Abstract

Предложена двенадцатиступенчатая трансмиссия с двумя промежуточными валами для транспортного средства, которая состоит из главной и дополнительной коробки передач. Главная коробка передач включает первый вал (1), второй вал (10) и несколько промежуточных валов (14), расположенных по обеим сторонам второго вала (10). Между вторым валом и промежуточным валом расположена ведущая шестерня. На втором валу находятся шесть шестерен, каждая из которых имеет независимое расположение. На втором валу находится три синхронизатора (4). Вилка (5) переключения передач синхронизатора присоединена к механизму управления и рычагу переключения передач с помощью вала (16) вилки переключения передач. В дополнительной секции находится основный вал (20) и промежуточный вал (22). Шестерня (29) сцепляется с шестерней (28), а шестерня (25) сцепляется с шестерней (30). Между шестерней (25) и шестерней (29) установлен синхронизатор (9), вилка (15) переключения передач и вал (31) вилки переключения передач. Синхронизатор (9) автоматически блокируется зубцами обратного конуса. Вал вилки переключения передач автоматически блокируется с помощью механизма, состоящего из пружины (18) и стального шарика (19).
