实施例中所述步骤S210服务平台将向客户端发送所述车位信息,所述车位信息的构成可以参见前述实施例中。所述服务平台可以基于客户端的请求来发送,也可以自行进行所述停车信息的推送;具体如所述服务平台在检测对应的停车场的车位信息发送变更时,自动进行推送。
在步骤S220中接收客户端的车位预定形成的预定信息。这里的车位预定为客户端判断出目标地址的空闲车位数量小于指定阈值时进行的车位预定。
在步骤230中基于所述预定信息,在第二指定时间内保留指定个数的空闲车位。这里的第二指定时间可以是所述客户端指定的任意一个的当前或当前以后的时间。这里的第二指定时间可以为所述客户端根据所述第一时间确定的时间,通产与第一指定时间的起始时间相同。当然这里的所述第一指定时间和所述第二指定时间都可为当前时刻以后的时刻,此时,所 述第一指定时间可以为采用前述方法实施例所述的信息处理方法通过车速及道路状况等信息估算出的一个时间。
在步骤S240中由于车位进行了客户端进行了车位预定,这样的话,停车场需要保留对应的空闲车位,当然就相当于停车场的状况信息发生了变更,为了方便其他用户的车位预定等操作,在本实施例中在步骤S240中将更新所述车位信息;以提高信息的精确性。
综合上述,本实施例提供了一种信息处理方法,能够用于方便客户端的智能订车,解决用户停车难的问题,具有智能性高及用户使用满意度高的优点。
在一些实施例中,在步骤S210之前,所述方法还包括:
统计停车场内的当前空闲车位信息;
依据停车场内的历史记录信息及当前空闲车位信息,确定空闲车位变化趋势信息;
依据所述当前空闲车位信息及所述空闲车位变化趋势信息,形成所述车位信息。
在本实施例中将统计停车场内的当前空闲车位信息,确定出当前停车场内的空闲车位变化趋势信息。所述当前空闲车位信息及所述空闲车位变化趋势信息可以直接作为所述车位信息的组成部分发送给所述客户端,这样方便后续客户端根据自行根据所述当前空闲车位信息及所述空闲车位变化趋势信息,确定出所述第一指定时间内的空闲车位数量。在本实施例中也可以是由服务平台自行根据所述空闲车位信息及所述车位变化趋势信息,预测出未来一个时间段内的空闲车位数量。这里的所述未来的一个时间段包括所述第一指定时间。该预测出的未来一个时间端的所述空闲车位数量为所述车位信息的组成部分。这样的话,客户端在接收到所述车位信息之后,就不用自行通过计算等方式,而是通过解析查询所述车位信息就 能直接从车位信息中确定出所述第一指定时间内的空闲车位数量。
具体如,停车场A在本周日的当前时间(上午10:00)的当前空闲车辆数量为100个,根据前一个月停车场在本周日的停车的车位占用记录及今天车辆出入停车场的状况信息,将形成所述停车A在未来6个小时、12个小时或未来24个小时的空闲车位变化趋势信息。若所述当前空闲车辆数量及空闲车位变化趋势信息直接形成所述车位信息发送给客户端,则客户端若需要确定停车场A在12点时的空闲车位数量,则需要根据所述停车信息进行估算等操作。若服务平台依据所述当前空闲数量100和所述空闲车位变化趋势信息进行估算,则所述车位信息包括的未来6个小时、12个小时或24个小时之后的空闲车位数量的估算信息。
总之本实施例中所述的车位信息能够用于所述客户端获取在第一指定时间内的空闲车位数量,这样方便客户端确定是否需要进行车位预定等信息。
当然在具体的实现过程中,所述车位信息还可包括车位类型信息、停车费信息等其他信息,方便用户决策确定哪一个是作为其停车的目标停车场。可选地,所述车位信息可以参见前述方法实施例,在此就不重复了。
在有一些实施例中,所述方法还包括:
基于所述预定信息和/或停车信息,启动计费操作;
基于所述计费操作形成第二计费结果;
其中,所述第二计费结果用于所述客户端的支付操作。
在本实施例中,所述服务平台还将自动进行计费操作,这样的话会形成第二计费结果,该第二计费结果可以直接用于作为进行支付的唯一凭证,即客户端可接收所述第二计费结果,直接根据第二计费结果进行支付操作;也可以是与前述方法实施例中第一计费结果相对应的第二计费结果,这样通过第一计费结果和第二计费结果的核对之后来进行支付,以提高支付的 精确性和用户感知度和满意度。
