폴리프로필렌은 유기 과산화물을 사용하여 탄성 폴리프로필렌을 화학적 분해시켜 수득한다.

Claims (8)

  1. 탄성 폴리프로필렌 또는 폴리프로필렌과 탄성 폴리프로필렌의 혼합물을, 경우 따라 통상의 첨가제 및/또는 충전제를 참가하여, 유기 과산화물로 화학적 분해시켜 수득할 수 있는 특성의 프로필이 향상된 폴리프로필렌.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 분해용 탄성 폴리프로필렌의 MFI(230℃/2.16kg)가 0.1g/10분 미만임을 특징으로 하는 폴리프로필렌.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 과산화물로서 비스(2(1,1-디메틸에틸)퍼옥시이소프로필)벤젤 또는 디-3급-부틸퍼옥사이드를 사용함을 특징으로 하는 폴리프로필렌.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 안전화제로서 2.6-디-3급 부틸-4-메틸 페놀, 펜타에리트리틸 테트라키스-(3-(3,5-디-3급-부틸-4-하이드록시페닐)프로피오네이트), 트리스-(2,4-3급-부닐-페닐)포스파이트 또는 테트라키스(2,4-디-3급-부틸-페닐)4,4'-비페닐렌-디포스포나이트 또는 이들의 혼합물을 사용함을 특징으로 하는 폴리프로필렌.
  5. 탄성 폴리프로필렌 또는 폴리프로필렌과 탄성 폴리프로필렌의 혼합물을, 경우에 따라 통상의 첨가제 및/또는 충전제를 참가하여, 유기 과산화물로 분해시켜 수득할 수 있는, 특성의프로필이 향상된 폴리프로필렌을 제조하는 방법.
  6. 제5항에 있어서, 폴리프로필렌의 양을 기준으로 하여 과산화물을 0.05 내지 0.5중량% 사용함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  7. 제5항에 있어서, 분해를 190 내지 240℃의 온도에서 수행함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  8. 제5항에 있어서, 분해를 압출기 안에서 연속적으로 수행함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
