Claims (14)
1. Гетеродимерное направленное против CTLA-4 и LAG-3 антитело, содержащее:
а) первый мономер, имеющий аминокислотную последовательность SEQ ID NO: 39138;
б) второй мономер, имеющий аминокислотную последовательность SEQ ID NO: 39143 и
с) третий мономер, имеющий аминокислотную последовательность SEQ ID NO: 39153.
2. Композиция нуклеиновых кислот, кодирующая гетеродимерное антитело по п. 1, содержащая:
a) первый полинуклеотид, кодирующий первый мономер указанного гетеродимерного антитела по п. 1,
b) второй полинуклеотид, кодирующий второй мономер указанного гетеродимерного антитела по п. 1; и
c) третий полинуклеотид, кодирующий третий мономер указанного гетеродимерного антитела по п. 1.
3. Композиция экспрессионных векторов для экспрессии гетеродимерного антитела по п. 1, содержащая:
а) первый экспрессионный вектор, содержащий первый полинуклеотид композиции нуклеиновых кислот по п. 2;
b) второй экспрессионный вектор, содержащий второй полинуклеотид композиции нуклеиновых кислот по п. 2; и
c) третий экспрессионный вектор, содержащий третий полинуклеотид композиции нуклеиновых кислот по п. 2.
4. Клетка-хозяин для применения в способе получения антитела по п. 1, содержащая композицию экспрессионных векторов по п. 3.
5. Способ получения гетеродимерного антитела по п. 1, включающий культивирование клетки-хозяина по п. 4 в условиях, в которых указанное гетеродимерное антитело экспрессируется, и выделение указанного антитела.