所述客户端可以通过第三方支付平台进行支付,具体如、微信支付平台、支付宝支付平台及各种银行支付平台,如银联支付平台。所述客户端支付成功之后,所述服务平台可能将会从第三方支付平台获得支付成功的消息,并且支付之后现金流可能会通过银行***或其他金融***直接进行支付。
具体如,所述客户端可为微信客户端中的一个子客户端,这样的话所述支付平台可能就是微信平台本身,这样的话所述服务平台可以通过客户端发送的支付验证码的信息来确定所述客户端是否执行了支付操作,并通过微信平台内部的财务流确定是否支付成功等。
当然在一些实施例中,若所述服务平台确定支付成功了或确定支付失败,可以形成对应的支付结果信息,发送到客户端与客户端进行更好的信息交流,实现便捷顺畅支付。
作为本实施例的的可选实施方式,所述方法还包括:
接收客户端发送的第一计费结果;
核对所述第一计费结果和第二计费结果,形成核对结果;
其中,所述核对结果用于所述客户端的支付操作。
当客户端通过自行计费时,服务平台也进行了计费并形成第二计费结果,这就涉及了可能需要进行计费结果之间的核对。
譬如,服务平台将接收额客户端发送的第一计费结果,形成核对结果,并核对所述第一计费结果和第二计费结果,形成核对结果;方便后向客户端基于所述核对结果进行支付。
若所述第一计费结果和所述第二计费结果核对无误,就可以直接向所述客户端发送触发所述客户端支付的核对结果。若所述第一计费结果和所述第二计费结果核对之后,发现核对不成功,这时所述服务平台将形成包 括核对失败的结果信息,并及时查询详细的预定和/或停车记录,再次进行第二计费结果的计算,若第二计费结果的计算有误,则进行纠正;若第二计费结果计算无误或缺失与第一计费结果存在偏差,所述服务平台将会将预定和/或停车记录发送给客户端,并提示客户端按照所述第二计费结果进行支付。
当然在可选地实现时,也可以是由服务平台将第二计费结果发送给客户端,由客户端完成所述第一计费结果和第二计费结果的核对,这样的话,由客户端来分担服务平台的核对负荷。总之,本实施例提供了一种更为精确的停车费或预定费用的支付。
此外,所述方法包括:当车辆达到目标停车场时,向所述客户端发送为所述车辆分配的目标车位的位置信息;其中,所述目标车位为基于所述目标停车场的当前停车信息分配的。
在本实施例中所述信息处理方法中,所述辅平台可以通过接收客户端在进行车位预定时的指定来进行车位分配和调度,从而确定出目标车位,这时,通常客户端一旦完成了车位预定,则目标车位也就预定了。但是在本实施例中,为了方便服务平台的车位资源的配置和优化调度和配置,在本实施例中,所述服务平台会在车辆达到目标停车场时,才会基于车位分配策略进行车位分配和调度,确定出所述目标车位,并最终将目标车位的位置信息发送给客户端,方便客户端的导航和用户根据客户端的输出找到对应的停车位。
具体如,停车场B的车位进行调度和分配,当每停车场B进入一辆车和/或出去一辆车之后,便自动根据所述车位分配策略确定出下一即将计入的车辆的车位,这样的话,车辆一旦达到停车场B的入口,就能向客户端及时的发送所述目标车位的位置信息,以达到更好的进行车位的分配和调度。
在另一些实施例中,所述方法还包括:
获取车辆的标识信息;
依据所述标识信息建立车辆与车位之间的映射关系;
接收客户端发送的寻车请求;
响应所述寻车请求,查询所述映射关系确定车辆所在车位的位置信息;
将所述车辆的所在车位的位置信息发送给客户端。
这里的所述标识信息可为所述车辆的车牌号信息,或所述车辆的外观信息等;总之这列的所述标识信息可为能够标识所述车辆的信息。
并建立所述标识信息建立车辆和车位之间的映射关系,记录这个所述映射关系。这样的话,当接收到所述客户端的寻车请求时,就能够利用所述映射关系,确定出所述车辆的位置关系,将所述车位信息发送给所述客户端,这样能够帮助客户进行反向寻车,以免用户再找不到自己的车辆时,快速找到自己的车辆,再次提高了服务平台的智能性和用户的使用满意度。

第一接收单元110,配置为接收服务平台发送的车位信息;
第一确定单元120,配置为根据所述车位信息,确定目标地址第一指定时间的空闲车位数量是否小于指定阈值;
提示单元130,配置为若所述目的地址所述第一指定时间的空闲车位数量小于所述指定阈值,则提示进行车位预定;
