Description

車輛動力傳送裝置
[0001] 本發明關於一種車輛動力傳送裝置,其具有旋轉軸,旋轉軸傳送來自驅動力源之驅動力並且經由錐形滾子軸承可旋轉地支撐,同時在外殼構件中之其旋轉中心線方向加壓,較特別的是關於增進可旋轉地支撐旋轉軸的錐形滾子軸承的防卡死性能之技術。
[0002] 眾所周知車輛動力傳送裝置具有旋轉軸,其傳送來自驅動力源之驅動力並且經由錐形滾子軸承可旋轉地支撐,同時在作為外殼構件的傳動軸箱中之其旋轉中心線方向預負載(加壓)。例如,日本專利申請案公告2013-124742(JP 2013-124742 A)號中揭述之車輛驅動裝置即此車輛動力傳送裝置。   [0003] 日本專利申請案公告2013-124742( JP 2013-124742 A)號中揭述之車輛驅動裝置之傳動軸箱例如備有圓柱形主體外殼及端蓋,端蓋將引擎側上之主體外殼之開口封閉。用於傳送來自驅動力源之驅動力的旋轉軸的一端係經過錐形滾子軸承而由對應於傳動軸箱之一端表面的上述端蓋可旋轉地支撐。此外,引擎固接至形成於凸條之頂部上的組裝表面,凸條經由板件而直接或間接設於端蓋之外表面上。

在圖9中,就傳動軸箱50單獨而言,傳動軸箱50之第一端蓋56係因施加於錐形滾子軸承62及64之預負載而朝向引擎12側略為彈性變形。在此狀態中,當固定板70及引擎12固定於第一端蓋56之組裝表面時,第一端蓋56係在其彈性變形量減少的方向受壓,使得預負載相對應地增加。再者,當環境溫度低到例如大約-30℃時,上述預負載即因傳動軸箱50之材料(鋁合金)與副從動軸34及可旋轉地支撐副從動軸34之一對錐形滾子軸承62及64之材料(鋼材)之間的熱膨脹差異而進一步增加。此預負載增加導致防卡死性能惡化。 在圖10以及圖9中,就傳動軸箱50單獨而言,傳動軸箱50之第一端蓋56係因施加於錐形滾子軸承62及64之預負載而朝向引擎12側略為彈性變形。在此狀態中,即使固定板70及引擎12固定於第一端蓋56之組裝表面時,第一端蓋56之彈性變形係由凹部74維持,使得預負載之增加受限。再者,當環境溫度低到例如大約-30℃時,上述預負載即因傳動軸箱50之材料(鋁合金)與副從動軸34及可旋轉地支撐副從動軸34之一對錐形滾子軸承62及64之材料(鋼材)之間的熱膨脹差異而進一步增加,但是在組裝時預負載之增加則受限。因此,結果是當低溫時,預負載之增加比圖9中的狀態更受限。 如上所述,藉由本發明之實施例之動力傳送裝置10,凹部74局部沿著肋條72之方向設置在固定板(固定組件)70之組裝表面F2中,並且在包括區域A(對應於錐形滾子軸承62之外滾道62a)的區域B中。因此,藉由固定板70固定於在肋條(凸條)72上所形成之組裝表面F1,面對面之組裝表面F1及F2之間的間隙是在形成凹部74的區域B中擴大。據此,當錐形滾子軸承62及64之預負載因固定板70之固定或達到低溫以及固定板70之固定而增加時,包括區域A(對應於傳動軸箱(外殼構件)50之端表面上之錐形滾子軸承62之外滾道62a之外徑D)的區域B可以逸入擴大之間隙內。因此,施加於錐形滾子軸承62及64之預負載即受限,使得錐形滾子軸承62及64之防卡死性能不致惡化。 此外,本發明之上述實施例之凹部74設置於包括區域A(對應於錐形滾子軸承62之外滾道62a)的區域B中的組裝表面F1、F2、F3及F4中。區域B較佳設定成在沿著肋條72之方向上大於區域A,但是區域B應該設定比區域A大多少或是沿著肋條72之哪一方向應該選擇作為區域B相關於區域A而延伸的方向,則應根據局部設置於第一端蓋56上的厚部。
此外,在本發明之上述實施例中,將引擎12固定於傳動軸箱50的車輛動力傳送裝置10已揭述於上。惟,引擎12並非絕對固定於傳動軸箱50。也可以使用一將轉速箱固定作為一固定組件的傳動軸箱或類似者。
此外,多數個固定板70可***傳動軸箱50與引擎12之間。

Claims (4)

  1. 一種車輛動力傳送裝置,包含:   驅動力源;   錐形滾子軸承;   外殼構件,包括端部表面,該端部表面包括設有第一組裝表面的凸條,該凸條之部分設置於該端部表面上,以致使該凸條之該部分通過和該錐形滾子軸承之外滾道相對應的區域;旋轉軸,傳送來自該驅動力源之驅動力,該旋轉軸係在該旋轉軸之圓周方向經由該錐形滾子軸承旋轉支撐,同時在該外殼構件中之該旋轉軸之旋轉中心線方向加壓,且該旋轉軸之一端部係經由該錐形滾子軸承以該外殼構件之該端部表面以旋轉方式支撐;   該驅動力源固定於該第一組裝表面的固定狀態,其係該驅動力源經由固定組件固定於該第一組裝表面的狀態、及該驅動力源直接固定於該第一組裝表面的狀態的其中一個;及   凹部,設置於該第一組裝表面、及用於固定該驅動力源的其他組裝表面的至少其中一個內,在和該錐形滾子軸承之該外滾道相對應的該區域中,該其他組裝表面設置於該固定組件及該驅動力源的其中一個。
  2. 如申請專利範圍第1項之車輛動力傳送裝置,其中   該驅動力源經由該固定組件固定於該第一組裝表面,   該固定組件係板形組件,其介置於該驅動力源與該外殼構件之該端部表面之間,該板形組件包括在該外殼構件之側面處面向該第一組裝表面的第二組裝表面、及設置於該驅動力源之側面處的第三組裝表面,   該驅動力源包括在該板形組件之側面處面向該第三組裝表面的第四組裝表面,及   該凹部設置於該第一組裝表面、該第二組裝表面、該第三組裝表面、及該第四組裝表面的至少其中一個內。
  3. 如申請專利範圍第1項之車輛動力傳送裝置,其中   該驅動力源直接固定於該第一組裝表面,   該驅動力源包括在該外殼構件之側面處面向該第一組裝表面的第四組裝表面,及   該凹部設置於該第一組裝表面及該第四組裝表面的至少其中一個內。
  4. 如申請專利範圍第1至3項中任一項之車輛動力傳送裝置,其中   該凹部之深度為100至300mm。
