Abstract
La presente invención se refiere a Moléculas de Unión Tri-Específicas, las cuales son moléculas de polipéptidos en multi-cadena que poseen tres Dominios de Unión y de esta manera son capaces de mediar la unión coordinada a tres epítopos. La Molécula de Unión Tri-Específica se caracteriza de preferencia al poseer dominios de unión que le permiten unirse inmunoespecíficamente a: (1) un epítopo de un primer Antígeno de Cáncer, (2) un epítopo de un segundo Antígeno de Cáncer, y (3) un epítopo de una molécula que se expresa sobre la superficie de una célula efectora del sistema inmunológico, y de esta manera son capaces de ubicar una célula efectora del sistema inmunológico en una célula que expresa un Antígeno de Cáncer, para facilitar por consiguiente el exterminio de tales células cancerígenas.