预定单元140,配置为基于用户指示进行车位预定。
本实施例所述第一接收单元可包括能够与服务平台进行信息交互的通信接口,如接收天线等结构。
所述第一确定单元120及预定单元140的具体结构可包括各种类型的处理器或处理电路,所述处理器可包括中央处理器CPU、数字信号处理器DSP、微处理器MCU、可变成阵列PLC等具有信息处理的结构。所述处理 电路可包括专用集成电路ASIC等。
所述提示单元130可包括各种形式的输出结构,如显示屏,通过显示的方式进行提示,如音频输出单元,通过声音的形式进行提示等。总之,本实施例所述提示单元130能够用于输出提示信息,以提示用于进行车位预定。
所述预定单元140了除了包括所述处理器和处理电路以外,还可包括发送接口,所述发送接口可用于向服务平台发送进行车位预定的结构。
本实施例所述的客户端具体可对应于手机、平板电脑或可穿戴式设备等结构,有选为移动终端,这样能够方便用户携带,能够基于当期的信息进行车位预定提示及车位预定,满足了用户车位预定的需求,同时能够避免盲目进行车位预定。
所述第一确定单元120,可配置为根据当前路况信息及行驶速度,确定出所述车辆达到所述目的地址的预计时间;其中,所述行驶速度为车辆的当前行驶速度或预定行驶速度;;及依据所述第一指定时间及所述车位信息,确定所述目标地址所述第一指定时间的空闲车位数量是否小于指定阈值。
本实施例所述第一确定单元120,会通过当前的行使速度或预定形式速度及当前路况信息,确定出预计时间,这样的话,可以减少用于认为的预估时间导致的车位预定时间过早导致的车位空闲的问题。
本实施例所述的第一确定单元120的这种结构,进一步增强了电子设备的智能性及用于使用满意度。
所述车位信息包括当前空闲车位数量信息以及各类型车位的费用信息;
所述第一确定单元120,配置为输出所述车位信息;基于用户指示或类型选择策略确定用户选择的指定类型车位的空闲车位数量;及判断所述指 定类型的车位的空闲车位数量是否小于指定阈值。

这样的话,可以方便不同支付能力或不同车位需求的用户,根据自身的需求来选择对应车位,并进行预订。值得注意的是:所述预订单元,后续进行车位预定时,也将用于对所述指定类的车位进行预定。
所述客户端还包括:第一计费单元,配置为在进行了预定车位后或进入停车场后,启动自动计费操作;支付单元,配置为基于所述自动计费操作的第一计费结果,执行支付操作。
本实施例所述客户端还包括第一计费单元;所述第一计费单元根据计费策略不同而结构不同,具体如,所述计费策略为按时计费,则所述第一计费单元可包括计时器及计算器,用于对预定车位的预定保留时间和停车时间进行计时,所述计算器则根据所述计时进行费用计算。在可选地实现过程中,还可能有其他计费结构,在此就不一一描述了,总之本实施例所述的客户端能够进行计费。
所述支付单元可选地可包括能够与支付***对接的接口,如与支付宝平台、微信平台、财富通平台或QQ支付平台或与银行***对接的通信接口,能够通过信息的传输,指示进行现金的过账等操作,从而完成支付操作。
显然本实施例所述的客户端不仅能够进行车位预定,还能够进行支付,提高了电子设备的智能性及用户使用满意度。
作为本实施例的的可选实施方式,

本实施例所述导航单元可包括GPS导航或本地导航,具体结构可陀螺仪等结构,总之能够进行导航,不用用户在手动输入目标停车场等,简化了用户操作且提升了用户使用满意度。
本实施例所述的客户端,结合了车位预定、支付以及导航等各种出现相关的功能单元,具有功能强大能够满足用户出行各种需求。
在一些实施例中,所述客户端还可包括获取单元及输出单元;所述获取单元,用于获取所述目标地址的周边服务信息;所述输出单元,用于输出所述目标地址的周边服务信息。
这样客户端不仅可为用户车辆出行提供方便,同时还能为用户的饮食、娱乐及购物等提供各种服务信息,再次提高了电子设备的智能性及用户使用满意度。

所述取消单元对应于所述预定单元,具体结构可包括通信接口、处理器或处理电路等结构,通过信息的处理及与服务平台的信息交互,实现车位预定的取消。本实施例所述客户端支持该功能能够方便用户的车位取消,具有实现简便的优点。
