Abstract

Bei geometrisch gestuften Getrieben mit zwei Eingangswellen (23) und (24) und einer Vorgelegewelle (21) werden mit einem einzigen Schaltelement (34b), mit dem die Zahnräder 3al und 4a unabhängig von Welle (21) drehfest miteinander gekoppelt werden können, drei zusätzliche lastschaltbare Gänge ermöglicht. Die Zahnräder 3a1 und 4a sind dabei Losräder benachbarter Gänge, die jeweils mit einem Festrad der Welle (23) bzw. (24) kämmen. Mit nach links geschlossenem Schaltelement (35) und angetriebener Welle (23) arbeitet der 2. Gang, der mit geschlossenem Schaltelement (34b) und angetriebener Welle (24) zu einem (lastschaltbaren) 1. Gang reduziert wird. Mit geschlossenem Schaltelement (36) und angetriebener Welle (24) arbeitet der zweithöchste Gang, der mit geschlossenem Schaltelement (34b) und angetriebener Welle (23) zu einem höchsten Gang (lastschaltbar) erweitert wird. Ein (nicht gezeichneter) Rückwärtsgang kann mit geschlossenem Schaltelement (34b) in zwei (lastschaltbare) Rückwärtsgänge gesplittet werden. Bei progressiv gestuften Getrieben und einer Vorgelegewelle kann mit einem vergleichbarem Schaltelement (34b) ein zusätzlicher Vorwärtsgang und ein zusätzlicher Rückwärtsgang erzeugt werden, diese Gänge sind ebenfalls lastschaltbar. Bei progressiv gestuften Getrieben mit zwei Vorgelegewellen ergeben sich vielfältige vergleichbare Möglichkeiten.
