Abstract

NTSC 해상도 이미지를 생성하기 위해 각각의 블록에서 데이타를 절결하는 블록 코드화된 HDTV 압축 디지탈 비디오 신호들을 수신하기 위한 수신기에 관한 것이다.

Description

저해상도 고화질 TV 수상기(LOWER RESOLUTION HDTV RECEIVERS)
본 내용은 요부공개 건이므로 전문내용을 수록하지 않았음
제 1 도는 본 발명을 설명하기 위해 신호를 계층화한 표시도이다. 제 2 도는 압축된 디지탈 TV신호를 처리하기 위한 형태의 대표적인 TV 수상기의 블록도이다. 제 3 도는 HDTV 수상기의 관련하여 제 2 도의 구성요소(14)에 내장할 수 있는 감압 장치의 블록도이다.

Claims (13)

  1. 제 1 공간 해상도를 갖는 복수개의 다른 이미지 영역을 구성하는 연속 프레임의 각 이미지 영역들을 나타내는 블록에서 발생하는 압축된 데이타를 감압하는 장치에 있어서, 감압된 비디오 데이타를 기억하는 메모리 수단(315)과, 상기 제 1 공간 해상도보다 낮은 제 2 공간 해상도를 갖는 대응 이미지 영역들을 나타내는 감압된 비디오 신호을 생성하기 위해 각 블록의 데이타를 감압하는 수단(310,311,304′ : 320,304″)과, 상기 감압된 비디오 신호를 상기 메모리 수단에 제공하는 수단을 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 감압 장치.
  2. 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 압축 비디오 신호는 M×M픽셀을 나타내는 코드워어드의 블록에서 발생하고 상기 감압 수단은 상기 이미지 영역들을 나타내는 N×N블록(여기서 M은 N보다 큰 정수)을 생성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 감압 장치.
  3. 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 압축 비디오 데이타의 블록들은 M×N매트릭스의 픽셀 값상에서 변형됨으로써 발생된 계수들을 구성하며, 상기 감압 수단(320)은 N×N매트릭스의 변형 계수상에서 역 변형을 실행하여 역 변형 수단과, M×M매트릭스의 픽셀 값들 상에서 변형을 행하므로써 발생된 상기 계수들에 응답하며, 각각의 이미지 영역들에 대해 역 변형을 행하는 상기 역 변형 수단에 N×N매트릭스의 계수(여기서, M은 N보다 큰 정수)들을 제공하는 수단(308)을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 감압 장치.
  4. 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 압축 비디오 데이타의 블록들은 M×M매트릭스의 픽셀 값 상에서 분리 코사인 변형을 행하므로써 발생된 계수들을 구성하며, 상기 감압 수단은 N×N매트릭스의 분리 코사인 변형 계수 상에서 역 분리 코사인 변형을 행하는 역 분리 코사인 변형 수단(320)과, M×M매트릭스의 픽셀 값들 상에서 분리 코사인 변형을 행하므로써 발생된 상기 계수들에 응답하며, 각각의 이미지 영역들에 대해 역분리 코사인 변형을 행하는 상기 역 분리 코사인 변형 수단에 N×N매트릭스의 계수(여기서 M은 N보다 큰 정수)들을 제공하는 수단(308)을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 감압 장치.
  5. 제 3 항에 있어서, 상기 역 변환 수단에 결합된 제 1 입력 단자 및 제 2 입력 단자와,상기 메모리 수단(315)에 결합된 출력 단자를 갖는 가산 수단(312)과 ; 상기 메모리 수단과 상기 가산 수단의 상기 제 2 입력 사이에 결합된 비디오 신호 동작 보상 예보기(304′)를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 감압 장치.
  6. 제 5항에 있어서, 상기 메모리 수단과 상기 비디오 신호 동작 보상 예보기 사이에 결합되며, 상기 메모리 수단에서 액세스된 N×N매트릭스의 픽셀 값들로 부터 M×M매트릭스의 픽셀 값들을 발생시키는 보간수단(319)과 ; 상기 비디오 신호 동작 보상 예보기와 상기 가산 수단의 제 2 입력 단자사이에 결합되며, 상기 비디오 신호 동작 보상 예보기에서 제공된 M×M매트릭스의 픽셀 값으로부터 N×N매트릭스의 픽셀 값들을 발생시키는 데시메이터(313)를 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 감압 장치.
  7. 제 6 항에 있어서, 상기 압축 비디오 데이타는 각 매트릭스의 픽셀 값을 액세스 하기 위해 메모리 판독 어드레스를 발생시켜 상기 비디오 신호 동작 보상 예보기(304′)를 조절해 상기 비디오 신호 동작 예보기에 전달되는 동작 벡터들을 포함하며, 상기 메모리 판독 어드레스의 최하위 비트가 제어를 위해 상기 보간 수단에 전달되는 것을 특징으로 하는 감압 장치.