本实施例所述客户端还包括清算单元,车位取消了但是可能产生了部分的车位预定费用,这时可能还涉及财务的处理,故本实施例所述客户端还设置了清算单元进行财务信息的处理。所述清算单元同样可包括各种类型的处理器或处理电路。

所述第一形成单元220还将根据预定信息,形成预定结果,这里的预定结构可包括预定成功及预定失败等。
所述第一形成单元220的结构可参见前述的处理器或处理电路等。所述处理器可执行指定代码实现处理结果的生成。
所述更新单元240可包括数据库等存储结构;所述存储结构存储有车位信息,当发生了预定之后,相当于预计未来某个时间内的空闲车位数量会发生变化,这时需要更新所述车位信息,方便后续其他客户端的车位预定等操作。
总之本实施例所述的服务平台能够实现前述与客户端对应的信息处理 方法提供实现硬件,具有智能性高及用户使用满意度高的特点。

本实施例所述的服务平台,通过所述变化趋势信息的确定及车位信息的信息,能够简化客户端车位预定的操作流程,具有实现简便的优点。

以下结合上述任意实施例,提供几个具体示例:
本实施例所述的客户端可能需要向服务平台进行注册,具体如,根据用户输入信息,进行账户注册,注册时可能包括车辆的标识信息(如车牌号)、车辆大小等信息的上报给服务平台。同时还可能会进行支付工具的绑定,具体如微信支付绑定、支付宝的支付绑定。
示例一:
如图6所示,本示例所述信息处理方法,应用在所述客户端注册到所述服务平台之后,具体所述方法可包括:
步骤1:客户端向服务平台输入目标地址,查询停车。比如,用户可根据自己情况,选择时机,打开客户端输入目的地。
步骤2:服务平台接收到目的地址后,查询停车场信息。这里,所述服务平台可为停车管理***。服务平台可以基于目的地址LBS其附近所有的停车场,并实时更新每个停车场的停车位信息,包括剩余车位、资费等信息,选择停车场则显示该停车场详细信息,包括周边饮食、住宿、购物等等。
步骤3:向客户端实时返回变化后的剩余车位数量,这里的剩余车位数量可为所述空闲车位的数量。
步骤4:根据剩余车位决定是否预付费及预定车位。这里相当于前述实施例中的步骤S120,确定是否进行车位预定。当然这里若进行车位预定,还将支付一定的预定费用。
在选定停车场之后,客户端开启导航功能,引导车辆到达停车场。用户可自行决定是否预付停车费预定车位,如已预付费预定车位,则可保证到达停车场后一定有车位;如没有预定,则实时查询显示该停车场剩余车位,客户端可根据用于指示根据剩余车位数量自行决定是否继续前往还是 更换停车场。
步骤6:车辆达到,进入停车场场。在这之后,服务平台生成停车订单发送给停车场计费***,进入步骤7。
步骤7:计时计费。
步骤8:客户端智能计费。步骤7和步骤8没有一定的先后关系,分别为服务平台的计费和客户端的计费。
步骤9:移动支付,这里的移动支付主要是根据步骤7和步骤8的计费结果来进行的。这里的移动支付,客户端可通过支付宝或微信平台等支付平台来进行支付。
步骤10:客户端向服务平台支付成功,这样的话就完成了结算,车辆就可以离开了,进入步骤11。
步骤11:车辆离开。车辆即将离场时,可从服务平台查询订单,智能计算停车费后,在线完成支付;提示车所停的车位,并要求在付完车费后一定时间内离场,否则另外计费;离场时向停车场工作人员展示已支付的订单,离场。
在本示例总,预定车位的话需要预付费一段时间的停车费,一旦预付了停车费,在该时间段内停车场***需锁定一个空余车位,且要保证能支持并发,可用事务性保证,保证在此时间段内停车场内必定至少有一个车位这样可保证用户必定能找到车位的体验。
智能计算停车费是指,用户预付费预定车位时,不必担心预计的时间不准确,而浪费预定时段的费用,此方案在离场计算停车费时,会智能整合预定车费时预付的费用。
可选地计算方法为:
如果预定时段超出了停车时段,则返还超出时间的预付费用,如预定3~5点,停车3:30~4:30,则需返还30分钟的预付车费;
如果预定时段部分包含了停车时段,则需减扣预定时段的费用,如预定3~5点,停车3:30~5:30,则只需再支付30分钟的停车费即可;
如果预定时段和停车时段无重叠,则需支付停车时段全部停车费,如预定3~5点,停车5:30~6:30,则需支付1小时车费;
