Abstract

Das Reinigen von mit eigenem Antrieb durch die Waschvorrichtung fahrenden Fahrzeugen, insbesondere Omnibusse, Kastenwagen und Lastzüge, erfolgt vermittels zwei senkrechten, von Wasser beaufschlagten Waschbürsten (40, 140) die in oberhalb der Waschbahn diagonal zur Fahrzeugdurchfahrtrichtung verlaufenden Querholmen (30) geführt sind, wobei die Waschbürsten in ihrer Ausgangsstellung auf der einen Waschstraßenseite angeordnet sind, wobei die eine Waschbürste zur anderen Waschbürste versetzt ist und die von der Fahrzeugfrontfläche beaufschlagbare Waschbürste durch die Fahrzeugbewegung auf der diagonalen Führungsbahn von der einen Waschstraßenseite auf die andere Waschstraßenseite bei gleichzeitiger Fahrzeugflächenreinigung des durchfahrenden Fahrzeuges verfahrbar ist, wobei die Rückführung der beiden Waschbürsten (40, 140) in die Ausgangsstellung vermittels einer an der Waschbürste (40) angreifenden fahrzeugunabhängigen Bewegungseinrichtung erfolgt.