  8. 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 블록의 데이타를 감압하는 수단은, 상기 블록의 압축된 비디오 신호를 수신하는 입력 단자와 출력 단자를 가지며, M×M매트릭스의 압축 비디오 신호 값으로부터 N×N매트릭스의 압축 비디오 신호 값을 제공하는 제 1 데시메이터(311)와 ; 상기 제 1 데시메이터의 출력 단자에 결합된 제 1 입력 단자 및 제 2 입력 단자와, 상기 메모리 수단에 결합된 출력 단자를 갖는 가산 수단(312)과 ; 상기 메모리 수단에 결합된 입력 단자와 출력 단자를 가지며, 상기 메모리 수단에서 액세스된 N×N매트릭스의 픽셀 값으로부터 M×M매트릭스의 픽셀 값들을 생성하는 보간 수단(319)과 ; 상기 보간 수단의 출력 단자에 결합된 입력 단자와 출력 단자를 갖는 비디오 신호 동작 보상 예보기(304")와 ; 상기 비디오 신호 동작 보상 예보기와 상기 가산 수단의 제 2 입력 단자사이에 결합되며, 상기 비디오 신호 동작 예보기에서 제공된 M×M매트릭스의 픽셀 값들로 부터 N×N매트릭스의 픽셀 값들을 발생시키는 제 2 데시메이터(313)를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 감압 장치.
  9. 제 8 항에 있어서, 상기 압축된 비디오 데이타는 각 매트릭스의 픽셀 값들을 액세스하기 위해 메모리 판독 어드레스들을 발생시켜 상기 비디오 신호 동작 보상 예보기를 조절하는 상기 비디오 신호 동작 보상 예보기(304″)에 전달되는 동작 벡터들을 포함하며, 상기 메모리 판독 어드레스의 최하위 비트는 제어를 위해 상기 보간 수단에 전달되는 것을 특징으로 하는 감압 장치.
  10. 제 1 항에 있어서, 각 블록의 데이타를 감압하는 수단은 상기 블록의 압축된 비디오 신호를 수신하기 위해 결합된 제 1 입력 단자 및 제 2 입력 단자, 및 출력 단자를 가지는 가산 수단(312)과 ; 상기 가산 수단의 출력 단자에 결합된 입력 단자와 상기 메모리 수단의 입력 단자에 결합된 출력 단자를 가지며, 상기 가산 수단에서 제공된 M×M매트릭스의 값들로부터 N×N매트릭스의 값들을 제공하는 데시메이터(311)와; 상기 메모리 수단에 결합된 입력 단자와 출력 단자를 가지며, 상기 메모리 수단에서 액세스된 N×N매트릭스의 픽셀 값들로부터 M×M매트릭스의 픽셀 값들을 발생시키는 보간 수단(319)과 ; 상기 보간 수단의 출력 단자에 결합된 입력 단자와 ; 상기 가산 수단의 제 2 입력 단자에 결합된 출력 단자를 갖는 비디오 신호 동작 예보기(304″)를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 감압 장치.
  11. 제 10 항에 있어서, 상기 압축된 비디오 데이타는 각 매트릭스의 픽셀 값들을 액세스 하기 위해 메모리 판독 어드레스들을 발생시켜 상기 비디오 신호 동작 보상 예보기를 조절하는 상기 비디오 신호 동작 보상 예보기(304″)에 전달되는 동작 벡터들을 포함하며, 상기 메모리 판독 어드레스들의 최하위 비트가 조절을 위해 상기 보간 수단에 결합되는 것을 특징으로 하는 감압 장치.
  12. 제 1 항에 있어서, 각 블록의 데이타를 감압하는 상기 수단이 상기 블록의 감압된 비디오 신호를 수신하기 위해 결합되는 제 1 입력 단자와 제 2 입력 단자, 및 출력 단자를 갖는 가산 수단(312)과 ; 상기 가산 수단의 출력 단자에 결합된 입력 단자와 상기 메모리 수단의 입력 단자에 결합된 출력 단자를 가지며, 상기 가산 수단에서 제공된 M×M매트릭스의 값들로 부터 N×N매트릭스의 값들을 제공하는 데시메이터(311)와 ; 상기 메모리 수단에 결합된 입력 단자와 출력 단자를 갖는 비디오 신호 동작 보상 예보기(304″)와 ; 상기 비디오 신호 동작 보상 예보기의 출력 단자에 결합된 입력 단자와 상기 가산 수단의 제 2 입력 단자에 결합된 출력 단자를 가지며, 상기 비디오 신호 동작 보상 예보기에서 제공된 N×N매트릭스의 픽셀 값들로부터 M×M매트릭스의 픽셀 값들을 발생시키는 보간 수단(319)을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 감압 장치.
  13. 제12항에 있어서, 상기 압축된 비디오 데이타가 각 매트릭스의 픽셀 값들을 액세스 하기 위해 메모리 판독 어드레스들을 발생시켜 상기 비디오 신호 동작 보상 예보기를 조절하는 상기 비디오 신호 동작 보상 예보기에 전달되는 동작 벡터를 포함하며, 상기 메모리 판독 어드레서의 최하위 비트가 제어를 위해 상기 보간 수단에 전달되는 것을 특징으로 하는 감압 장치