对于a、b两种情况,用户到达停车后,预定车位就解除锁定;对于c,则预定时段过后,就解除锁定,即5点解除锁定,如果用户在此时间前仍未到,可根据当时的实时剩余车位情况,决定是否延长预定。
在示例中还可以进行取消预定。
取消预定;
如果客户端预付费预定车位之后,要取消,服务平台允许取消,并且返还从取消到预定时段的截止时间之间的预定费用。
如预定3~5点,3:30用户取消预定,则需返还用户1.5小时的预定费,取消之后车位锁定立刻解除。
以下详细介绍一下停车费的支付。
车辆准备离场时,用户触发客户端中点击离场,客户端从停车场***中拉取停车时生成的订单,订单中包含已产生的资费信息,此处应当注意在上一步的预付费,如果预付费的时间未过就到达停车场,需要在此步产生的停车费中减掉剩余的停车费;客户端接入微信支付或支付宝支付,输入密码支付停车费,通知客户端支付成功。
本示例所述信息处理方法,还能进行反向寻车。
所述反向寻车包括:
支付成功后,服务平台向客户端推送消息,显示订单支付成功,在订单中显示用户所停的车位的位置信息,有助于用户在停车场中及时的找到自己的车。
为了方便寻车,车辆进入停车场时,生成订单中有车牌号信息,用户 停车后,停车场***需能够将所停车位与该车牌对应的订单关联起来,形成前述的映射关系。这里形成所述映射关系,可通过在停车场车位安装物理感应器实现,支付订单后随订单信息一起返回给客户端。
当然车辆支付之后,需要及时的离场,故示例所述信息处理方法还包括离场时间控制的技术方案。
所述离场时间控制包括:
支付成功后,车辆需要在指定时间内离场,时间可配,这需要客户端在指定时间后,将订单状态改为已过时,客户端将无法为此订单离场的服务提供评价操作等。
此外,客户端还会在超过离场时间未离开时开始,重新生成新的订单给停车场***,等到车辆真正离场时,再次重新支付超时的订单费用。
图6和图7均为本申请实施例中所述客户端在运行时所包括的应用界面示意图。
在图6中显示有目的地址的停车场的信息,如停车场名称、地址及距离等。
在图7中利用地图的形式显示了各个停车场的位置及周边建筑和道路图等。
在可选地实现过程中,所述服务平台通常需要维护停车场规模、车位总数、周边环境等相对静态数据,并且定时更新,如每日更新等。
服务平台还将维护停车场剩余车位等实时数据,要求停车场的车位发生变化实时通知或上报变更数据。即每当有车来或车离场等引起剩余车位变化的时刻,都实时通知到客户端本停车场的剩余车位信息,保证车位信息的准确性。与定时到停车场查询剩余车位不同,定时查询只能准实时的知道剩余车位信息,而主动通知可以实时获知剩余车位信息。
示例二:
图9所示的为一种客户端的结构示意图。所述客户端包括处理器302、存储介质304以及至少一个外部通信接口301;所述处理器302、存储介质304以及外部通信接口301均通过总线303连接。所述处理器302可为微处理器、中央处理器、数字信号处理器或可编程逻辑阵列等具有处理功能的电子元器件。
所述存储介质304上存储有计算机可执行指令;所述处理器302执行所述存储介质304中存储的所述计算机可执行指令可实现上述方法实施例一至方法实施例八所述的信息处理方法。
所述外部通信接口301能够用于所述服务平台进行各种信息的交互。所述处理器302主要用于进行各种信息的处理和生成等操作。
在本申请所提供的几个实施例中,应该理解到,所揭露的设备和方法,可以通过其它的方式实现。以上所描述的设备实施例仅仅是示意性的,例如,所述单元的划分,仅仅为一种逻辑功能划分,实际实现时可以有另外的划分方式,如:多个单元或组件可以结合,或可以集成到另一个***,或一些特征可以忽略,或不执行。另外,所显示或讨论的各组成部分相互之间的耦合、或直接耦合、或通信连接可以是通过一些接口,设备或单元的间接耦合或通信连接,可以是电性的、机械的或其它形式的。
上述作为分离部件说明的单元可以是、或也可以不是物理上分开的,作为单元显示的部件可以是、或也可以不是物理单元,即可以位于一个地方,也可以分布到多个网络单元上;可以根据实际的需要选择其中的部分或全部单元来实现本实施例方案的目的。
