Claims (1)

  1. 반도체메모리셀을 복수의 행 및 복수의 열로 배열한 메모리 매트릭스와, 상기 매트릭스의 행방향으로 연장하고 상기 복수의 행에 배열된 반도체 메모리셀의 컨트를 케이트에 접속된 복수의 워드선과, 상기 복수의 워드선을 통하여 상기 반도체메모리셀의 어느행에 행선택 신호를 출력하는 행 디코더와, 상기 메모리 매트릭스의 열방향으로 연장하고, 상기 복수의 열에 배열된 반도체메모리셀이 소스에 접속된 복수의 비트선과, 상기 복수의 비트선을 통하여 상기 반도체 메모리소자의 어느열에 열 선택신호를 출력하는 열 디코더와, 상기 복수의 반도체 메모리 매트릭스의 드레인과 접속된 데이터선과, 상기 데이터선을 통하여 상기 반도체 메모리셀의 드레인에 정전압을 인가하는 정전압 인가수단과, 상기 데이터선을 정전압에 유지하는데 요하는 전류를 검출하는 전류검출수단을 특징으로 하는 불휘발성 반도체 기억장치.
