Abstract

고휘도 및 원하는 입도특성을 갖도록 조절할 수 있는 β-사이알론 형광체 제조방법을 제안된다. 본 발명의 β-사이알론 형광체 제조방법은 Si(6-x)AlxOyN(6-y):Lnz로 표현되는 화학식을 갖고, 식 중, Ln은 희토류원소이고, 0<x≤4.2이고, 0<y≤4.2이며, 0<z≤1.0인 β-사이알론 형광체 제조방법으로서, 금속규소를 포함하는 규소원료물질과 금속알루미늄 및 알루미늄 화합물 중 적어도 어느 하나를 포함하는 알루미늄 원료물질을 포함하는 모체 원료물질, 및 모체를 활성화시키는 활성체 원료물질을 혼합하여 원료물질 혼합물을 제조하고, 원료물질혼합물을 질소 함유 분위기 가스 중에서 가열하여 형광체를 제조한다.