另外,在本发明各实施例中的各功能单元可以全部集成在一个处理模块中,也可以是各单元分别单独作为一个单元,也可以两个或两个以上单元集成在一个单元中;上述集成的单元既可以采用硬件的形式实现, 也可以采用硬件加软件功能单元的形式实现。
本领域普通技术人员可以理解:实现上述方法实施例的全部或部分步骤可以通过程序指令相关的硬件来完成,前述的程序可以存储于一计算机可读取存储介质中,该程序在执行时,执行包括上述方法实施例的步骤;而前述的存储介质包括:移动存储设备、只读存储器(ROM,Read-Only Memory)、随机存取存储器(RAM,Random Access Memory)、磁碟或者光盘等各种可以存储程序代码的介质。本发明实施例还提供一种计算机存储介质,所述计算机存储介质中存储有计算机可执行指令,所述计算机可执行指令用于前述中信息处理方法的至少其中之一;例如,可执行图1、图2、图3和图6所示信息处理方法中的一个或多个。本实施例提供的所述计算机存储介质可为上述任意一种形式的存储介质,可选的为非瞬间存储介质。
以上所述,仅为本发明的具体实施方式,但本发明的保护范围并不局限于此,凡按照本发明原理所作的修改,都应当理解为落入本发明的保护范围。

Claims (32)

  1. 一种信息处理方法,所述方法包括:
    接收服务平台发送的车位信息;
    根据所述车位信息,确定目标地址第一指定时间的空闲车位数量是否小于指定阈值;
    若所述目的地址所述第一指定时间的空闲车位数量小于所述指定阈值,则提示进行车位预定;
    基于用户指示进行车位预定。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中,
    所述根据所述车位信息,确定出目标地址第一指定时间的空闲车位数量小于指定阈值,包括:
    根据当前路况信息及行驶速度,确定出所述车辆达到所述目的地址的预计时间;其中,所述行驶速度为车辆的当前行驶速度或预定行驶速度;
    依据所述预计时间确定所述第一指定时间;
    依据所述第一指定时间及所述车位信息,确定所述目标地址所述第一指定时间的空闲车位数量是否小于指定阈值。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中,
    所述车位信息包括当前空闲车位数量信息以及各类型车位的费用信息;
    所述根据所述车位信息,确定出目标地址第一指定时间的空闲车位数量小于指定阈值,包括:
    输出所述车位信息;
    基于用户指示或类型选择策略确定用户选择的指定类型车位的空闲车位数量;
    判断所述指定类型的车位的空闲车位数量是否小于指定阈值。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中,
    所述方法还包括:
    在进行了预定车位后或进入停车场后,启动自动计费操作;
    基于所述自动计费操作的第一计费结果,执行支付操作。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的方法,其中,
    所述基于所述自动计费操作的第一计费结果,执行支付操作,包括:
    将所述第一计费结果发送给服务平台进行支付核对;
    从所述服务平台接收所述支付核对的核对结果;
    基于所述核对结果,执行所述支付操作。
  6. 根据权利要求4所述的方法,其中,
    所述方法还包括:
    进行了车位预定后,支付预定费用;
    所述基于所述自动计费操作的第一计费结果,执行支付操作,包括:
    结合所述预定费用及所述第一计费结果,执行支付操作。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中,
    所述方法还包括:
    启动线路规划并导航到目标停车场;其中,所述目标停车场包括预定的车位,或所述目标停车场为所述目的地址所述第一指定时间的空闲车位数量不小于所述指定阈值用户指定的停车场。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的方法,其中,
    所述方法还包括:
    达到目标停车场时,获取根据所述目标停车场的当前停车信息分配的所述目标停车场的目标车位;
    获取所述目标车位的位置信息;
    输出所述目标车位的位置信息。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中,
    所述方法还包括:
    检测车位预定取消操作;
    依据所述停车预定取消操作,取消车位预定;
    基于预先支付的预定费用及车位预定保持时长,进行费用清算操作。
  10. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中,
    所述方法还包括:
    获取所述目标地址的周边服务信息;
    输出所述目标地址的周边服务信息。
  11. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中,
    所述方法还包括:
    向所述服务平台发送寻车请求;
    接收所述服务平台基于所述寻出请求返回的车辆所在车位的位置信息;
    输出所述车辆所在车位的位置信息。
  12. 一种信息处理方法,所述方法包括:
    向客户端发送车位信息;
    接收客户端基于目标地址的空闲车位数量小于指定阈值时的车位预定形成的预定信息;
    基于所述预定信息,在第二指定时间内保留指定个数的空闲车位,形成预定结果;所述第二指定时间为车位预定时指定的时间;
    依据所述预定结果,更新所述车位信息。
  13. 根据权利要求12所述的方法,其中,
    在所述向客户端发送车位信息之前,所述方法还包括:
    统计停车场内的当前空闲车位信息;
    依据停车场内的历史记录信息及当前空闲车位信息,确定空闲车位变化趋势信息;
    依据所述当前空闲车位信息及所述空闲车位变化趋势信息,形成所述车位信息。
  14. 根据权利要求12所述的方法,其中,
    所述方法还包括:
    基于所述预定信息和/或停车信息,启动计费操作;
    基于所述计费操作形成第二计费结果;
    其中,所述第二计费结果用于所述客户端的支付操作。
  15. 根据权利要求14所述的方法,其中,
    所述方法还包括:
    接收客户端发送的第一计费结果;
    核对所述第一计费结果和第二计费结果,形成核对结果;
    其中,所述核对结果用于所述客户端的支付操作。
  16. 根据权利要求12所述的方法,其中,
    所述方法包括:
    当车辆达到目标停车场时,向所述客户端发送为所述车辆分配的目标车位的位置信息;
    其中,所述目标车位为基于所述目标停车场的当前停车信息分配的。
  17. 根据权利要求12所述的方法,其中,
    所述方法还包括:
    获取车辆的标识信息;
    依据所述标识信息建立车辆与车位之间的映射关系;
    接收客户端发送的寻车请求;
    响应所述寻车请求,查询所述映射关系确定车辆所在车位的位置信息;
    将所述车辆的所在车位的位置信息发送给客户端。
  18. 一种客户端,所述客户端包括:
    第一接收单元,配置为接收服务平台发送的车位信息;
    第一确定单元,配置为根据所述车位信息,确定目标地址第一指定时间的空闲车位数量是否小于指定阈值;
    提示单元,配置为若所述目的地址所述第一指定时间的空闲车位数量小于所述指定阈值,则提示进行车位预定;
    预定单元,配置为基于用户指示进行车位预定。
  19. 根据权利要求18所述的客户端,其中,
    所述第一确定单元,配置为根据当前路况信息及行驶速度,确定出所述车辆达到所述目的地址的预计时间;其中,所述行驶速度为车辆的当前行驶速度或预定行驶速度;依据所述预计时间确定所述第一指定时间;及依据所述第一指定时间及所述车位信息,确定所述目标地址所述第一指定时间的空闲车位数量是否小于指定阈值。
  20. 根据权利要求18所述的客户端,其中,
    所述车位信息包括当前空闲车位数量信息以及各类型车位的费用信息;
    所述第一确定单元,配置为输出所述车位信息;基于用户指示或类型选择策略确定用户选择的指定类型车位的空闲车位数量;及判断所述指定类型的车位的空闲车位数量是否小于指定阈值。
  21. 根据权利要求18所述的客户端,其中,
    所述客户端还包括:
    第一计费单元,配置为在进行了预定车位后或进入停车场后,启动自动计费操作;
    支付单元,配置为基于所述自动计费操作的第一计费结果,执行支付操作。
  22. 根据权利要求21所述的客户端,其中,
    所述支付单元,配置为将所述第一计费结果发送给服务平台进行支付核对;从所述服务平台接收所述支付核对的核对结果;及基于所述核对结果,执行所述支付操作。
  23. 根据权利要求21所述的客户端,其中,
    所述支付单元,还配置为进行了车位预定后,支付预定费用;
    所述支付单元,配置为结合所述预定费用及所述第一计费结果,执行支付操作。
  24. 根据权利要求21所述的客户端,其中,
    所述客户端还包括:
    导航单元,配置为启动线路规划并导航到目标停车场;其中,所述目标停车场包括预定的车位,或所述目标停车场为所述目的地址所述第一指定时间的空闲车位数量不小于所述指定阈值用户指定的停车场。
  25. 根据权利要求18所述的客户端,其中,
    所述客户端还包括:
    检测单元,配置为检测车位预定取消操作;
    取消单元,配置为依据所述停车预定取消操作,取消车位预定;
    清算单元,配置为基于预先支付的预定费用及车位预定保持时长,进行费用清算操作。
  26. 根据权利要求18所述的客户端,其中,
    所述客户端还包括:
    请求单元,配置为向所述服务平台发送寻车请求;
    所述第一接收单元,还配置为接收所述服务平台基于所述寻出请求返 回的车辆所在车位的位置信息;
    所述客户端还包括:
    输出单元,用于输出所述车辆所在车位的位置信息。
  27. 一种服务平台,所述服务平台包括:
    第二发送单元,配置为向客户端发送车位信息;
    第二接收单元,配置为接收客户端基于目标地址的空闲车位数量小于指定阈值时的车位预定形成的预定信息;
    第一形成单元,配置为基于所述预定信息,在第二指定时间内保留指定个数的空闲车位,形成预定结果;所述第二指定时间为车位预定时指定的时间;
    更新单元,配置为依据所述预定结果,更新所述车位信息。
  28. 根据权利要求27所述的服务平台,其中,
    所述服务平台还包括:
    统计单元,配置为在所述向客户端发送车位信息之前,统计停车场内的当前空闲车位信息;
    第二确定单元,配置为依据停车场内的历史记录信息及当前空闲车位信息,确定空闲车位变化趋势信息;
    第二形成单元,配置为依据所述当前空闲车位信息及所述空闲车位变化趋势信息,形成所述车位信息。
  29. 根据权利要求27所述的服务平台,其中,
    所述服务平台还包括:
    第二计费单元,配置为基于所述预定信息和/或停车信息,启动计费操作;基于所述计费操作形成第二计费结果;
    其中,所述第二计费结果用于所述客户端的支付操作。
  30. 根据权利要求29所述的服务平台,其中,
    所述第二接收单元,还配置为接收客户端发送的第一计费结果;
    所述服务平台还包括:
    核对单元,配置为核对所述第一计费结果和第二计费结果,形成核对结果;
    其中,所述核对结果用于所述客户端的支付操作。
  31. 根据权利要求27所述的服务平台,其中,
    所述服务平台还包括:
    获取单元,配置为获取车辆的标识信息;
    建立单元,配置为依据所述标识信息建立车辆与车位之间的映射关系;
    所述第二接收单元,还配置为接收客户端发送的寻车请求;
    所述服务平台还包括:
    响应单元,配置为响应所述寻车请求,查询所述映射关系确定车辆所在车位的位置信息;
    所述第二发送单元,配置为将所述车辆的所在车位的位置信息发送给客户端。
  32. 一种计算机存储介质,所述计算机存储介质中存储有计算机可执行指令,所述计算机可执行指令用于执行权利要求1至17所述信息处理方法的至少其中之一。
